Abstract

This research reveals that the pattern of government administration and the formation of traditional villages is carried out by respecting the value system that applies to society. This is in line with the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia which emphasizes that the state recognizes and respects customary law community units and their traditional rights as long as they are still alive and in accordance with the development of society and the principles of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. The existence of Traditional Villages is the need of the people in Papua Province for the establishment of traditional villages, especially related to providing recognition for the rights of traditional law communities which have so far been neglected based on several facts, as follows: first: the customs and culture of indigenous Papuan people have great diversity. differences between one ethnic group and another, including aspects of language, political system, religion and belief. Therefore, Regional Governments need to pay attention to clear regulations regarding the implementation of regional government as a driving force for regional autonomy by using the principles of decentralization, assistance tasks and deconcentration. In the administration of regional government, there are several rights that regions have, namely (1) the right to regulate and manage their own government affairs, (2) elect regional leaders, (3) manage regional apparatus, (4) manage regional assets, (5) collect regional taxes and levies. regional, (6) receive profit sharing from the management of natural resources and other resources in the region, (7) obtain other legitimate sources of income, and (8) obtain other rights regulated in statutory regulations.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the performance of the Environmental Service in the Cleanliness Sector in Handling Waste in Gorontalo City as seen from the dimensions of (1) Productivity, (2) Responsiveness, (3) Responsibility, and (4) Accountability. The research method used is qualitative with descriptive research type. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that the performance of the Environmental Service in the field of cleanliness in handling waste in Gorontalo City has been carried out well, but in terms of (1) Productivity has not reached the target in JAKSTRADA due to limited workforce, facilities and infrastructure, and budget. (2) Responsiveness is still lacking because there are still complaints from the public about untreated waste and from cleaning staff. (3) Responsibility for the implementation of TUPOKSI is still lacking because it has not been supported by training that is appropriate to the responsibilities held, as well as public awareness regarding waste handling. (4) Accountability is still lacking because there is a mismatch between the duties and positions held.

Abstract

Breast cancer does not only occur in developed countries but also in developing countries such as Indonesia. Breast cancer ranks 8th of all cancers in Indonesia. Breast cancer is also a major concern, because it is the most common type of cancer in women. This Community Service aims to determine breast self-examination health education (BSE) on the knowledge, attitudes and actions of young women at SMK Kader Bangsa Palembang. Community Service Method with pretest posttest. Remja are teenagers with a menstrual cycle of 7-10 days with a total of 26 vocational school students who meet the inclusion criteria. The test used was the Wilcoxon Sign Runk Test with p0.05 using a computer. The results of the study showed that breast self-examination health education (BSE) had an effect on knowledge p value (0.0000.05), attitude p value (0.003)(0.05), action p value (0.004)(0.05) . Conclusion of breast self-examination health education (BSE) on the knowledge, attitudes and actions of young women at SMK Kader Bangsa Palembang. It is hoped that the suggestions for female students can be used as management of the BSE technique to detect early signs and symptoms of breast cancer.

Abstract

This research aims to increase the learning motivation and learning responsibility of class XI students at SMA Negeri 3 Palembang in understanding scientific work through the implementation of the Project Based Learning (PJBL) method. The problem identified was students' low learning motivation and learning responsibility, which was reflected in passive participation, lack of interest in the material, and limited level of understanding. Data from observations and questionnaires were analyzed using percentage calculations. This research was carried out in two cycles. The results of the research show an increase in students' motivation and responsibility in project assignment-based learning.

Abstract

In the digital era, individuals must establish a strong personal brand image, particularly on social media platforms. This study focuses on analyzing the personal branding of Ira Mirawati as an educational content creator on TikTok. The research method used is qualitative research with descriptive studies. The result stated that Ira Mirawati effectively utilizes TikTok to showcase her skills, values, principles, and characteristics. Ira Mirawati has the ability as an educational practitioner who knows deeply about lectures. Ira Mirawati consistently shares education by developing her skills. In addition, the characteristics of Ira Mirawati are humble, friendly, and humorous. So, the combination of several aspects can create the uniqueness of Ira Mirawati.

Abstract

The study aims to describe the development of a story application (a news closer together with yuanita) to help in text study. The story application (both yuanita and yuanita) based android that teaches about the news text. This research method involves qualitative methods. Angket for the research sample was 40 x graders at IP high school. The process of building a story application (both yuanita and yuanita together) is conducted on needs analysis based on link gfrom and direct debrief of the news text and results in which many of the respondents have not been able to know the correct use and execution of the news text. The story application (check the news together with yuanita) is excellent for use in helping to understand the text that has not been taught in school. The story application (sharing yuanita's news coverage) has been rated as able to become an innovative and expressive medium of learning to be taught at learning time.

Abstract

In government administration, Public Relations has a strategic role and function to provide information services about government policies and work programs for the public. Communication strategies are needed to help people develop effective communication programs to achieve government goals, namely public participation in policy. Sumedang Regency Government Public Relations faces the challenge of socializing WA KEPO digital services to realize the Sumedang Happy Digital Region program. This research aims to determine the Sumedang Regency Government Public Relations communication strategy in socializing the WA KEPO digital platform service. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with data obtained through interviews, observation, and literature study. The research results show that the Sumedang Regency Government Public Relations has used educational and persuasive strategies, cooperative strategies, as well as integrative and coordinating strategies in socializing WA KEPO digital services. However, optimization is needed in educational and persuasive strategies to provide understanding to the public about WA KEPO digital services.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing strategy in selling cellphones at Samsung Surabaya Store. This research uses a qualitative approach, with research subjects consisting of employees of the marketing and sales marketing staff at the Samsung Surabaya Store. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation, which were then analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results of this study indicate that the marketing strategy for selling cellphones at the Samsung Surabaya Store uses four marketing mix strategies, namely: product, price, promotion, and place. In addition, this study also identified factors that support and hinder sales marketing. Supporting factors include good management, good service, and support from the community. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors consist of internal and external factors.

Abstract

The lack of understanding among some students at SDN 10 Sapiran in Bukittinggi city about the cultivation of the literacy movement - especially related to Islamic Religious Education literacy - is the impetus for this research. In addition, only a small number of students use their break time to read books, even though the school has a Reading Corner both in the library and in their respective classes. Instead, students spend their break time playing rather than learning to read Islamic Religious Education enrichment materials in the library. In this study the author used qualitative descriptive techniques. Documentation, interview, and observation were used to collect data. To perform data analysis techniques, explanatory data must be analysed or broken down. Data and information should then be linked to theories and concepts that support related discussions. This explanation should be based on qualitative methods, and conclusions should be drawn from the research problems. The findings of this study show that the literacy process in the School Literacy Movement (GSL) requires mastery of four indicators: reading, listening, writing and transmitting. In the reading activity stage, teachers and students use independent reading techniques by reading the contents of Asmaul Husna from student pack books and other reference books at home. At school, they continue the reading activity by reading the Asmaul Husna material aloud. The second step is listening, where the instructor and students listen to each other, the teacher explains things in front of the class, and students ask questions and the teacher responds.
