Abstract

Background: Work productivity is the ability to produce more work than the usual standard. The definition of productivity basically includes a mental attitude that always has the view that life today is better than yesterday and tomorrow is better than today. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between work discipline (motivation, distance to work) and work productivity of employees at the Pegayut Health Center, Ogan Ilir Regency in 2024. Design Method: This study is an analytical survey with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were all employees working at the Pegayut Health Center, Ogan Ilir Regency, totaling 78 people. Results: Both motivation and distance to work variables were shown to have a significant relationship with employee work productivity. Then to find out which variable has the greatest influence on employee work productivity, it can be seen from the Exp (B) value. From model 2, it turns out that the variable that has the greatest influence on employee work productivity is the variable of the distance to the workplace and if the order is done is as follows: motivation OR: 5,000 (95% CI: 1,459-17,193) p = 0.010 distance to the workplace OR: 9,638 (95% CI: 2,757-33,690) p = 0.000. Conclusion: The variable of the distance to the workplace is most dominantly related to employee work productivity at the Pegayut Health Center, Ogan Ilir Regency in 2024 after being selected with the motivation variable through an interaction test. The results of this study are expected to be able to maintain communication, create a harmonious atmosphere between leaders and employees, improve the quality of service to the community by motivating themselves to create high work productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of agricultural partnership contracts from the perspective of fiqh muamalah in Enrekang Regency. The research focuses on the types of contracts used, their compliance with sharia principles, and the legal issues arising from their implementation. The research method employed is a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing data collection techniques such as in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. In addition to field data, the study is supplemented with literature sources, including books and scientific articles. The research results show that the most commonly used contracts in Enrekang Regency are muzara’ah and mukhabarah contracts.These contracts, in principle, represent forms of cooperation compliant with sharia, where profit-sharing is determined by mutual agreement between landowners and tenant farmers. Most partnership contract practices align with sharia principles, although some ambiguities persist, such as the phenomenon of ta’alluqul ‘uqud, or the interrelation of multiple contracts within a single transaction. As long as all parties consciously agree without coercion, these transactions can be deemed valid under sharia, in accordance with Allah’s statement in QS. An-Nisa’ (4:29). The study concludes that further education for farmers and investors is necessary to enhance their understanding of contracts compliant with fiqh muamalah, along with improvements in partnership systems to avoid elements of gharar and riba.

Abstract

This study was conducted at the Mutiara Jaya Pekanbaru Retail Store, the respondents of this study were 96 people, rounded up to 100 respondents, where the sample of this study was customers of the Mutiara Jaya Pekanbaru Retail Store. The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Product Completeness on Consumer Purchasing Decisions at the Mutiara Jaya Retail Store with the results of the hypothesis test showing that t count (4.854) t table (1.98447) with sig 0.000 sig 0.05, so it can be concluded that in this study there is a significant influence on Product Completeness on Consumer Purchasing Decisions at the Mutiara Jaya Retail Store. And the influence of the Product Completeness variable on Consumer Purchasing Decisions can be seen from the coefficient of determination (R2) value of 19.4 percent, while the remaining 80.6 percent is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The conclusion of this study is that the Product Completeness variable affects the Consumer Purchasing Decision variable at the Mutiara Jaya Pekanbaru Retail Store. etc.

Abstract

Business is one of the efforts made to find out the needs of life in order to obtain benefits carried out by the community in various business opportunities, especially culinary businesses typical of a region that must be developed, because each region certainly has typical food with a unique taste. Strategy is very important in marketing a product no matter how good the target market segmentation is, and the market position that is carried out will not work if it is not followed by the right strategy. The focus of the problem in this study is, how is the marketing strategy carried out by the Saobi squid stick marketer in increasing sales of its products. The purpose of this study is to determine how the marketing strategy for the typical squid stick product of Saobi Island is to increase sales of squid stick products. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data obtained through two sources, namely primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained by direct interviews with the owner and the marketing department of squid stick products. While secondary data is obtained from other sources related to the research, this data is obtained from books, journals, articles and other sources. The results of the study indicate that marketing strategies using word of mouth and internet or social media such as Facebook and WhatsApp have a significant impact on increasing sales of squid stick products typical of Saobi Island, Sumenep Regency. Not only that, implementing excellent service also greatly supports attracting consumer interest in buying the product.

Abstract

The background This research comes from reading and writing is an activity that is no longer foreign to the public. By reading, people's thinking skills will continue to be honed and grow, knowledge of insight will also increase or increase the quality of the main source of people's energy in this world. Therefore, reading becomes a desire for people to be able to compete with other nations in the world. Indonesian people themselves are still lacking in attention to reading and writing. Based on that, the author was interested in studying this in the student faith literacy program at SMPN 2 Koto Terkini which found different appreciation from others. As a result, researchers conducted an evaluation both in terms of shortcomings and advantages. This research intends to describe the results of implementing the faith literacy program at SMPN 2 Koto Terkini using the CIPP model developed by Daniel Suffbeam. Based on that, the question arises how to assess the student faith literacy program using the CIPP model

Abstract

This study discusses the views of contemporary scholars on Islamic political ethics, focusing on the thoughts of Hasan Al-Banna, Sayyid Qutb, and Ali Shariati. The background of the problem includes the challenges faced in implementing the principles of political ethics in the context of modern society. The method used is a qualitative literature study to analyze the works and thoughts of the three figures. The purpose of this study is to identify and understand the contribution of their thoughts to strengthening Islamic political ethics. The results of this study indicate that the thoughts of Hasan Al-Banna, Sayyid Qutb, and Ali Shariati emphasize the importance of Islamic values as the basis for fair and transparent political ethics. All three, despite their different approaches, agree that Islamic law must be the main guide in creating a just social and political order.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the legal instruments of copyright, industrial design and geographical indication (in trademark law) can provide permanent protection for craftsmen and the works of these craftsmen can be regional assets in the perspective of regional autonomy. The research method used is normative and empirical juridical by reviewing and examining the applicable laws and regulations related to legal breakthroughs in Bank secrecy and the reality that occurs in the field. The results of the study revealed that in regulatory references, both in the Copyright Law, the Industrial Law and in the Trademark Law which contain knowledge about Geographical Indications, the term craftsman is not known. According to custom, the term craftsman is used to refer to people whose activities produce handicrafts. These activities include activities that rely solely on or expertise of individuals and/or groups. Article 44 of the Papua Special Autonomy Law mandates the Papua Provincial Government to provide protection for the Intellectual Rights of Indigenous Papuans including craftsmen, all of whom are regional assets.

Abstract

The equilibrium of the commodity market in Islamic economics is based on the principles of justice, transparency, and compliance with sharia law. In this perspective, the market is not only seen as a balancing mechanism between supply and demand, but also as a means of ensuring a fair distribution of wealth and maintaining social welfare. This article explains the concept of market equilibrium in Islam, which differs from conventional economic systems by emphasizing business ethics, prohibition of usury, gharar (speculation), as well as monopoly practices. In addition, government intervention in Islamic economics aims to prevent market distortions and protect the rights of consumers as well as producers. The study also discusses the role of regulatory agencies such as the SEC in maintaining market integrity. Through this analysis, it is hoped to provide an in-depth understanding of how commodity market equilibrium is applied in the framework of Islamic economics, as well as its relevance in modern economic systems.

Abstract

This research discusses the implementation of waste service retribution policy in the Environmental Agency of Gorontalo Regency. The purpose of this research is to analyze how the implementation of waste service retribution policy in Gorontalo District Environmental Agency. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of retribution policy is still not optimal. Factors that support the implementation of waste service levy policy in Gorontalo District Environmental Agency are clear communication transmission, competent human resources, professional attitude of implementers and clear Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), good inter-agency coordination mechanism. Meanwhile, factors that hinder the implementation of waste service levy policy in Gorontalo District Environmental Agency are lack of communication and consistency of communication between policy makers and the community, limited human resources, non-human resources and financial resources, lack of officer response to community complaints, and weak monitoring and evaluation system. Therefore, through the findings of this study, the researcher concludes that there is a need to increase the effectiveness of the waste service retribution policy, which requires a better communication strategy, increasing the number and capacity of retribution officers, increasing the number of supporting facilities, increasing operational costs, and improved monitoring and evaluation mechanisms

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of employee training and loyalty factors on work motivation at PT Bahtera Dira Adiguna, Central Jakarta. This research uses regression analysis, where this analytical tool is used to determine the extent of the influence of training factors and employee loyalty on work motivation. The sampling method used was nonprobability sampling with a saturated sampling technique for 30 employees. The results of this research partially show that the Training variable has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, employee loyalty has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. The research results also show that training and loyalty simultaneously influence work motivation. The research results also prove that the R2 (Coefficient of Determination) value is 0.540, meaning that the work motivation variable (Y) can be explained by training (X1) and employee loyalty (X2) simultaneously at 54.0%.
