Abstract

Indonesia, as a country with diverse ethnicities and cultures, requires effective communication tools to This research aims to describe the isotopes found in the Poetry Collection "Aku Ini Binatang Jalang" by Chairil Anwar. The benefits of this research are: (1) To increase the researcher's insight and knowledge in understanding isotopes in the Poetry Collection "Aku Ini Binatang Jalang" by Chairil Anwar. (2) To increase the researcher's insight and knowledge regarding discourse analysis, particularly on the lexical cohesion of isotopes. (3) To provide knowledge to readers regarding isotopes in the Poetry Collection "Aku Ini Binatang Jalang" by Chairil Anwar. (4) To increase knowledge for those involved in the field of language regarding isotopes. (5) As a reference or resource for further research. This research uses a qualitative research method. Furthermore, the techniques used in data collection in this research are reading techniques and documentation techniques. The types of data used in this research consist of primary and secondary data. The data source in this research is derived from the Poetry Collection "Aku Ini Binatang Jalang" by Chairil Anwar, published by PT Gramedia Pustaka Umum with a book thickness of 111 pages. The results of this research indicate that the isotopes found in Chairil Anwar's Poetry Collection include sound isotopes, nature isotopes, number isotopes, life isotopes, place isotopes, heat isotopes, size isotopes, quantity isotopes, garden isotopes, nature isotopes, and natural isotopes.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the excellence of Tahfizh al-Qur'an learning at MTsN Padang Panjang by making tahfizh as an intracurricular subject, with the implementation of learning once a week but able to form students who memorize the Qur'an with a target of memorizing at least 1 juz within one year. Based on this background, the objectives of this study are: (1) to reveal how the planning of Tahfizh learning improves students' memorization (2) to reveal how the implementation of Tahfizh learning improves students' memorization (3) to reveal how the evaluation of Tahfizh learning improves students' memorization (4) to reveal the supporting and inhibiting factors of the Tahfizh learning process in improving students' memorization. The research method used by the author is a descriptive method, with a qualitative approach while the data sources in this study are the main data sources (primary) namely the tahfizh teacher, tahfizh coordinator, all students of MTsN Padang Panjang, while secondary data are the curriculum representative, student representative and the head of MTsN Padang Panjang. The research results obtained by the author include: (1) teacher planning before learning (2) learning carried out in accordance with the RPP, namely with tahfizh learning carried out using the wahdah method, sima'i, ardhul qira'ah (deposit system), the partner method and the muraja'ah method. (3) learning evaluations in the form of daily, weekly, mid-semester, semester and annual, namely in the form of tahfizh graduations attended by students who have memorized at least 1 juz. (4) supporting factors for tahfizh learning are internal (seriousness, intelligence, interest and talent, high self-readiness and motivation) and external factors (family support, guidance from mentors, motivation from peers and big rewards). The inhibiting factors are the study schedule which is too tight and some memorizing due to the demands of the madrasah.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the use of Indonesian Spelling in the papers of Cordova University English Study Program students in semester 2 to describe the errors in the use of Indonesian Spelling in student papers. The object of the study is the analysis of errors in the use of Indonesian Spelling in student papers. Data were taken from students' Indonesian Spelling errors in writing scientific papers. This study is a qualitative descriptive study. Data were collected by observation, documentation, and writing condalingual intralingual methods. The results of this study found several errors in Indonesian Spelling in student papers such as the use of spelling, capital words, prepositions, conjunctions, italics, and prefixes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how students' logical thinking ability to solve mathematical problems is reviewed from visual learning styles, auditory learning styles and kinesthetic learning styles. This study uses a qualitative research method. This study took research subjects from students of Takhasus Nuril Anwar Maron Middle School in Purworejo Regency. The study took 6 students as research subjects, previously there were 24 students, namely 2 students with visual learning styles, 2 students with auditory learning styles and 2 students with kinesthetic learning styles. The research subjects were selected based on the Learning Style Questionnaire and teacher considerations. Data collection in this study used a learning style questionnaire, tests, field notes, interviews, and documentation. This study used triangulation data analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Students with visual learning styles (V1 and V2) have gone through the stages of classification, connecting, calculating and drawing conclusions properly and correctly. (2) Students with auditory learning styles (A1 and A2) have gone through the stages of classification, connecting, calculating and drawing conclusions properly and correctly. There are differences in the classification and connecting and calculating stages, namely tending not to write down the information obtained in the questions so that sometimes it takes a long time and more often rereading the questions to determine the solution formula and calculating on another paper or through imagination or not written on the answer sheet. (3) Students with a kinesthetic learning style (K1 and K2) have gone through the classification, connecting, calculating and drawing conclusions stages properly and correctly. There are differences in the classification and connecting stages, namely using aids by tending to describe what is known into a picture so that they can easily determine what is being asked and not be wrong. However, in general, logical thinking skills must be honed and applied to facilitate understanding of the material process and solving problems rationally.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the laws and regulations on bank secrecy, the chronology of the laws and regulations on bank secrecy and the requirements and procedures for issuing written orders or permission to disclose bank secrecy. The research method used is normative and empirical juridical by reviewing and examining the applicable laws and regulations related to legal breakthroughs in bank secrecy and the reality that occurs in the field. The results of the study revealed that empirical reality proves that on the one hand the interests of the community require that the obligation to bank secrecy be upheld by banks, but on the other hand, the interests of the community should not be sidelined for certain matters if the obligation to bank secrecy is carried out firmly. For this purpose, the community wants that for certain matters the obligation to bank secrecy should be excluded. Violation of bank secrecy can result in criminal or civil sanctions for the violators. Customers who feel disadvantaged have the right to claim compensation from the bank that leaks their financial situation or matters concerning customers through the process of suing (litigation) in civil court.

Abstract

The development of financial institutions, especially in Indonesia, has grown quite rapidly. This is proven by the many financial institutions that have been established in Indonesia, ranging from micro to macro scale, one of which is the Islamic Financial Institution. Islamic banking is a financial institution that acts as an intermediary in collecting and distributing funds to the community in accordance with sharia principles and is sourced from the verses of the Qur'an and As-Sunnah, some of which are related to Muamalah and ethics of financial transactions. This study aims to determine: 1.) how much trust the people of Putat Jaya Village, Sawahan District, Surabaya City have in saving at Islamic Banks. 2.) To determine the factors that influence the interest of the people of Putat Jaya Village, Sawahan District, Surabaya City to save at Islamic Banks. 3.) To foster the trust of the people of Putat Jaya Village, Sawahan District, Surabaya City in saving at Islamic Banks. The type of research is research with a quantitative approach. This study uses simple regression analysis, data collection methods with observation, questionnaires and data analysis methods, namely, data quality testing and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that all of the hypotheses proposed have been proven to be true, namely the calculated value of public trust of 30,669, this value is known to be greater than the table value of 1,660, the significance level is 0.000 0.05. Given that the calculation table, it shows that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that the variable of public trust has an effect on the interest in saving at Islamic Banks. Therefore, it is hoped that the people of Putat Jaya Village will always prioritize Islamic financial institutions for transactions, especially in saving activities.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the harmonization of public policy implementation in poverty alleviation in Gorontalo Regency. The main focus of this research is how planning, implementation and evaluation of policies can be coordinated harmoniously among regional organizations. Apart from that, this research also identifies factors that influence the harmonization of public policy implementation, including communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. This research uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with informants. The research results show that the implementation of poverty reduction policies still faces challenges in the form of weak coordination, limited resources, and inconsistencies in policy implementation. The conclusion of this research is that harmonization of public policy implementation in poverty alleviation can be improved through better communication, strengthening resources, and reform in bureaucratic structures.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a model of Christian Religious Education that is oriented towards improving students' intellectual intelligence and character building through a qualitative approach. This approach was chosen to deeply understand the learning dynamics and interactions that occur in the context of religious education.The research method used is a descriptive qualitative study with data collection techniques through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The research subjects included Christian Religious Education teachers and students in a junior high school in Timika, Central Papua. Data analysis was conducted using a thematic approach to identify patterns and themes relevant to the development of learning models. The results show that the integration of teaching Christian doctrine with the development of critical and reflective thinking skills is effective in improving students' intellectual intelligence. In addition, the emphasis on Christian values such as love, integrity, and responsibility in the learning process contributes significantly to students' character building. The developed model also emphasizes the importance of local and cultural context in the delivery of material, making it more relevant and easily accepted by students. The implication of this research is the need for training for teachers in implementing a holistic learning model, which not only focuses on cognitive but also affective aspects. In addition, the involvement of the community and parents in the education process is an important supporting factor in the success of student character building.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the active learning model of the Giving Question and Getting Answer (GQGA) type affects the English learning achievement of students who use the expository learning method and whether there is a relationship between the active learning model of the Giving Question and Getting Answer (GQGA) type and students' English learning achievement. All students of grade X of SMK NU Singajaya, totaling 320 students, divided into 8 classes, were the subjects of this study. Two experimental classes were randomly selected; the experimental class used the Giving Question and Getting Answer active learning model, and the control class used the expository learning method. The final test, the English learning achievement test, was given after different treatments were given to the two classes. In response to the test results, descriptive analysis was conducted to determine the mean, variance, and standard deviation of the two sample classes. After that, hypothesis testing was conducted, including the Chi-Square test for normality, the F test for homogeneity, and the t test to determine the research hypothesis. The results of the data analysis that had been carried out obtained an average of the experimental class of 74.16 and an average of the control class of 61.54. The hypothesis test used was the t-test and obtained a value of 86.6 t count and 38.2 t table. Because t table and t count , then reject HO and accept Ha. In other words, the English learning achievement of students who use the active learning model type Giving Question and Getting Answer is different from students who use the expository learning method. This is the result of two different approaches. Students who use the active learning model type Giving Question and Getting Answer show better achievement compared to students who use the expository learning method. Therefore, it can be concluded that students' English learning achievement is influenced by the active learning model type Question and Answer. According to this study, English teachers must be able to use the active learning model type Giving Question and Getting Answer (GQGA) as an alternative English learning model. This will help create an active, comfortable, and conducive classroom environment. Therefore, it can be concluded that students' English learning achievement is influenced by the active learning model type Question and Answer. This will help create an active, comfortable, and conducive classroom environment.

Abstract

The concept of amwal in the Qur'an and Hadith is an important topic in Islamic economic studies, which is related to the understanding of wealth, ownership, and management. Amwal, which means "property" or "wealth", is regulated in Islamic holy texts as a tool to achieve worldly and afterlife welfare, with an emphasis on justice, equitable distribution, and social responsibility. In the Qur'an, amwal is considered a trust from Allah that must be used wisely and not misused for purposes that are detrimental to oneself or society (QS. At-Tawbah: 34, Al-Baqarah: 261). The Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad SAW emphasizes the importance of using wealth for good, including giving alms, helping those in need, and maintaining a balance between personal needs and social obligations. This article aims to analyze the understanding and application of the concept of amwal in the Qur'an and Hadith, and how these principles can be applied in modern life to create a just and blessed economic system, in accordance with Islamic teachings.
