Abstract

In the realm of digital payment systems, the adoption of Quick Response Indonesian Standard (QRIS) represents a significant advancement, promising efficiency and convenience in the digital economy. This study investigates the impact of QRIS on customer satisfaction within Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Riau Province. Through a quantitative approach and purposive sampling of 400 respondents, the research employs multiple linear regression analysis, validity tests, reliability tests, T-tests, and coefficient of determination (R²) using IBM SPSS version 25. The findings indicate a statistically significant positive relationship between QRIS usage and customer satisfaction among MSMEs in Riau Province. The study contributes valuable insights into the digital payment ecosystem's role in enhancing customer satisfaction, offering strategic guidance for businesses and policymakers. The R² value of 0.759 underscores QRIS variables' substantial explanatory power (75.9%) in influencing customer satisfaction within MSMEs, illuminating avenues for further exploration and application in digital payment innovations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and see the effect of price, needs and scarcity on purchasing decisions for 3 kg LPG gas among the Bengkalis community. The research method of analysis used, namely multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 27 tools. The sampling method in this study was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the three variables of price, necessity and scarcity have a positive effect on purchasing decisions for 3 kg LPG gas in Bengkali both partially and together. Suggestions from this study are that the Government needs to pay attention to prices, needs and scarcity to increase people's buying intention for 3 kg LPG Gas in Bengkalis. It is better if the price of 3 kg LPG Gas needs to be adjusted to the community's income so that there is no scarcity of 3 kg LPG Gas and the community's need for 3 kg LPG Gas can be fulfilled properly and people's purchase intention will increase.

Abstract

The research was carried out at the Restaurant Bebek Sultan Patimura Dumai, this research aims to find out Factors that Affect Overtime Work and Employee Motivation, this research is a qualitative descriptive evaluation, and data collection is done through interviews and documentation, as for the population and the sample of the study were employees of Restaurant Bebek Sultan Patimura Dumai which numbered 12 people. The results of this study prove that employees work overtime and do not get bonuses, and the motivation of employees depends on each individual. The factor of overtime work greatly affects employee motivation, resulting in fatigue and potentially reducing the quality of employee work life. The imbalance between workload and rest time can physically and mentally harm employees, reducing enthusiasm and satisfaction at work. In addition, the negative impact on employees' health and physique can affect productivity and cause a decrease in morale. Therefore, Restaurants need to pay attention to employee needs between work and rest time to increase employee motivation and overall work comfort.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of advertising, brand image and lifestyle on purchasing decisions for Honda Scoopy motorbikes in Bengkalis. This study uses a quantitative method using a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling. The sample in this study were 100 respondents, data processing using the IBM SPSS version 27 application with multiple linear regression analysis testing which includes validity test, reliability test, T test, F test, and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that: 1) Advertising has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Honda Scoopy motorbikes in Bengkalis, 2) Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions for Honda Scoopy Motorbikes in Bengkalis, 3) Lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on the Honda Scoopy Motorcycle Purchasing Decision in Bengkalis, 3) the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.565. This means that advertising, brand image and lifestyle affect the purchase decision of a Honda Scoopy motorcycle in Bengkalis by 56.5%, while the remaining 43.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality, customer bonding and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at Vira Hijab Bengkalis. This study uses a quantitative method using a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling. The sample in this study was 100 respondents, data processing used the IBM SPSS version 26 application with multiple linear regression analysis testing which included validity tests, reliability tests, T-tests, F tests, and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that: 1) product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at Vira Hijab Bengkalis, 2) customer bonding has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at Vira Hijab Bengkalis, 3) customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at Vira Hijab Bengkalis, 4) the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.573. This means that product quality, customer bonding and customer satisfaction effect customer loyalty at Vira Hijab Bengkalis by 57.3% while the remaining 42.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the mixue franchise marketing strategy in Bengkalis. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. The object of this research is Mixue Bengkalis. The results of this study are the marketing strategy used by Mixue to market its products, namely market segmentation and marketing mix. The market segmentation used by Mixue Bengkalis is demographic segmentation because this segmentation describes consumer groupings based on generalizations, such as age, gender, religion, income and occupation. In the marketing mix strategy, mixue bengkalis determines the strategy in several ways, including the following: Product strategy mixue bengkalis adds the latest menu to meet market needs and innovates its menu, price strategy mixue bengkalis applies a national price strategy. The place strategy or mixue distribution channel can be reached offline, namely at the store's operational location and online through gobeng. The promotional strategy carried out by mixue bengkalis is to provide promos at certain events which are announced through mixue bengkalis social media accounts.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of e-commerce usage, locus of control and innovation on the business performance of Bengkalis resellers. This study uses a quantitative method using a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling. The sample in this study were 100 respondents, data processing using the IBM SPSS version 27 application with multiple linear regression analysis testing which includes validity test, reliability test, T test, F test, and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that: 1) The use of E-commerce has a positive and significant effect on the Business Performance of Bengkalis Resellers, 2) Locus of Control has a positive and insignificant effect on the Business Performance of Bengkalis Resellers, 3) Innovation has a positive and significant effect on the Business Performance of Bengkalis Resellers, 4) the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.708. This means that the use of E-Cpmmerce, Locus of Control and Innovation affects the Business Performance of Bengkalis Reseller Actors by 70.8% while the remaining 29.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Pineapple Fruit Chips is one of the creations of processed pineapple fruit into snacks. This study aims to determine the potential of the pineapple chips business, determine the results of the analysis of the potential of pineapple chips with SWOT analysis and how the strategy optimises the potential to develop the pineapple chips business run by Bumdes Kuala Alam. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods by conducting interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses SWOT analysis, IFAS and EFAS matrix. The results of this study show an IFAS score value of 3.67 which identifies a strong internal position, while the EFAS score value is 3.2 which indicates that pineapple chips respond to existing opportunities and avoid threats in the market. Analysis of the potential of pineapple chips products developed at BUMDes Kuala Alam shows that this product is in a favourable condition, located in quadrant I which indicates growth. Strength factors are more dominant than weaknesses, while the influence of opportunity factors is greater than threats. This conclusion provides a strategic foundation for BUMDes Kuala Alam in developing and marketing pineapple chips products effectively and sustainably.

Abstract

The growing popularity of contemporary beverages, especially coffee drinks, among young people has resulted in increased competition among beverage establishments. This is evident from the emergence of numerous coffee shops offering unique and thematic experiences. As a result, the author is conducting research to explore the factors that attract young consumers to contemporary coffee drinks and how these factors influence their purchasing decisions. The study utilizes qualitative and quantitative descriptive methods and employs purposive sampling to select respondents from the young adult population in Cirebon who have an affinity for coffee drinks. The findings from interviews and field observations have revealed several key factors that contribute to the appeal of contemporary coffee drinks among young consumers. These include the ambiance of the coffee shops, the friendly and attentive service, the wide variety of delicious flavors and offerings, as well as the allure of distinctive shop and menu names. Additionally, the affordability of the products, coupled with creatively designed and eye-catching packaging, also significantly influences consumer interest. Furthermore, the study indicates that personal, social, and psychological factors play a role in driving the interest in purchasing contemporary coffee drinks among young people. It is hoped that this research will provide valuable insights for entrepreneurs in the coffee beverage industry and will serve as a basis for further exploration in this area.

Abstract

The relationship between the leader and team members takes place in a one-on-one relationship, where each team member has a unique relationship with the leader. Transparency and fairness are increasingly appreciated, leaders who apply the Leader Member Exchange (LMX) principle can create a fair work environment and increase self-efficacy. A level of self-efficacy that is too high can cause individuals to become overconfident and not calculate risks adequately, resulting in a decline in employee performance. This research aims to determine the influence of Leader Member Exchange (LMX) and Self-Efficacy on Employee Performance at Dian Husada Hospital, Mojokerto. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires online using Google Form to employees of Dian Husada Hospital, Mojokerto. The population of this study was 50 people with a sample of 50 people using a saturated sample. Data processing techniques were carried out using the SPSS 29.0 program. with the research results showing that there is a positive and significant influence of the LMX variable on performance, the Self-Efficacy variable on Performance, then the LMX and Self-Efficacy variables on employee performance at Dian Husada Hospital Mojokerto.
