Abstract

The research findings indicate that the effectiveness of the BLT policy in Pulubala Village, Pulubala Subdistrict, Gorontalo Regency as a whole assessed from the effectiveness indicators namely timeliness was still lacking. The certainty in the timing of the distribution of funds to the community was often hampered by the disbursement of funds from the center made the targeted people having difficulties to make ends meet. In terms of target appropriateness, there were still people who did not fit the criteria that were determined by the government to obtain this BLT assistance. The indicator of goal determination that the government and the village officials wanted to achieve for the distribution of funds to the community had been running optimally because the BLT-DD fund was used appropriately by the beneficiaries. However, target accuracy was still not optimal as a whole because it was less effective in term of selecting prospective beneficiaries, while other aspects was maximized, such as the purpose of distribution. Therefore, based on this analysis, it can be concluded that the effectiveness of the BLT policy in Pulubala Village, Pulubala Subdistrict, Gorontalo Regency was not optimal. In the future, it is expected that there will be more appropriate schedule and distribution of BLT to the beneficiaries, and no more nepotism in selecting prospective beneficiaries.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is a response given by employees to their work, both in the form of positive responses and negative responses. Compensation and work motivation have an important role in influencing employee job satisfaction. The main objective of this research is to explore and analyze the relationship between compensation variables (X1), work motivation (X2), and employee job satisfaction (Y). The research method used is quantitative statistics. By using a questionnaire as the main instrument for data collection. The respondents involved in this research were 81 AE (Account Executives) at PT. Eka Mas Republik Depok branch. Data processing uses the SPSS 20 application with data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression to test the research hypothesis. The research results show that compensation (X1) and work motivation (X2) partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction Eka Mas Republik Depok branch.

Abstract

This study examines the effects of information technology and employee performance on administrative skills at PDAM, which is crucial for providing aviation services that are affordable for the general public. According to the theory put forth by the ahli, information technology plays a crucial role in increasing administrative efficiency and effectiveness by improving data access, managing knowledge effectively, and facilitating communication. Using both quantitative and qualitative methods, data was collected from observers, questionnaires, and wawancara regarding 41 PDAM employees. The study's findings indicate that the kuesioner instrument has high validity and reliability (nilai above 0.70), indicating consistency in assessing administrative, technological, and instructional errors. The results of the regression analysis indicate that there is a significant positive correlation between technological use and administrative proficiency. This highlights the need of ongoing technological training in enhancing employee competency and productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to identify factors that influence consumer trust in halal-labeled micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) products. In Indonesia, the halal label plays an important role in purchasing decisions, especially among Muslim consumers who are looking for products that comply with Islamic law. This label not only guarantees the conformity of the product with Islamic law but also increases consumer trust in the safety and quality of the product. This study uses a literature study approach, analyzing various relevant references related to Islamic business management and consumer trust. The main factors identified include product quality, brand image, risk perception, and social influence. Consistent product quality, transparency in the production process, and a strong brand image contribute to increasing consumer trust and loyalty. In addition, social influence through recommendations from family and friends, as well as reviews on social media, play a significant role in shaping consumer perceptions. This study concludes that these factors are not only important for Muslim consumers but can also attract the interest of non-Muslim consumers who prioritize safety and ethics. This study provides insight for MSMEs in designing marketing strategies and product development, and is expected to support policies that encourage the growth of the halal MSME sector in the domestic and international markets.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of the fundamental principles of financial statement consolidation in group companies in Indonesia, by analyzing the sample of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. This research focuses on applying the basic principles of consolidation in related companies and a comparative study between Statement of Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) 65 and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) 10. PSAK 65 is designed to meet regulatory needs in Indonesia, while IFRS 10 offers an internationally applicable financial reporting framework. The research method uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis based on related literature data and company financial reports. The research findings found that PT Indofood has applied the consolidation principle in accordance with PSAK 65, including the management of assets, liabilities, equity, and disclosure of subsidiaries. The findings highlight the importance of adopting global accounting standards to improve transparency and comparability of financial statements, while taking into account local customizations. This research provides insight into the challenges and benefits of accounting standards convergence in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of service quality to improve customer satisfaction at Arascarf MSMEs in Malang City. The researcher uses the SERVQUAL model as an analytical framework to evaluate five dimensions of service quality, namely physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. This study was conducted with a qualitative case study approach. The researcher obtained data through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation. The researcher found that the dimensions of responsiveness and empathy have a dominant influence on positive consumer perceptions. Consumers consider that fast service and friendly attitudes from MSMEs create a sense of comfort and trust. However, the researcher also found that in the dimensions of physical evidence and assurance, there are still shortcomings that need to be fixed. Overall, consumer attitudes towards Arascraf services are positive, but still require improvement in aspects of professionalism and quality consistency. This study concludes that strengthening the five dimensions of SERVQUAL in a balanced manner can be an effective strategy to build customer satisfaction and loyalty sustainably.

Abstract

Local products such as Kopi Suling Khas Toraja have high cultural and economic potential, but face major challenges in penetrating the modern and competitive urban market. This study aims to examine how co-creation strategies can be used as an approach to revitalize local branding and increase the competitiveness of traditional products in the urban market. The study uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method, examining the concepts of local branding, co-creation, and urban market penetration strategies through the latest library sources. The results of the study show that co-creation, which involves consumers, local communities, and creative actors in the value creation process, can increase consumer emotional involvement and strengthen brand identity.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the main problems in school administration and management, especially related to student data management, organizational systems, and documentation and reporting. Using the literature review method, this study summarizes findings from various sources related to the obstacles faced by schools, such as poorly structured student data management, the absence of an integrated organizational system, untimely documentation and reporting, and difficulties in dealing with change and lack of innovation in teaching methods. The proposed solutions include the use of information technology to modernize the administration system, improve coordination and communication between departments, and develop systematic work procedures and professional training for education personnel. The results of the study are expected to provide a comprehensive picture of the challenges of school administration and offer strategic recommendations to improve the quality of education services through more effective and efficient administrative governance

Abstract

This study observes the impact of the use of image media in learning plant and animal materials in grade 5 of elementary school. 060875 SEIHATI. This science material is often abstract, making it difficult for students to understand. The purpose of the research is to find out whether image media can increase students' understanding, interest, and activeness in learning. The method used is direct observation when the teacher uses image media (for example, printed or digital images) in learning. As a result, image media has been proven to make students more interested and motivated to learn. Abstract concepts become easier to understand because they are visualized with images. Students' memory also improves, and they are more active in discussions. Picture media helps students see plants and animals that may not exist in their surrounding environment. However, the images must be of good quality and used in conjunction with other learning methods. In conclusion, image media is very helpful in learning science of plant and animal materials in grade 5 of elementary school, so that learning becomes better and more effective. Teachers are advised to choose the right images, combine them with other learning activities, and engage students in use of image media.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of online customer reviews, store atmosphere, and service quality on consumer satisfaction of Generation Z at Brain Coffee Surabaya. The background of this study is based on the increasing competition of coffee shop businesses in the city of Surabaya and the importance of understanding the preferences and satisfaction of Gen Z consumers who are a potential market share. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The population in this study is Generation Z who have purchased and visited Brain Coffee Surabaya with a sample size of 100 respondents. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires using Google-Form to respondents who have visited Brain Coffee and are part of Generation Z in East Surabaya. This study uses IBM SPSS version 25. Based on the results of this study, it shows that the variables Online Customer Review (X1), Store Atmosphere (X2), and Service Quality (X3) have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction of Gen Z at Brain Coffee both partially and simultaneously.
