Abstract

This study aims to analyze and prove the influence of Transformational Leadership Style and Work Environment on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction at the Ambacang Kuranji Health Center. This study uses the SEM or Smart PLS 3 analysis tool. The results of this study prove that the most dominant opportunity is the Transformational Leadership Style on Job Satisfaction and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at the Ambacang Kuranji Health Center

Abstract

HR competence is the ability and characteristics of a person in the form of knowledge, skills, and behavioral attitudes that are needed in carrying out the duties of his position in his work environment. Employee performance is the result of a person's work in quality and quality in accordance with predetermined standards based on the responsibilities given. The purpose of this study was to determine the competence of HR at PT PAL Indonesia. The method used in this research is a literature study conducted by searching the literature of books, articles, national journals. PT PAL Indonesia is committed to realizing quality human resources by improving employee competencies and abilities. Employee competency development is carried out in terms of improving the development of attitudes, knowledge, expertise, and skills in their respective fields. This is done with the aim of making PT PAL Indonesia's human resources as people who are able to work optimally with a calm and comfortable work environment, and produce good performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of occupational safety and health (OSH) and the work environment on employee performance at PT. Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Lembah Karet Padang. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Lembah Karet Padang were 244 people. Determining the number of samplesby using the formula Slovin, then the number of respondents as a sample in this study were 152 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and for hypothesis testing using statistical t test. The results showed that: Occupational safety and health partially significant effect on employee performance. Occupational Health and Safety has t arithmetic 9.271 > t table 1.9761 or sig value. is 0.000 < 0.05. Work environment partially significant effect on employee performance. Work environment has t arithmetic 2.383 > t table 1.9761 or sig value. its value is 0.018 < 0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on corporate branding strategies. Employing a phenomenological approach, the study delves into the lived experiences of corporate stakeholders amidst the pandemic. The sampling technique involves purposive sampling of corporate representatives and marketing professionals renowned for their expertise in branding strategies. Data collection is conducted through in-depth interviews, allowing for a rich understanding of participants' perceptions and experiences. Thematic analysis is employed to identify patterns, trends, and emergent themes from the interview data. Preliminary findings indicate shifts in branding strategies towards digital platforms, heightened emphasis on brand authenticity, and a reevaluation of brand messaging in response to the evolving socio-economic landscape influenced by the pandemic.

Abstract

Family businesses are controlled by family members through blood ties or marriage and reflect characteristics such as family commitment, learning environment, reliability, spiritual strength, and dual leadership. Sustainability in family businesses is considered a core goal of business, but challenges arise from internal conflicts, generational differences, and adaptation to non-traditional methods. Heritage values and family traditions play an important role in in decision making. Factors such as inheritance for generations, risk management, and organizational culture also affect family business identity and performance. A literature review discusses preparation, family relationships, and planning as important factors in family business succession.

Abstract

The research aims at exploring the influence of ethical leadership on employees’ behaviors on an individual level. It first studies the research that has been done on ethical leadership in order to provide an overview, and then explores the potential outcomes triggered by the phenomenon on employees’ behaviors. A quantitative analysis was employed with a survey of 131 respondents realized via emailing and social media.The study suggests that ethical leadership influences different variables both positively and negatively. One the one hand, it influence positively related with moral awareness, job satisfaction, motivation, and prosocial behaviors. On the other hand, ethical leadership is negatively related with organizational misbehaviors and counterproductive work behaviors.

Abstract

Promotional media through the Instagram platform provides a space for companies to share information about their products with the aim of influencing consumers and increasing sales. UMKM Tropic.1996 has been promoting through Instagram but has not managed it effectively, resulting in unstructured product photos and an unappealing and uninformative Instagram feed. This research aims to create a feed design using the Canva application that can be used as promotional media on the Instagram account of UMKM Tropic.1996. This research adopted the action research method. Data collection methods included interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentation. The effectiveness of the design was measured using the EPIC Rate method, which included four indicators: empathy, persuasion, impact, and communication. The research was conducted in two cycles. Based on the data obtained from the questionnaires, the average EPIC score in the first cycle indicates an effectiveness value of 4.3, while in the second cycle, the effectiveness value increased by 0.4 to 4.7 fell into the category of highly effective. In conclusion, the created Instagram feed design is deemed suitable for publication and highly effective as a promotional medium. Therefore, it is recommended that the company maintains consistency in promoting through the Instagram feed by regularly uploading content and paying attention to the day, time, caption, and hashtags when posting content to optimize the promotion.

Abstract

The quality of population administration services is one of the important roles in the population administration management process. Population administration service officers must provide excellent service to the community in order to provide welfare and ease the process of managing population administration. The purpose of this study is to see the extent of the quality of population administration services carried out by population administration service officers of the Kelurahan Sumurwelut office and also to see public satisfaction with the quality of population administration services based on Klampid New Generation (KNG) application technology carried out by Kelurahan Sumurwelut. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive by obtaining data sources from interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this study show that the quality of technology-based population administration services using the Klampid New Generation application carried out by Kelurahan Sumurwelut is very good. However, there are several factors that make the quality of population administration services hampered, namely when the occurrence of Klampid New Generation application servers that are error, unstable internet networks, and also people who do not understand the file requirements, and cannot take the time to come directly to the Kelurahan office to manage their files. This is not an obstacle to the decline in the quality of population administration services and public satisfaction with technology-based population administration services carried out by the Kelurahan Sumurwelut office.

Abstract

In improving domestic industrial businesses, the government must be able to increase the Use of Domestic Products (P3DN). The TKDN policy also reduces dependence on foreign products, creating jobs. The calculation of the Domestic Component Level is an important evaluation method in industry to measure how much of the components in a product are produced domestically. This research uses the literature review method. The purpose of this research is to find out “Calculation of TKDN products to improve the domestic economy”.

Abstract

Employee performance in a company is very important to maintain smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Every year employee performance is required to be more developed even though sometimes a company experiences a decline in performance, to achieve maximum employee performance according to what the company wants in achieving its goals. Therefore, employee performance is the main key to the success of a company. Increasing overall employee performance in a company will increase the smoothness of the work process and a smooth work process will also make it easier to achieve the company's goals. This research takes the object of Reny Swalayan-Ku Surabaya. In this research, 4 variables were taken, namely discipline, organizational culture, work motivation and employee performance. This research uses quantitative research methods. The sample used in this research was all 77 employees of Reny Swalayan-ku. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used in this research are the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that first, discipline partially has a significant effect on employee performance. Second, partially organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. Third, partially work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Then, the results of the simultaneous test show that the Fcount value is 29.362 > Ftable is 2.730 at a significance level of 0.000, so it can be concluded that discipline, organizational culture and work motivation together have a significant influence on employee performance.
