Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of price and location on consumer purchasing decisions at Martabak Bangka Orcila 2, X. The background of this study is based on the increasingly fierce competition in the culinary business, so understanding the factors that influence consumers in making purchases is very important. The research method used is quantitative with an associative approach. A sample of 100 respondents was selected through probability sampling with the Slovin formula from a population of 21,437 consumers in 2024. Data analysis was carried out using simple and multiple linear regression, accompanied by correlation tests, coefficient of determination, t-tests, and F-tests to see the significance of the influence of variables.

Abstract

The development of the Honda Tunas Dwipa Matra company is certainly inseparable from the form of service provided to its customers. This form of service will influence customer satisfaction which ultimately has an impact on increasing company revenue. Customer satisfaction is an important factor in efforts to facilitate sales and purchases, this cannot be separated from the level of service provided. Therefore, companies must think more carefully about the importance of customer satisfaction in providing customer service. It is now increasingly recognized that service quality and customer satisfaction are vital aspects in order to survive in business and win the competition. Viewed from the aspect of research data collection, this research is a type of quantitative research using a survey approach which aims to test the combination/influence of independent variables on the dependent variable, namely Customer Satisfaction with Services at the Honda Tunas Dwipa Matra Sengkang Office. Based on the results of research regarding the influence of customer satisfaction on service at the Honda Tunas Dwipa Matra Sengkang Office, it can be concluded as follows: 1) Satisfaction at the Honda Tunas Dwipa Matra Sengkang Office is in the very good category. 2) Service at the Honda Tunas Dwipa Matra Sengkang Office is in the very good category. 3) The results of data analysis show that the influence provided is positive and significant and the relationship provided is at a strong interval.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how much influence Leadership has in improving Public Services in  Sitampae Village, Tempe District, Wajo Regency. The background of this research is based on the importance of the influence of effective leadership in realizing quality, fast and targeted Public Services in the urban environment. In this context, leadership has a strategic role in directing, motivating, and supervising village officials to work professionally in accordance with their main duties and functions. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a census research type, where the entire population of 15 staff members is used as a staff Sample. The data collection techniques used are through questionnaires, observation and documentation. To analyze the data, descriptive analysis techniques and simple linear regression were used to test the Ha and Ho hypotheses. The results of the study show that Leadership has a significant influence in improving Public Services. This is evidenced by the results of data analysis which shows a determination coefficient value (R Squre) of 0.993, which means that 99.3% of the variation in Public Service can be explained by the Leadership variable. The rest, by 0.7%, was influenced by other factors not studied in this study. Thus, the hypothesis in this study can be accepted and concluded that the better the Leadership that is applied, the better the Public Services provided to the community.

Abstract

This study examines the development of public administration theories and concepts, emphasizing their relevance to village leadership and development planning. Public administration as a discipline has undergone significant paradigm evolution, from Old Public Administration (OPA) emphasizing hierarchical bureaucracy, New Public Administration (NPA) emphasizing social justice, New Public Management (NPM) emphasizing managerial efficiency and effectiveness, to New Public Service (NPS) emphasizing democratization, participation, and community-based public services. This paradigm shift demonstrates a transition from a rigid governance model to an adaptive, inclusive, and accountable public service model. In the context of village development, competency theory and public leadership play a crucial role because the village head is the primary actor in ensuring development direction aligned with community aspirations. The village head functions not only as an administrative leader but also as a driver of citizen participation, a facilitator of sustainable development, and a guarantor of public accountability. Therefore, the village head's competencies, including knowledge, skills, and leadership attitudes, must be systematically developed to address local development challenges. This study integrates administrative theory, public administration paradigms, competency theory, and village development planning concepts to offer a new perspective on locally-based public administration. The study's findings indicate that adaptive public administration must strategically position village leadership, strengthen individual and institutional capacity, and internalize the principles of good governance in development implementation.

Abstract

The disparity in the number of certified teachers remains a critical issue that must be addressed to reduce the prevalence of non-certified educators. This challenge is further compounded by the limited availability of certification quotas relative to the number of teacher graduates. The Teacher Professional Education (PPG) program, issued by the Directorate General of Teachers and Education Personnel (Ditjen GTK), has undergone regulatory changes based on Ministerial Regulation No. 19 of 2024, focusing on prospective teachers and specific in-service teachers. The PPG program aims to reduce the number of non-certified teachers and equip future educators with theoretical and practical competencies for application in schools.This study aims to examine the implementation of the PPG policy by the Faculty of Education, Universitas of Muhammadiyah Jakarta. Utilizing Edward III’s implementation model—covering communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure—a qualitative descriptive approach was employed.The findings reveal that the Faculty has effectively communicated the PPG program to prospective teachers. However, the Department of Education and Culture of South Tangerang (Dikbud Tangsel) has not fully disseminated this information to in service teachers, many of whom lack understanding of the administrative selection procedures. Both FIP and Dikbud Tangsel face limitations in human resource capacity. Furthermore, each institution operates within defined areas of authority—FIP as the organizer of the PPG. Nonetheless, both have carried out their roles in accordance with the SOPs issued by Ditjen GTK, while adhering to their respective mandates.

Abstract

Along with technological developments, Indonesia is experiencing a transformation in its payment system through the presence of Financial Technology (Fintech), particularly digital payments. Digital payment services such as OVO, GoPay, and Dana are increasingly used by students for transactions in marketplaces because they offer convenience, speed, and security. This study aims to analyze the influence of the use of digital payments OVO, GoPay, and Dana on students' purchasing interest in marketplaces. The variables studied include ease of use, service quality, and promotions offered by digital payment providers. The research method used a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to student marketplace users. Data were analyzed using regression analysis to determine the effect of each variable on purchasing interest. The results of this study are expected to provide an overview of the role of digital payments in encouraging student purchasing interest and serve as a reference for service providers and marketplace players in improving their digital service and promotion strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze business strategies, operational processes, and challenges in running a chicken porridge culinary business in Maumere, focusing on the case of the “Kaka Celin” Chicken Porridge business. The research employs a qualitative approach using direct interviews with the business owner located at Kimang Buleng Street No. 3, Maumere. The collected data were analyzed descriptively to provide an overview of the implementation of strategic management practices in a small-scale culinary enterprise. The findings indicate that the success of the “Kaka Celin” business is influenced by several key factors, including its strategic location in front of a school and along a public traffic route, the uniqueness of its product in the form of chicken porridge served without broth, which is relatively uncommon in Maumere, and the use of social media as a promotional tool to reach a wider customer base. In terms of operations, the business sells an average of 70–90 portions of chicken porridge per day, generating an estimated daily net profit ranging from IDR 400,000 to IDR 500,000 from various menu combinations. The main challenge faced by the business is the need for strict time discipline, particularly the routine of waking up in the early morning hours to prepare production. Overall, this business demonstrates strong potential for sustainable development if the implemented strategies are managed consistently and effectively.

Abstract

The development of e-commerce has encouraged the use of increasingly intensive digital marketing strategies, which have the potential to trigger impulse buying behavior, especially among Generation Z. This study aims to analyze the influence of live streaming, discounts, and sales promotions on impulse buying among female students at Darussalam Gontor University Campus C who use the Shopee marketplace from an Islamic perspective. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach (questionnaire). Data was obtained through a Likert scale questionnaire distributed to 340 respondents and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The results show that, partially, live streaming, discounts, and sales promotions have a positive and significant effect on impulse buying with a significance value of 0.000. Simultaneously, the three independent variables also have a positive and significant effect on impulse buying. The conclusion of this study shows that digital marketing strategies can increase impulsive buying, but from an Islamic perspective, they need to be controlled so as not to encourage excessive consumption and remain in line with the principles of balanced consumption and Islamic values.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of public services in Sumber Harum Village Government based on service standards and the SERVQUAL indicators, and to identify the factors that affect the quality of these services. The method used is a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews conducted with five community members who receive the services and two village officials who provide them. The results show that village administrative services are running fairly well, especially in terms of service product accuracy, the friendliness of the staff, and the speed of handling simple documents. However, there are still some challenges, such as the lack of written SOPs, technical issues caused by unstable electricity and signal, facilities that are not fully suitable for the elderly, and unofficial fees for certain types of services. According to the SERVQUAL analysis, service quality is considered good in the dimensions of reliability, assurance, and empathy, but still needs improvement in the dimensions of physical evidence and responsiveness. Overall, public services in Sumber Harum Village meet some of the principles of good service, but still require improvements in transparency, service consistency, and the provision of supporting facilities to make the services more effective and responsive to community needs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the system and procedures of administrative correspondence in the auction department of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk KC Palembang. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection through field observation during a three-month internship, documentation review of auction-related letters, and interviews with administrative staff and unit heads. The results indicate that the correspondence system at BTN KC Palembang is well-structured but still faces several obstacles, including bureaucratic bottlenecks in the letter disposition process, reliance on manual archiving systems, human errors in data entry, and logistical challenges in external communication with institutions such as KPKNL Palembang. These obstacles affect the efficiency and timeliness of the auction process, which in turn impacts asset recovery (recovery) and bank cash flow. The study concludes that digital transformation—such as implementing e-filing, digital tracking systems, and standard templates—is the most effective solution to improve administrative efficiency and legal certainty in the auction process.
