Abstract

The purpose of this article is to explain the meaning and Christian pedagogical value of Pasue culture in the lives of the Ndao people which is the basis for religious moderation on Ndao Island. To achieve this goal, the method used is a qualitative method with an auto ethnographic approach. The data collection technique used was interviews with 5 community leaders. The research results show that Pasue culture is a culture that has existed for a long time, and is practiced in the Ndao Island community (Ndao people). At a certain time, namely before the harvest season, there is a Kalela tradition, which is a tradition of visiting friends from one village to another bringing provisions from the harvest. The Christian pedagogical values contained in this culture are: 1) Friendship knows no boundaries, just as Christ called us his friends; 2) Friendship begins with a bond of promise and promises must be steadfast; 3) Chickens are cut and blood Chicken is a symbol (of life) that is shed for togetherness, therefore it must be maintained so that it continues to live together; 4) Eating together is a way to sit side by side in all circumstances, regardless of ethnic or religious differences. These teaching values are the basis for religious moderation in the Ndao Island community or Ndao people.

Abstract

Strengthening Village communities improves living standards, produces sustainable benefits for the community, encourages community independence and initiative, develops the Village economy, improves the environment, and forms community financial institutions, are efforts to create activities that make this possible. Increasing the creativity and productivity of the people of Babakan Village who face several obstacles in strengthening the fish cultivation population, including the dry season causing drought, this has an impact on the development of fish cultivation, the outreach and training by the Babakan Village Government for fish cultivation groups regarding their potential, the cultivator community has not been maximized. Fish lack insight and knowledge so that fish farming management is carried out by autodidacts. The conclusions obtained show that the role of the village government in strengthening the "Mina Kariya" fisheries cultivation group in Babakan Village, Pangandaran District, Pangandaran Province is basically functioning and very good. However, it still faces several obstacles, such as the lack of consensus among all breeders and it is still not optimal. So far we have not found an alternative to making our own food, so fish food still needs to be purchased. Farmers' skills and knowledge are still low and there are no alternative aquaculture techniques that can help farmers run their operations effectively. There is no research that focuses on the role of the Village Head in empowering community business groups, especially in Pangandaran Regency, so it is urgent in this research to find solutions to solve the problems that occur.

Abstract

The capital market has become a cornerstone of modern economies, facilitating the flow of funds between investors and business entities to support growth and innovation. However, interest in investing in the Indonesian capital market still faces significant challenges, particularly in terms of risk understanding, perception, and individual motivation for investment. This research aims to explore the factors influencing individual investment interest in PT. Indonex Bangun Investama, a key player in the Indonesian capital market. The research adopts a quantitative approach involving 82 active investors of PT. Indonex Bangun Investama. Data analysis utilizes various statistical techniques such as normality tests, multicollinearity tests, and multiple linear regression analysis to examine the impact of risk, motivation, and investment knowledge variables on investment interest. The analysis results indicate that risk and motivation significantly affect investment interest, while investment knowledge, although important, does not significantly influence investment interest individually. These findings provide deeper insights into the psychological and economic factors underlying individual investment decisions in the Indonesian capital market. The implications of this research suggest the need for a more holistic and strategic educational approach to enhance financial literacy and effective risk mitigation in individual investment strategies. Thus, this research makes a significant contribution to the development of education strategies and risk management in the Indonesian capital market context, laying a foundation for further discussions on expanding accessibility and participation in investment among the public.

Abstract

This research aims to examine both partially and simultaneously the influence of Organizational Climate and Job Stress on Turnover Intention at CV. HD Citarasa of South Tangerang. The research method used is descriptive quantitative which is verification in nature. The respondents used were all employees CV. HD Citarasa South Tangerang has 56 employees. The data analysis techniques used include validity instrument analysis, reliability instrument analysis, and hypothesis testing both partially and simultaneously using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) for Windows version 26 program. The partial research results show that Organizational Climate has a positive influence on Turnover Intention obtained tcount (3.288) > ttable (1.674). Then, Job Stress has a positive influence on Turnover Intention, the value obtained is tcount (5.070) > ttable (1.674). As for the simultaneous results, it shows that Organizational Climate and Work Stress have a positive influence on Turnover Intention with the hypothesis results (simultaneously) obtaining a value of fcount (16.512) > ftable (3.172).

Abstract

Marital relationships do not always run smoothly and harmoniously, some problems can occur when married, one of which is about differences of opinion with in-laws. This study was conducted with the aim of determining the effect of self-acceptance on self-adjustment in wives who live with in-laws in village X, Gresik Regency. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique, with the research sample being 46 wives who live with the husband's parents' family with a marriage age of less than ten years. The measuring instruments used were the Self-Adjustment Scale and the USAQ Self-Acceptance Scale (Unconditional Self-Acceptance Questionnaire). The data analysis used was simple regression analysis. The results of the data analysis showed the effect of the self-acceptance variable on the self-adjustment variable of 33.4%. This study showed that the subject had self-acceptance with self-adjustment in the moderate category, meaning that the lower the self-acceptance, the lower the self-adjustment in the daughter-in-law. Likewise, the higher the self-acceptance, the higher the self-adjustment in the daughter-in-law.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of organizational culture on employee performance through employee work motivation at PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani Cianjur Branch. The research employs a quantitative approach using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) implemented through the SmartPLS program. The population of interest comprises all employees of PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani Cianjur Branch, with a sample consisting of 102 respondents. Data collection was conducted through online questionnaire distribution, ensuring wide and efficient coverage.The analysis results demonstrate that work motivation plays a significant role in mediating the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani Cianjur Branch. This finding underscores the importance of work motivation as an intervening variable in the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance.The Direct Effect Analysis yielded several important findings. First, the relationship between Organizational Culture (OC) and Work Motivation (WM) shows positive and significant results, with an Original Sample (Path) value of 0.693, t-Statistics of 10.788, and P-Values of 0.000. This indicates that organizational culture has a strong and direct influence on employee work motivation.Second, the relationship between Organizational Culture (OC) and Employee Performance (EP) also shows positive results, albeit with a lower level of significance. The Original Sample (Path) value of 0.068, t-Statistics of 1.949, and P-Values of 0.052 indicate a positive influence, though at the threshold of statistical significance.Lastly, the relationship between Work Motivation (WM) and Employee Performance (EP) demonstrates highly positive and significant results. With an Original Sample (Path) value of 0.760, t-Statistics of 13.294, and P-Values of 0.000, this finding affirms the crucial role of work motivation in enhancing employee performance.In conclusion, this research highlights the importance of organizational culture and work motivation in the context of employee performance at PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani Cianjur Branch. These findings provide valuable insights for management in designing strategies to improve employee performance through strengthening organizational culture and enhancing work motivation.

Abstract

Entering the modern era, the people of Bulutellue Village still maintain a tradition, namely the mattoana bola celebration. This research aims to elaborate on the mattoana bola celebration as a sociocultural identity of the Bulutellue Village community. This research applies qualitative research methods. Data was collected through literature review and field research. Field data was collected by conducting participant observation and in-depth interviews with 9 people. Data analysis was carried out by applying the Miles and Huberman technique, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that: (1) the mattoana bola celebration is carried out by small families who have successfully built a house and lived in it for approximately three years in a healthy condition and with sufficient sustenance. The mattoana bola celebration is an expression of gratitude to Allah by carrying out several stages, including mattanra esso, maddareheng, massolong bola, mabbarasanji, and mabbaca doang salama. (2) the implementation of the mattoana bola celebration has an important meaning for the people of Bulutellue Village because it contains several values, namely, the value of mutual cooperation, the value of togetherness, religious values, and the value of obedience to leaders.

Abstract

This paper analyzes the application of madrasah principal management to Arabic language learning in improving the quality of student graduates at MAN Tanjungpinang. This research method is a qualitative field research method that is carried out holistically. The approach used is phenomenology. The results of this study are to improve the quality of student graduates at MAN Tanjungpinang, Riau Islands through Arabic language learning, then it can use madrasah principal management, namely through; a) planning, b) organizing, c) implementing, and e) supervising. Planning includes needs analysis, short and long term goals, and relevant curriculum development. Organizing by setting a clear organizational structure with specific assignments and responsibilities for each Arabic language teaching staff. Implementation by actively implementing an innovative Arabic language curriculum, ensuring that Arabic language learning materials are always up-to-date and relevant to student needs. Supervision by conducting periodic monitoring of the Arabic language learning process to ensure that the curriculum and teaching methods are implemented according to plan.

Abstract

This study was conducted to see the work commitment of the Madrasah principal in improving the effectiveness of Private Junior High Schools (MTs) in the Riau Islands. As an effort to improve the quality of education in madrasas, it is hoped that private madrasas can compete with other public schools. This study uses a qualitative approach that describes the object of study through the process of extracting facts and object data in the field. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of the study indicate that the work commitment of the Madrasah principal in improving the effectiveness of private MTs in the Riau Islands is not optimal, because there are still many aspects that have not been achieved in terms of realization, budget constraints for the procurement of Madrasah facilities and infrastructure, increasing the professionalism of human resources, and other facilities that are still very limited. For this reason, the head of private MTs in the Riau Islands Province tries to improve the effectiveness of madrasas by implementing strategic educational development concepts. The roles played by the head of the Madrasah are; 1) focusing on common interests, 2) improving communication and understanding, 3) increasing involvement and participation, and 4) avoiding win-lose solutions. These roles are very helpful in realizing increased effectiveness of education in madrasas.

Abstract

This study discusses women’s rights in divorce decisions at the Kuala Tungkal Class 1B Religious Court based on the perspective of Maqashid Syari’ah. Women’s rights decided in divorce, such as iddah maintenance, mut’ah, child custody, and property division, are analyzed in terms of their suitability with the main objectives of Islamic law, namely protection of religion, soul, descendants, mind, and property (Maqashid Syari’ah). This research uses qualitative methods with the normative legal approach. to examine court decisions and how the laws applied reflect the principles of Maqashid Syari’ah. The results of the study indicate that divorce decisions at the Religious Court have considered women’s rights proportionally, although there is still room for further adjustment to be more in line with the essence of Maqashid Syari’ah, especially in terms of economic protection and gender justice. This study recommends the need to strengthen the integration between positive law and sharia principles to better guarantee women’s welfare after divorce.
