Abstract

This research aims to determine the role and obstacles faced by the Govermental (Satpol PP) in enforcing regional regulations regarding the prevention of prostitution and immoral acts in Sukoharjo Regency. Research Subject Govermental (Satpol PP). The object of research in this study is the role of the Govermental in enforcing regional regulations regarding the prevention of prostitution and immoral acts. This type of research is qualitative research. The method used by researchers in this research is the descriptive method. The data collection technique uses 3 techniques, namely (1) observation, (2) interviews, and (3) presentation of documentation. The research results show that the position of the Govermental as a regional apparatus as its main task is basically aimed at assisting regional heads in enforcing regional regulations. Efforts to deal with perpetrators of prostitution and immoral acts in Sukoharjo Regency include judicial and non-judicial actions as well as closing localization places or places where the perpetrators follow up on every complaint that comes in which is reported by the public with early detection or searching for information related to prostitution and immoral acts. The obstacles faced by the Govermental in dealing with prostitution and immoral acts include the number of personnel capacity, perpetrators browsing through online media such as dating applications, limited quality of investigators and lack of facilities and infrastructure, low public awareness in enforcing order and peace and the lack of maximum technical regulations governing the problems faced.

Abstract

Over time, engaging in tourism has evolved into a necessity for acquiring delightful experiences. However, such tourism activities also carry inherent risks that can potentially harm visitors. This research, adopting a qualitative approach through a literature study, employs data collection methods by referencing legal documents, pertinent articles, and books relevant to the study. The research findings underscore that legal frameworks guarantee the rights of tourists to protection, safety, and security. Consequently, it is imperative for tourism managers to prioritize the safety of visitors arising from the activities involved. This involves the implementation of robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), effective mitigation procedures, optimal functioning of infrastructure, provision of adequate safety equipment, and continuous enhancement of staff competencies. Owners of tourist attractions bear the responsibility of ensuring both the safety and legal protection of visitors, acknowledging the mutual benefits derived from the presence of tourists. Thus, a comprehensive and proactive approach to safety measures is essential in fostering a secure and enjoyable environment for all visitors.

Abstract

This analysis aims to find out the strategies and steps used in community empowerment in Central Lombok Regency with literature review analysis helping to analyze previous studies which will provide suggestions and methods used in community empowerment in Central Lombok Regency. Using the descriptive qualitative method (literature review), this method will explain and describe the findings with descriptions. Data sources from several journal reference sources that are relevant to the topic of analysis. The focus of this analysis is community empowerment in Central Lombok district to reduce poverty. The results of the analysis show various methods and ways to achieve social prosperity, however, the implementation of empowerment must also pay attention to the geographical location of the community to provide a significant impact, such as empowerment in the tourism sector, arts and crafts sector or empowerment in other forms that provide benefits to the community. specially in the Central Lombok district, the empowerment that is often carried out is in the tourism sector for tourist villages and the use of social culture and local wisdom to help the community to attract tourists to visit and gain economic benefits.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the use of technology in the cyber world as stated in this literary work. The literary work used the novel genre entitled Fake Semu by Ele Fountain. The problem raised is about the cyber world in the novel. The novel Fake Semu by Ele Fountain is a novel with a theme about the cyber world. This novel explains the plot where technology becomes the only friend in the world. In this novel, Ele tells the story of a world where all needs for food, health, access to digital transactions are fully controlled by technology. Because of this, Ele began to tell about someone who was curious about the digital world and used various forbidden skills in the cyber world to get all the answers to his questions. The method used uses a hermeneutic approach. The findings obtained in the novel are 1) Database, 2) Hacking, 3) Encryption, 4) Spyware, 5) Cypher, and 6) Cyber Minder.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic affected many sectors, including the hospitality, the businesses of travel, food and drink, and entertainment services. Even the future of tourism is seen with pessimism, particularly in places where it is the main industry and where growth is planned. This may incentivize the travel and hospitality sector, particularly the hotel sector, to explore for strategies to weather the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses a literature survey method. This method helps understand the relevance of new research and its relationship with previous research, identifying all previous scientific literature, including books, journal articles and theses, relating to the potential of the hotel business as a Staycation trend. This research aims to determine the potential of the hotel business as a Staycation trend. The research results show that 4-star and 3-star hotels differ in their understanding and application of the terms Daycation and Staycation, which mean a holiday of one day or a maximum of eight hours, however two out of five hotels still use the term Staycation even though the holiday is less than eight hours. During the pandemic, the term Staycation is also used. The findings indicate that it is important to maintain or improve hotel products and the use of digital marketing, especially social media, and continue to innovate to maintain a good image which relate to the prospects of the hotel business as a holiday style.

Abstract

The formulation of the objectives of this research is: (1) to find out PAI learning planning at the Qorrota A'yun Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) and Al-Khoiriyyah Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI); (2) to determine the implementation of learning at the Qorrota A'yun (SDIT) and Al- (MI); (3) to find out the evaluation of learning at the Qorrota A'yun Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) and Al-Khoiriyyah Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI). The research method uses a qualitative approach while the subjects of this research are Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers, deputy head of curriculum and school principals at SDIT Qorrota A'yun and MI Al-Khoiriyyah. The results of this research are (1) Concept of Learning Planning for Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at SDIT Qurrota A'yun and MI Al-Khoiriyyah by first making a Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) according to the syllabus; (2) The implementation of PAI learning at SDIT Qurrota A'yun and MI Al-Khoiriyyah at SDIT Qurrota A'yun is held in two meetings a week, while at MI Al-Khoiriyyah it is held every day because PAI subjects are explained more specifically; (3) Evaluation of PAI learning at SDIT Qurrota A'yun and MI Al-Khoiriyyah carried out as in general schools with various written, oral and general practical tests.

Abstract

Work motivation is a state or situation that cause a person to continue to improve, direct, and sustain his behavior both directly and indirectly with his work environment. This study aimed to determined the relationship of work motivation to nurse performance.This is quantitative research with a cross sectional approach, the population was 103 nurses in inpatient room and the sample was 51 nurse data collection techniques used questionnaires. The result showed that the variable of appreciation acquired (0.007), work itself (0.034) and job promotion (0.035) had a link with nursing performance. While the responsibility variable of received a value (0.891) the appreciation, work, and job promotion have a relationship with nurse performance, whereas responsibility have no relationship with nurse performance. Write an abstract content of about 250 words, covering the background of the problem, problem statements, conclusions, and the novelty of the scientific work. Abstract is only written in one paragraph.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of the character Tara in the novel Katarsis by Anastasia Aemilia. The researcher uses Sigmund Freud's personality dynamics theory to examine Tara's traits that appear in Anastasia Aemilia's novel Katarsis. The work is a "thriller psychology" genre. The protagonist's involvement in a serial murder plot and the complex dynamics of the novel's female protagonist are points of contention. This research utilizes literary psychology methodology to conduct descriptive qualitative research. The findings show that the female protagonist in the novel exhibits tendencies of aggression and anxiety. Tara's destructive, hurtful and murderous actions characterize her aggressive tendencies. A negative affective state accompanied by bodily feelings is known as anxiety. On the other hand, Tara also has psychopathic behavior and has manipulative, antisocial and impulsive behavior.

Abstract

This article is about a literature review regarding good leadership models in Islam as seen from the experience of the merger of 3 (three) Sharia Banks in Indonesia to become Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), which is currently approximately three years old and the Indonesian Sharia banking market until compete and occupy the position as a sharia bank with the most significant asset position compared to 6 (six) other conventional banks which have dominated the Indonesian market for decades. The type of data used in this research is qualitative data, with the data source coming from secondary sources and the data collection technique used being a documentation technique through literature review using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) data analysis technique by utilizing the Published or Perish (POP) metadata tool and VOS Viewer. The research method used is a qualitative method, with research results showing that the leadership model of Bank Syariah Indonesia has accommodated the best leadership criteria in Islam, which can be adaptive, fast response, and solutions while still implementing the traits and characteristics of leaders who are sincere, trustworthy, Katonah, and tabligh. This leadership character was demonstrated by leading the previous three large banks into one with one vision, mission, and work culture, as well as the synergy of all human resources that supported joint achievements to success in the three years of its existence.

Abstract

To be successful in the competitive market for sacrificial animals, with its short selling season and numerous sellers, prioritizing customer satisfaction is essential. This study was conducted in Meruyung Village, Limo District, Depok City on June 24–July 3, 2023, using descriptive-quantitative method to discover the service quality, product quality, and price offered by sellers, and how these three factors affect customer satisfaction of sacrificial animals. Convenience sampling was used to determine the respondents, which is by meeting people at the sales stalls who have bought goats or sheep as sacrificial animals at least once in Meruyung Village. This study involved 70 respondents. Data was obtained using a Likert scale questionnaire via Google Form and processed using multiple regression analysis. The results shows that the quality of service and product, as well as the price factor offered by sacrificial animal sellers, together affect customer satisfaction with sacrificial animals in Meruyung Village, Limo District, Depok City by 36.5%, but only the factor of product quality has a partially significant influence. Therefore, sellers must ensure product quality that meets the requirements of sacrificial animals and customer preferences, as this significantly affects satisfaction.
