Abstract

Occupational health and safety training is a crucial strategy for preventing workplace accidents and enhancing workers’ awareness of occupational risks. This community service program aimed to improve the knowledge and understanding of warehouse workers at UD Virginia Tomohon regarding occupational safety principles, particularly in manual handling activities. The program employed a participatory approach, combining theoretical instruction with practical demonstrations. Evaluation was conducted using pre- and post-test questionnaires for 17 participants. The Wilcoxon test results indicated a significant increase in participants’ knowledge scores after the training (p = 0.008). Workers demonstrated high enthusiasm and active participation throughout the sessions. This training effectively enhanced workers’ awareness and understanding of OSH principles, fostering a culture of safety and sustainability in the workplace.

Abstract

The development of digital marketing requires companies to integrate various communication channels to enhance the effectiveness of customer interactions. One approach used is an omnichannel system that enables centralized communication management. This activity aims to improve the effectiveness of the marketing division's performance through the socialization and training of ZOHO as an omnichannel integration system. The method used in this activity includes preparation, socialization, system demonstration, and hands-on practice by participants. The materials presented cover the introduction of the omnichannel concept, the use of ZOHO's main features, and the management of customer communi cation across multiple channels within a single platform. The results are able to understand the concept of omnichannel and operate ZOHO to support marketing activities, such as responding to customers more quickly, managing contact data, and monitoring customer interactions in an integrated manner. Therefore, the use of ZOHO as an omnichannel system can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing division performance.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to strengthen the capacity of health cadres in TB prevention through education, early detection training, and patient assistance. Health cadres play a strategic role due to their closeness to the community, interpersonal communication skills, and function as a bridge between health workers and the community. Their involvement is essential to improve public knowledge, facilitate early detection of symptoms, assist patients in adhering to treatment, and reduce the stigma still attached to TB patients. By empowering cadres, TB control efforts can be more effective, sustainable, and community-based. The program involved 20 health cadres and applied several methods, including interactive lectures, discussions, simulations, role play, and pre–post tests to assess improvements in knowledge and skills. The results knowledge, screening ability, and skills in patient assistan ce. Cadres also demonstrated a strong commitment to actively serve as partners of health professionals. This program proves that empow ering health cadres through participatory approac hes is effective in supporting pulmona TB prevention & control at the community level.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of business digitalization and local entrepreneurship development in improving the sustainable competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Sampulungan Village, North Galesong District, Takalar Regency. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to MSME actors selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the support of SPSS software. The results indicate that business digitalization contributes positively to improving MSME competitiveness through expanded market access and increased operational efficiency. Furthermore, local entrepreneurship development plays a significant role in encouraging business innovation and the utilization of local resources. The integration of digitalization and local entrepreneurial capacity strengthening is proven to enhance the sustainable competitiveness of MSMEs.

Abstract

The study aims to identify the implementation of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) in supporting transaction activities and financial record-keeping at Konter Brijo Cell and Seblak Luseyka House MSMEs. The study applied a descriptive qualitative method with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that the use of QRIS provides convenience and improves transaction efficiency because payment can be carried out more quickly and practically through cashless methods. Furthermore, QRIS assist business owners in monitoring transactions through automatically stored digital transaction data. However, the implementation of QRIS has not been fully optimized since financial records are still managed manually and have not yet been integrated into digital systems. Several obstacles were also identified, including limited technological understanding and unstable internet connectivity that affects transaction processes.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the ability of small and medium-sized grocery store owners to understand and implement simple accounting systems. The program also helps business owners create simple cash books and loan accounts, and fosters discussions between business finances and personal needs. The method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The activity was implemented through preparation, mentoring, and evaluation stages at Bu Astuti's Shop and Bu Tutik's Shop in Panjatan District. The results of the activity indicate that business owners are beginning to understand the importance of recording transactions regularly, are able to maintain cash records and simple accounting, and are beginning to separate the use of business funds from personal needs. The mentoring provided also helps business owners monitor cash flow, understand inventory conditions, and manage finances more systematically.

Abstract

This community service activity aimed to assist Permata Konveksi MSME in calculating the Cost of Production (COP) using the full costing method while also utilizing WhatsApp Business as a digital marketing medium. The method applied was a qualitative descriptive approach through the stages of interviews, mentoring implementation, and activity evaluation. The mentoring focused on classifying raw material costs, direct labor costs, and factory overhead costs to ensure that production cost recording became more systematic and accurate. In addition, the implementation of WhatsApp Business was carried out through the creation of a business profile, product catalog, and optimization of communication with customers. The results of the activity showed that the business owner became more capable of calculating the Cost of Production in a more structured manner and no longer relied solely on estimates in determining product selling prices. The use of WhatsApp Business also helped accelerate customer service, provide clearer product information, and support the improvement of digital promotion and marketing activities.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to support digital change in laundry service MSMEs in Jomboran, Sleman, by using the CatatMak application and optimizing Google Maps services.. The challenges faced by MSMEs include unstructured manual financial recording systems and low digital visibility in navigation applications. The method applied in this community service consisted of four stages: observation, outreach, training and mentoring, and evaluation. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in the digital competence of business owners. Based on the evaluation, it was found that skills in inputting transactions and recording financial reports automatically using the CatatMak application increased from 0% to 100%. In the marketing aspect, business owners can independently create business profiles and Google Maps location points to expand market reach. This community service found out that digitalization of financial management and marketing is successful in increasing operational efficiency and competitiveness of MSMEs in the digital era.

Abstract

The main challenge faced by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is their limited capacity for financial administration, which is still conducted using conventional methods and lacks accountability. This community service initiative aims to equip MSMEs with the technical skills needed to operate the Akuntansiku application, facilitating the transition from manual bookkeeping systems to more accurate digital financial reporting. The method used is a participatory approach with direct mentoring through the stages of observation, mentoring, and evaluation. The results of the activity show that the mentoring process can facilitate MSME partners in digitally inputting transactions and independently compiling simple financial reports. The use of the application also helps make the process of recording and monitoring business finances more systematic. This activity demonstrates that guidance on bookkeeping digitization is crucial in supporting financial management and administrative compliance for MSMEs.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to equip SMAN 5 Denpasar students with theoretical knowledge and practical skills in drafting professional Curriculum Vitae (CV), including creative and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) formats. Utilizing a Design Thinking approach and learning-by-doing methods, students participated in interactive workshops using Canva and Microsoft Word to transform academic achievements into professional documents. The results indicate a significant improvement in students' digital literacy, particularly regarding the technical mechanisms of automated recruitment systems, which were previously a major obstacle. This participatory approach proved effective in boosting students' confidence in identifying their potential and building competitive digital personal branding. Therefore, the training successfully bridged the gap between students' academic potential and modern industry standards, ensuring better preparedness for scholarship selections and the professional workforce.
