Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has a significant impact on adolescent behavior, including the emergence of various forms of juvenile delinquency in cyberspace. In 2024, the Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI) recorded 41 cases of children becoming victims of pornography and cybercrime, with the most reports related to sexual crimes and bullying in digital media. This community service activity was carried out at SMP Negeri 1 Tasikmadu Karanganyar, targeting seventh-grade students through providing socialization on digital literacy and efforts to prevent juvenile delinquency in the technological era. The activity began with a pretest and ended with a posttest. The expected outcome of this community service activity is to instill an understanding among adolescents about efforts to prevent juvenile delinquency in the technological era.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to foster a spirit of mutual cooperation, strengthen collaboration between higher education institutions and government agencies, and increase environmental awareness among students and the community. In addition, the program is intended to create a cleaner and better-maintained Afvoer Kemambang area. The methods used include a participatory approach through Participatory Action Research (PAR), field actions such as waste clean-up activities, community education, and activity documentation. The results show positive impacts, including improved environmental cleanliness, increased public awareness in maintaining drainage systems, and the strengthening of students’ social values and environmental responsib ility. Furthermore, a constructive partnership was established between Universitas Sunan Giri Surabaya and the Environmental Agency (DLH) of East Java. This activity demonstrates that multi-stakeholder synergy through collaboration and environmental education is effective in enhancing community participation and addressing urban environmental cleanliness issues.

Abstract

This study aims to implement a QRIS-based digital payment system at RM Padang Sikembar, an MSME located in West Bandung, to enhance transactional efficiency and reduce cash dependency. The methodology employed was direct assistance (field mentoring), encompassing problem identification, socialization of benefits, QRIS integration, and operational training. The findings revealed that prior to implementation, the business relied solely on cash transactions, posing a risk of losing customers who prefer digital payment methods. Following the adoption of QRIS, the transaction process became more practical, rapid, and flexible, allowing consumers to pay via various mobile banking and e-wallet applications. Ultimately, QRIS implementation improved customer convenience and supported the modernization of payment systems within the MSME sector,with an increase in consumer and sales reaching approximately 30%.

Abstract

This community service activity on Bullying Prevention Education through strengthening achievement motivation was carried out as a preventive effort to reduce bullying behavior while fostering students’ enthusiasm for achieving their goals. The program was initiated in response to the continued prevalence of bullying cases in elementary schools, which negatively affect children’s social, emotional, and learning motivation development. The activity took place at SD Negeri 20 Buton and involved 30 fifth-grade students. A training approach with mixed techniques was used, including interactive lectures, group discussions, and role-playing activities. The results showed an improvement in students’ understanding of the dangers of bullying and increased awareness to behave positively in the school environment. Students also demonstrated strong enthusiasm in expressing their aspirations and understanding the connection between good attitudes, hard work, and future success. This program indicates that strengthening achievement motivation from an early age can be an effective strategy to prevent bullying and build empathetic and confident character in children

Abstract

Traditional games are part of cultural heritage that play an important role in instilling national values, particularly the sense of patriotism. However, technological advancement and lifestyle changes have reduced young generations’ interest in traditional games. This study aims to foster patriotism through the implementation of traditional games in Dusun VIII, Timbang Lawan Village, Bahorok District, Langkat Regency. The method used was a participatory and educational approach consisting of preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. The activities were carried out through various traditional games involving active participation from the community, especially children and adolescents. The results show that traditional game activities can increase community participation and foster values such as cooperation, togetherness, and sportsmanship. Furthermore, the activity raises public awareness about the importance of preserving traditional games as part of cultural identity and as a medium for instilling patriotism.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and synthesize the concept of digital ethics from a Human Resource Management (HRM) perspect ive and its relationship with the development of student professional ism in higher education. The research employs a qualitative approa ch using a narrative literature review method of 18 scientific articles published between 2017 and 2025 and indexed in Google Scholar. The findings of the literature review indicate that digital ethics serves as a normative foundation in shaping students’ digital professional ism, particularly in managing digital identity and online reputation. The relationship between digital ethics and professionalism is not always direct, as it is influenced by mediating factors such as digital literacy, academic culture, institutional policies, and students’ level of commitment. From an HRM perspective, digital ethics should be positioned as part of behavioral competency integrated into character development and students’ work readiness. This study highlights the importance of integrating digital ethics into human resource development systems in higher education to foster adaptive and responsible professionals in the era of digital transformation.
