Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Sikka Regency in increasing marriage certificate ownership through the Cinta Panas Innovation Program. The research is motivated by the relatively low rate of marriage certificate ownership, which has significant implications for the fulfillment of citizens’ civil rights, particularly in areas facing geographical and socio-cultural barriers. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, using in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis as data collection techniques. Research informants included officials of the Population and Civil Registration Office, village authorities, religious leaders, and community members as service recipients. Data were analyzed interactively through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the Cinta Panas Innovation Program has transformed public service delivery from a passive to a proactive approach through outreach services and cross-sector collaboration, especially with religious institutions. The program has improved service accessibility, increased public legal awareness, and contributed to the growth of marriage certificate ownership. Nevertheless, the study also identifies several challenges, including limited institutional capacity, administrative complexity, and unequal program coverage across regions. Therefore, strengthening institutional capacity and ensuring equitable service distribution are essential to sustaining innovation in population administration services

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze efforts to optimize official residence rental retribution as one of the sources of Local Own-Source Revenue (PAD) in Sikka Regency. The main problem identified was the accumulation of official residence rental arrears due to the low awareness of Civil Servants (ASN) in fulfilling their payment obligations. The method used was qualitative, with data collection techniques conducted through observations and interviews during the internship program. The results of the study showed that the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) had implemented various strategic measures, such as mapping priority areas in six sub-districts, standardizing rental values through an appraisal team, and implementing a non-cash payment system through Bank NTT based on Sikka Regent Regulation No. 22 of 2024. However, strengthening law enforcement and the digitalization of asset management still need to be improved to minimize arrears

Abstract

This internship report aims to analyze the process of recording and reporting daily teller transactions at the Savings and Loan Cooperative (Koperasi Simpan Pinjam/KSP) Kopdit Tuke Jung. The study focuses on the role of tellers in recording daily financial transactions and preparing transaction reports as the basis for the presentation of cooperative financial statements. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation conducted during the internship period. The results of the analysis indicate that daily transaction recording at KSP Kopdit Tuke Jung has been carried out in a computerized manner using the Sikopdit application. Tellers record transactions based on transaction evidence, recap daily transactions, and prepare reports that are then submitted to the bookkeeping department and management. This process is in accordance with the accounting cycle theory, although there are still obstacles such as the potential for data input errors and system disruptions. Therefore, it is necessary to improve teller accuracy and optimize the accounting information system so that the process of recording and reporting daily transactions can run more effectively and accurately.

Abstract

The implementation of the Regional Government Information System (RGIS) represents a strategic initiative by the government to achieve transparency and accountability in regional financial management. However, the effectiveness of this system is highly contingent upon the quality of initial data input. This study aimed to analyze the phenomenon of expenditure code input errors at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of Sikka Regency and their subsequent impact on the accuracy of the Budget Realization Report (LRA). Employing a descriptive qualitative methodology, this research utilized data collection techniques including participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and document verification, conducted during an internship in the Accounting Division of BPKAD Sikka Regency. The findings reveal that misclassification between capital expenditures (CAPEX) and goods and services expenditures (OPEX) occurs frequently. This is primarily attributed to the complexity of account nomenclature and the rigid, "centrally locked" nature of the SIPD system. Consequently, these input errors lead to a distortion of information within the LRA and an overstatement of fixed assets on the Balance Sheet. This study concludes that a stringent document verification mechanism within the Accounting Division plays a pivotal role as an internal control to ensure the integrity and reliability of regional financial reports prior to their publication.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of promotion and price on the purchase decision of IM3 SIM cards among the people of Maumere City. The study uses a quantitative method with a causal associative approach. Data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents who use IM3 SIM cards, with a Likert scale instrument. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that partially, promotion has a significant effect on purchase decisions, as does price, which is also proven to have a significant effect. Simultaneously, promotion and price have a significant effect on purchase decisions, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.986. This means that 98.6% of the variation in purchase decisions is influenced by promotion and price, while the remaining 1.4% is influenced by other factors outside this study. These findings indicate that appropriate promotional strategies and proper pricing play an important role in enhancing consumer purchase decisions. The research results are expected to provide input for companies, particularly telecommunications service providers, to develop more effective marketing strategies.
