Abstract

Happiness is a positive feeling that is felt by every individual, where this happiness has a relationship between pleasure, satisfaction, and happiness in life. The topic of happiness is interesting to discuss, especially if this topic of happiness compares between two groups in order to find out which group has the higher level of happiness.  This study aims to determine the differences between the two groups, namely groups of k-pop fans and non-k-pop fans. The sample in this study were 18 k-pop fans and 18 non-k-pop fans from SMK Negeri 1 Martapura. The measuring instrument used for this research is the Happiness Scale. Assumption test in this research is in the form of normality test and homogeneity test. In the Assumption Test results, the results obtained that the two groups, namely fans and non-fans of k-pop, show that the data is normally distributed.  Researchers analyzed the data using Two Independent Sample T-Test through an application, namely SPSS for windows version 25 with a result of 0.327 with a probability value of p > 0.05. From the results of the data analysis, it can be seen that there is no significant difference between the level of happiness of k-pop fans and non-k-pop fans.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah  minat siswa dalam melanjutkan pendidikan dan bagaimanakah pelaksanaan bimbingan karir dalam mengembangkan minat siswa untuk melanjutkan pendidikan di SMP Negeri 2 Lokop. Metode yang digunakan kualitati dengan teknik pengumpulan data, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data di analisis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif yaitu menggambarkan fenomena yang ada di lapangan. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu pertama, lemahnya minat siswa dalam melanjutkan pendidikan setelah tamat dari SMP Negeri 2 Lokop, dapat di lihat   pada Tahun 2016 hanya 45% dan pada Tahun 2017 55% yang melanjutkan pendidikan, hal tersebut dapat diketahui  dari indikator minat yaitu: : 1) perhatian siswa  semakin berkembang terhadap pendidikan 2. Perasaan senang 3) ketertarikan 4) keingian dan 5) siswa tidak giat dalam belajar. Kedua, pelaksanaan bimbingan karir, layanan yang dierapkan dalam pelaksanaan bimbingan karir ialah a. Layanan orientasi b. Layanan informasi c.  layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan metode ceramah dan diskusi  langkah-langkah pelaksanaan bimbingan karir ialah, tahap pertama pendahuluan kedua tahap inti ketiga tahap penutup dan evaluasi. Hasil dari pelaksanan bimbingan karir ini, berhasil dapat dilihat pada Tahun 2018 66% dan pada Tahun 2019 75% siswa yang melanjutkan pendidikan, dapat ketahui dari indikator minat: 1) perhatian siswa  semakin berkembang terhadap pendidikan 2. Perasaan senang 3) ketertarikan 4) keingian dan 5) siswa terlihat semakin giat dalam belajar.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were to (1) develop a valid student learning initiative character assessment instrument for use in high school, (2) develop a practical student learning initiative character assessment instrument for use in high school (3) analyze the validity and practicality of the learning initiative character assessment instrument. developed for use in high school. The study used the Research and Development (RnD) method with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation,  Evaluation). The population in this study were students of class XI SMA Negeri 2 Binjai. The sample used is class XI PMS 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 and class XI PIS 1,2,3,4,5 totaling 17 people for each class. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling with the Slovin formula. The results obtained  are  products in the form of a character assessment instrument for student learning initiatives with the type of observation sheet for teacher assessment and a  situational judgment test for student self-assessment. The items on the observation sheet were declared valid by experts with a score of 85%, and reliable with reliability > 0.7. Likewise with the situational test, the item is declared valid and reliable with Product Moment values > 0.138 and α-Cronbach > 0.813. Both instruments are also declared practical based on the value of practicality > 90%. Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that the character assessment instrument developed is feasible to be used in assessing the character quality of student learning initiatives in high school.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Counselor Ikigai and the Teacher Counseling's work climate on the performance of Teacher Counselings. This type of research used a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. This study also uses the regression method which aims to examine the effect/value of the influence of two independent variables on one dependent variable. The research population is all Teacher Counselings in South Solok Regency. A sample of 39 respondents was Teacher Counselings. The results of data analysis and hypothesis testing indicate that the three hypotheses tested in this study are acceptable. The results show that Ikigai and work climate together can explain the performance of Teacher Counselings at SMA Solok Selatan Regency

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop internet-based career guidance materials in information services for class XI students at SMA Negeri 2 Medan. This career guidance material product allows students to be able to study independently and can fulfill the need for career information. The research method used is R&D research carried out by adapting the concept of research and development of the 4D (four-D) development model. The 4D development model consists of 4 main stages, namely: define, design, develop and disseminate. Abstract

This study aims to find out how the relationship between self-efficacy and self-adjustment of class XI IPS students at SMA Negeri 8 Medan during face-to-face learning is limited. This research uses quantitative methods with correlational research types. The population of this research is the students of class XI IPS SMA Negeri 8 Medan T.A 2022/2023, totaling 108 students, and the number of samples in this study is as many as 85 students with a sampling technique that is Simple Random Sampling. The instrument used is a Likert scale related to self-efficacy and self-adjustment with a reliability coefficient on the self-efficacy scale of 0.899 and self-adjustment of 0.908. The collected data was then analyzed using Product Moment Correlation analysis. The results in this study show that the self-efficacy of class XI IPS students at SMA Negeri 8 Medan is classified as good with a percentage of 20%, 57.6% is sufficient, and 22.4% is low. From the results of the correlation test, it is known that the Pearson correlation coefficient (r) is 0.360 with a sign (p) of 0.001, which means that there is a positive and significant relationship between self-efficacy and self-adjustment. The coefficient of determination (r2) in this study is 0.130, which indicates the contribution of the self-efficacy variable to self-adjustment is 13%. Thus, it can be concluded, the results of the hypothesis which states that there is a relationship between self-efficacy and self-adjustment when face-to-face learning is limited, are accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between adjustment and academic stress in limited face-to-face learning for class XI IPS students at SMA N 1 Lubuk Pakam for the Academic Year 2021/2022. The method in this study is a quantitative method. The research population is the students of class XI IPS. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling by taking a sample of 88 students who are stressed. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The validity and reliability of the instrument was obtained by product moment correlation. Hypothesis testing using Pearson's product moment formula with the help of SPSS for Windows. The results of the analysis showed r = 0.661 and Rsquare = 0.437 and a significant value of 0.000 (p <0.05). Based on these results, the research hypothesis was put forward: "There is a relationship between adjustment and academic stress". Given this negative relationship of -.661 it can be stated that self-adjustment related to academic stress in limited face-to-face learning for students of SMA N 1 Lubuk Pakam was accepted. It is recommended that limited face-to-face learning be carried out simultaneously with increasing students' self-adjustment so that students' academic stress can be controlled.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the condition of students before and after guidance and counselingservices are carried out using the group guidance model, as well as to determine the effectiveness of groupguidance services in improving the discipline of doing assignments from subject teachers on time. Theresearcher divides this action research into three parts, namely the initial activity of choosing class XI IPS asthe research sample because in this class the most violations occur. The results showed that in the initialconditions students who committed violations did not do assignments on time 7 times and above in class XIIPS as many as 8 students with the details of class XI IPS 1 as many as 3 students, class XI IPS 2 as many as3 students and class XI IPS 3 as many as 3 students. 2 students. The number of violations of the initialconditions before the BKp was carried out was 87 violations. After BKp cycle I there was a decrease in thenumber of violations by 37 (42.53%). In the BKp cycle II the number of violations decreased from 50 to 15violations, so that in the second cycle BKp there was a decrease in violations by 35 (70%). After the BKpcycle II, reflection was carried out and continued with the BKp cycle III. In cycle III BKp activities, thenumber of violations which was originally 15 decreased to 0 (100%) violations or no violations occurred.

Abstract

Halaqah merupakan bentuk kegiatan bimbingan islami dari seorang murabbi kepada mutarabbi melalui pertemuan mingguan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan kegiatan bimbingan islami melalui kegiatan halaqah serta dampaknya pada pembentukan karakter anak dan dukungan serta hambatan terkait kegiatan tersebut di SDIT Tadzkia Langsa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDIT Tadzkia Langsa dengan subjek penelitian tujuh orang. Data penelitian kualitatif ini dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara  kemudian di analisis dengan menggunakan analisis domain yaitu memperoleh gambaran yang umum dan menyeluruh dari objek/penelitian atau situasi sosial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan bimbingan islami melalui kegiatan halaqah dalam membentuk karakter siswa SDIT Tadzkia Langsa adalah dalam bentuk mau’izatun hasanah, yaitu membimbing dengan cara yang lemah lembut, menasehati anak dengan perkataan yang baik, sehingga secara tidak langsung cara ini dapat  membentuk karakter anak menjadi lemah lembut, sopan santun. Dampak dari kegiatan tersebut bagi peserta didik ialah adanya perubahan prilaku menjadi semakin baik dan semakin islami, seperti lebih santun terhadap guru di sekolah dan orang tua di rumah, Munculnya kesadaran diri siswa untuk mengingatkan satu sama lain, lebih percaya diri, fokus dalam belajar, serta lebih tekun dalam menghafal. Faktor yang mendukung kegiatan tersebut ialah fasilitas memadai yang di berikan pengelola sekolah. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah kedisplinan peserta halaqah untuk menghadiri kegiatan yang masih rendah serta waktu pelaksanaan yang masih terlalu singkat.

Abstract

There were students in class X SMAS Catholic Budi Murni 3 Medan. When the group assignments consisted of 5 people in 1 group, almost every group there were students who did not participate actively, avoided or chose to remain silent. This study aims to minimize the level of glossophobia through group counseling with Assertive Training techniques for class X students at SMAS Catholic Budi Murni 3 Medan. The type of research used is counseling guidance action research (PTBK). The population determined was class X students and the sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. Based on the sampling technique, 8 students were determined as research subjects. The data collection tool used is the glossophobia scale, the results of the instrument validity test are 31 valid items from 40 items, and the instrument reliability is 0.893. The results showed that the level of glossophobia before being given group counseling services with assertive training techniques had an average score of 74.7%, after being given services the average score was 51,6% in the first cycle and the second cycle the average score was 40,7%. The conclusion of the study was that 87.5% of students experienced an increase in scores, namely being in the low category, so this research was successful and was carried out in only 2 cycles. It can be concluded that group counseling with assertive training techniques can minimize the level of glossophobia in class X students of SMAS Catholic Budi Murni 3 Medan.
