Abstract

Perusahaan pada bidang pariwisata sudah banyak terdapat di daerah-daerah penyangga seperti Bandung, Cianjur dan Bogor salah satunya Wisata Alam Sevillage, adanya perusahaan tersebut tentunya tidak terlepas dari kinerja karyawan yang menjadi pokok utama dalam suatu usaha. Kinerja karyawan dapat dipengaruhi oleh kompensasi, lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Indo Othaim Internasional (Wisata Alam Sevillage) Ciloto. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Indo Othaim Internasional (Wisata Alam Sevillage) Ciloto sebanyak 70 orang sebagai anggota sampel. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif. Prosedur pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dokumentasi, studi pustaka dan penyebaran kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi, lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The greater the unemployment and poverty rates in Indonesia, opening a UMKM business is one of the solutions to reduce the soaring numbers. UMKM or Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are productive businesses owned by individuals who stand alone and are not subsidiaries or branches of the company, therefore Human Resource management is very necessary for the success of UMKM businesses. This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial attitudes, motivation and product innovation partially on the success of UMKM businesses in Cibungbulang District. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach. The samples used amounted to 50 samples with saturated sampling techniques. The data analysis technique in this study uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis.

Abstract

Kompensasi, gaya kepemimpinan, dan lingkungan kerja sangat penting bagi perusahaan agar tingkat turnover intention tidak tinggi, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, gaya kepemimpinan, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan pada Yayasan Al Kausar Boarding School Sukabumi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Yayasan Al Kausar Boarding School Sukabumi yang berjumlah 140 karyawan. Pengambilan sampel sebanyak 104 karyawan dengan menggunakan teknik pendekatan probabilty sampling, dengan jenis teknik simple random sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda yang sebelumnya telah diuji validitas, reliabilitas, dan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi, gaya kepemimpinan, dan lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh secara simultan terdahap turnover intention. Kompensasi, gaya kepemimpinan, dan lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh negatif dan signifikan secara parsial terdahap turnover intention. Kompensasi, gaya kepemimpinan, dan lingkungan kerja yang semakin meningkat akan berdampak pada menurunnya pada tingkat turnover intention.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style, work environment, and competence on the performance of PT employees. Rentokil Bogor City. The sample of 69 employees was taken using the Taro Yamane formula. The analytical method used in the research is descriptive and verification methods. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, observation, interviews and literature study. Data analysis uses multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, F test and t test. The results of the research simultaneously show the influence of leadership style, work environment and competence on the performance of PT. Employees Rentokil Bogor City. Partially, leadership style, work environment and competence have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate how work discipline, work motivation, workload, and productivity are interrelated, laying groundwork for future studies. Multiple linear regression analysis is the chosen method, with a sample size of 100 individuals. Results show that work discipline, motivation, and workload collectively influence employee productivity, highlighting their importance in enhancing performance.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to analyze and analyze the influence between safety, health, work environment and productivity which can be used as a reference in further research. The method chosen was Explanatory Research. The total sample of employees is 70 people. The research results simultaneously influence all variables on employee productivity. Partially, the variables of work discipline, work motivation and workload influence employee productivity. Safety, health and the work environment each have an important role in increasing employee productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training and work environment on the performance of Regional Public Service Agency nurses in the inpatient department at the Ciawi Regional General Hospital. The sample in this study was 65 people using a nonprobability sampling technique with purposive sampling technique, the research method used multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS software. The results of the validity and reliability tests show that all points of the statement are declared valid and reliable. The F test (simultaneous) states that there is a simultaneous positive and significant influence between training and the work environment on nurse performance. The results of the t test (partial) stated that training had a positive and significant effect on nurse performance and the work environment had a positive and significant effect on nurse performance at the Ciawi Bogor Regional General Hospital.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how employee performance at R-Hotel Rancamaya Bogor is impacted by workload, training, and motivation. Primary and secondary data make up the study's data 104 employees completed questionnaires that yielded primary data. On the other hand, secondary data came from pertinent company and other sources. This study used a survey approach along with a type of verification and descriptive research methodology. The questionnaire makes use of traditional assumption testing, reliability tests, and validity tests. Prior to doing multiple regression testing, the Likert scale is employed. This is done in order to ascertain how one dependent variable is affected by the four independent variables that were employed. Based on the findings of validity and reliability tests, which demonstrate that all indicators are deemed valid and reliable, the study's conclusions are drawn. Workload (X1), training (X2), and motivation (X3) all have an impact on employee performance (Y) at R-Hotel Rancamaya Bogor at the same time. Employee performance is impacted by all independent variables, however somewhat.

Abstract

Stunting merupakan masalah kesehatan global yang berdampak serius pada kualitas hidup seseorang. Di Indonesia, stunting menjadi salah satu prioritas utama dalam peningkatan kesehatan masyarakat, terutama di daerah pedesaan yang rentan terhadap kekurangan gizi. Desa Warnajati, Sukabumi, merupakan salah satu daerah yang berisiko tinggi terhadap stunting, disebabkan oleh kondisi sosial-ekonomi yang kurang menguntungkan dan keterbatasan akses terhadap pangan bergizi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan strategi pencegahan stunting melalui pengolahan pangan lokal berbasis ikan lele, serta memajukan perekonomian desa melalui pemanfaatan sumber daya yang ada. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan Assets-Based Community Development (ABCD) yang berfokus pada pemanfaatan potensi lokal. Program ini melibatkan masyarakat Desa Warnajati dalam proses pengolahan lele menjadi produk nugget, dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran gizi sekaligus memperkuat ekonomi lokal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan ekonomi dan partisipasi komunitas dalam pencegahan stunting melalui inovasi pangan lokal. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model bagi program serupa di daerah lain dengan risiko stunting yang tinggi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi kualitas produk di Enthree Coffee & Kitchen. Dengan meningkatnya persaingan di industri kuliner, pemahaman terhadap persepsi konsumen mengenai kualitas produk menjadi sangat penting. Melalui survei yang dilakukan, penelitian ini mengungkap faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi persepsi kualitas produk di mata konsumen Enthree Coffee & Kitchen, seperti rasa, tampilan, kesegaran. Temuan studi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan berharga bagi Enthree Coffee & Kitchen untuk meningkatkan kualitas produknya, sehingga dapat mempertahankan pelanggan yang ada dan menarik pelanggan baru.
