<![CDATA[Perpustakaan memiliki tanggung jawab untuk mengolah koleksi buku sehingga bisa disajikan kepada pengguna dengan tujuan agar koleksi tersebut bermanfaat bagi pemustaka perpustakaan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada penataan koleksi bahan pustaka di perpustakaan sebagai upaya untuk mempermudah pencarian kembali buku yang dibutuhkan oleh pemustaka, dengan tujuan untuk memahami proses pengolahan koleksi buku dan pengaruhnya terhadap kemudahan dalam mencari informasi di perpustakaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Sebagai pusat informasi, perpustakaan memiliki beragam koleksi, seperti surat kabar, majalah, bulletin, publikasi hasil penelitian dosen, karya ilmiah mahasiswa seperti skripsi, tesis, dan disertasi, serta koleksi referensi seperti kamus, ensiklopedia, buku pegangan, dan lain sebagainya. Semua koleksi ini perlu diatur dan diorganisasikan secara sistematis dengan menggunakan sistem tertentu, agar mudah ditemukan oleh pengguna perpustakaan dengan cepat, tepat, dan mudah. Metode pengorganisasian yang digunakan untuk mempermudah pencarian kembali informasi adalah dengan menggunakan sistem DDC (Dewey Decimal Classification), LC (Library of Congress), atau metode lainnya. Bagi perpustakaan yang memiliki jumlah koleksi buku masih terbatas, di bawah 1000 eksemplar, dapat menggunakan cara sederhana seperti mengelompokkan bahan pustaka buku di rak berdasarkan warna, ukuran, dan lain sebagainya]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of the knowledge and behavior of nickel miners on environmental management at PT. Konawe Nikel Nusantara in Langgikima Subdistrict, North Konawe Regency. The sample in this study consists of some employees of PT. Konawe Nikel Nusantara in Langgikima Subdistrict, North Konawe Regency, totaling 60 people. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that: (1) Knowledge and behavior of nickel miners have a positive and significant effect on environmental management at PT. Konawe Nikel Nusantara in Langgikima Subdistrict, North Konawe Regency. (2) Knowledge has a positive and significant effect on environmental management at PT. Konawe Nikel Nusantara in Langgikima Subdistrict, North Konawe Regency. (3) The behavior of nickel miners has a positive and significant effect on environmental management at PT. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of happiness and emotional intelligence on the performance of teachers at State Senior High School 1 Wangi-Wangi, Wakatobi Regency, Southeast Sulawesi. The sample in this study consists of all teachers at State Senior High School 1 Wangi-Wangi, Wakatobi Regency, Southeast Sulawesi, totaling 56 individuals. This research employs multiple linear regression analysis. <![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menguji dan menganalisis: (1) Pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan integritas terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Kota Kendari. (2) Pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Kota Kendari. (3) Pengaruh integritas terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Kota Kendari. Rancangan Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai Negeri Sipil Dinas Perhubungan Kota Kendari sebanyak 68 orang. Sampel penelitian ini ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode total sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan Structural Equation Model (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh secara bersama-sama antara Lingkungan Kerja dan Intgeritas terhadap Kinerja Kerja pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Kota Kendari sebesar 0,098 serta nilai value sebesar 0,014 < 0,05. (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Kerja pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Kota Kendari sebesar 0,259 serta nilai p value sebesar 0,007 < 0,05. (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Integritas terhadap Kinerja Kerja pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Kota Kendari sebesar 0,207 serta nilai p value sebesar 0,001 < 0,05.]]>

<![CDATA[Fly Ash or fly ash is solid waste produced from burning coal in power plants. Fly Ash was previously obtained from the simple production of burning coal with a gas funnel and dispersed into the atmosphere. The use of Fly Ash on OPC type cement was carried out in this test with varying percentages of 2%, 4%, 6%, 8%, 10%, 12%, 14%. The test was carried out by adding an additive (Fly Ash) to the basic material for making OPC cement. Next, testing the chemical composition properties of Fly Ash using Xray, testing the physical properties of cement, namely testing the compressive strength resulting from molding the mortar and testing the setting time. Meanwhile, testing the chemical properties of cement was carried out using IR (insoluble residue) and SO3. From the results of this research, it was found that the addition of Fly Ash had a positive impact on 7 day compressive strength, setting time and SO3. The addition of Fly Ash from low to high percentages can increase the fineness of the cement so that it affects the setting time and compressive strength of the cement. From this research it was found that the addition of additives (Fly Ash) can improve the quality of OPC cement and in general it is not much different from the physical properties of PCC cement.]]>

<![CDATA[In my research, this article will discuss the development and role of OPAC in the CIP (Sunny Information Library) application for retrieval of information in the Palembang Tridinanti Library. This article will discuss the development and role of OPAC in the CIP (Sunny Information Library) application in improving Palembang Tridinanti Library services, as well as the effectiveness of the development and role of OPAC in CIP (Sunny Information Library) as a information retrieval system in the library. In the era of globalization 4.0, information technology-based libraries are expected to be able to provide convenience for users and provide information that is faster and more precise. The research method used in completing this article is to use qualitative research methods with interview and observation data collection techniques. Interview, is a series of steps required in conducting qualitative interviews. Meanwhile, observation is an important tool for collecting data in qualitative research. These observations are based on the research objectives and research statements. The results of this study indicate that the development and application of OPAC in the CIP (Sunny Information Library) application in improving library services at the Palembang Tridinanti Library in accessing information regarding the availability of documents, library materials, and data in the library quickly and accurately. The effectiveness of the development and role of the OPAC in the CIP (Sunny Information Library) application for users has been used by some users to facilitate searches carried out inside and outside the library because the OPAC in the CIP application (Sunny Information Library) itself is web-based, that is, it can be accessed when the device we are connected to the internet network.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini berjudul Pemanfaatan SLiMS dalam kegiatan Stock Opname di Perpustakaan Pusat IAIN Curup. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana Pemanfaatan SLiMS dalam kegiatan Stock Opname di Perpustakaan Pusat IAIN Curup. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keunggulan SLiMS dalam kegiatan inventarisasi perpustakaan IAIN Curup. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, karena untuk memperoleh wawasan lebih dalam dengan mengumpulkan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Metode kualitatif ini berupaya memahami dan menafsirkan makna peristiwa interaksi perilaku manusia dalam situasi tertentu dari sudut pandang peneliti. Hasil penelitiannya adalah Stock opname merupakan perhitungan status bahan buku yang dimiliki perpustakaan menurut suatu kebijakan tertentu untuk mengetahui jumlah dan kondisi bahan buku yang dimiliki perpustakaan. Tindakan ini juga berguna untuk mengecek jumlah buku yang tersedia dan jumlah buku yang hilang atau dipinjam. SLiMS adalah Open Source Software (OSS) berbasis web yang menjawab kebutuhan otomatisasi perpustakaan dan dapat membantu perpustakaan mengelola koleksi literatur yang ada. Salah satu fitur SLiMS adalah dapat memudahkan inventarisasi. Perpustakaan perguruan tinggi adalah perpustakaan yang berada dalam jangkauan universitas dan dapat membantu mencapai tujuannya. SLiMS adalah perangkat lunak manajemen perpustakaan sistem terbuka. Ada banyak manfaat menggunakan SLiMS di perpustakaan akademik, termasuk memudahkan kegiatan stock opname. Aplikasi SLiMS dapat mempermudah dan mempercepat proses stock opname karena pustakawan tidak perlu lagi memasukkan kode buku ke dalam sistem SLiMS, namun cukup menggunakan aplikasi pembaca barcode yang terpasang di perangkat selulernya]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perilaku-perilaku bersosialisasi anak di panti asuhan dari usia 6-12 tahun dan mendeskripsikan faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat perilaku bersosialisasi anak. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan menjabarkan perilaku bersosialisasi anak dalam beberapa kategori. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan dalam beberapa kategori perilaku bersosialisasi anak yang baik, kurang baik, dan tidak baik baik terhadap pengasuh, teman sebaya, lingkungan, dan pengunjung. Hal ini disebabkan karena kurangnya kemampuan beradaptasi anak di lingkungan panti asuhan dan kurangnya mendapat kasih sayang orang tua. Hal ini disebabkan karena lingkungan panti asuhan yang kurang nyaman terhadap anak dan tidak mendapat kasih sayang orang tua yang mana ini selalu menjadi peran penting dalam tumbuhnya karakter anak. Hal ini juga disebabkan karena pengasuh masih kurang mampu melakukan pendampingan terhadap anak dan anak yang tidak mau membuka diri.]]>

<![CDATA[Factors in this process was the role of the Arabs. Arabs played a significant role in bringing and developing Islam in the Indonesian archipelago. This article using the literature study method will discuss the role of Arabs in the history of the development of Islam in Indonesia. Arabs first came to Indonesia through maritime trade routes that connected the Middle East with Southeast Asia. Arabs who settled in Indonesia helped expand the trade network and became the center of the spread of Islam to the indigenous people. education also played an important role in the spread of Islam in Indonesia by Arabs. They opened madrassas or religious schools in various regions, where locals could learn about the teachings of Islam. In conclusion, the role of Arabs in the spread of Islam in Indonesia was very important. Through trade and education, they brought the teachings of Islam to the Indonesian islands and contributed to the formation of a strong Muslim society in this region. ]]>

<![CDATA[Introduction: Older adults often face health challenges, including chronic diseases, decreased physical function, and mental changes. The role of gerontic nursing includes an in-depth understanding of the various health conditions common in older adults and the ability to provide care that suits their needs. By understanding the physical and psychological changes that occur with increasing age, gerontic nurses can design appropriate interventions to improve the quality of life of older people. Method: This research method uses a literature review where research data is collected using data based on Google Scholar, PUBMED and SAGE. Results: The results of the research showed that from data based PUBMED got 2 articles, SAGE got 3 articles and data based on Google Scholar got 3 articles which were in accordance with the research. Conclusions and Recommendations: The conclusion in this study is that research shows the need for an integrated care approach for the elderly. Integrating aspects of physical, psychological and social health in one care model can be the key to success in improving the quality of life of the elderly. It is hoped that the suggestions in this research will contribute to a better understanding of the importance of psychosocial aspects in nursing services for the elderly, and at the same time provide a basis for the development of more effective interventions.]]>
