Abstract

This research paper conducts a comprehensive survey on the adoption of Green Project Management (GPM) principles across various industries in India, aiming to understand the extent and impact of these practices. The study's primary objective is to evaluate the awareness, implementation and challenges of GPM in different sector, and how these factors correlate with the industry characteristics and professional experience. Methodologically, the research employed a structured questionnaire distributed to 1200 participants across major industrial regions in India, followed by a meticulous analysis using statistical tools like ANOVA and Chi-Square tests. Key findings reveal significant variations in the awareness and adoption of GPM principles among different industries, with sectors such as IT and energy demonstrating higher levels of implementation. A notable correlation was observed between professional experience and the adoption of GPM practices, indicating a maturity curve in GPM integration. Additionally, the study highlighted industry-specific challenges and benefits, underscoring the need for tailored approaches in promoting GPM. The implications of these findings are profound, suggesting the necessity for targeted educational initiatives and policy interventions to enhance GPM adoption. It emphasizes the role of industry-specific strategies and the importance of professional development in integrating sustainability into project management practices. This study contributes to the ongoing discourse on sustainable development, offering valuable insights for industry leaders, policymakers, and academia in strategizing GPM's effective integration

Abstract

Background: In Indonesia, the total percentage of obese adults rose from 10.5% in 2007 to 21.8% in 2018. College students are the highest consumers on most food purchasing applications with fast food options. This study investigated the association between fast food consumption and obesity among college students in Indonesia. Methods: A Google Form was used to conduct a cross-sectional study with 1086 participants from March to June 2023. Food consumption was measured with the Semi-Quantitative Food Frequency Questionnaire (SQFFQ). Chi-square and Kruskal-Wallis tests were utilized. Results: The results showed that 25% of the college students were overweight and obese. Most college students (30.9%) eat fast food >4 times per week. Furthermore, 33.5% eat traditional fast food, and 28.1% eat Western fast food >2 times a week. There were significant differences in the frequency of traditional and Western fast food and energy intake of fast food after adjusting the covariates (p<0.01). The total energy consumption of fast food among obese college students in Indonesia (800.01 kcal (343.73, 1324.93)) was significantly higher than underweight (411.21 kcal (316.37, 852.13)), normal weight (417.23 kcal (311.49, 980.18)), and overweight college students (600.80 kcal (336.07, 1152.46)). Conclusions: Consuming fast food is substantially linked with obesity among college students in Indonesia. To avoid and lessen obesity among college students, eating a greater variety of healthful foods and learning to cook are necessary.

Abstract

Computer vision is an important part of the development of modern technology. One of the highlights is the introduction of hand movement, which integrates artificial intelligence into device controls. In the use of devices, especially drones or robots, this technology allows control without the need for additional devices such as remote control. Objectives Research applied technology Gesture Identification Hand drone DJI Ryze Tello. This application involves using Python 3 as a programming language, PyCharm as an editor, the OpenCV Library and Google MediaPipe (Hands) for real-time image processing and hand tracking. Research results show that drone control through hand gestures in front of a webcam can be done successfully, highlighting the potential of CVs to improve user interfaces on modern devices

Abstract

The Bangladesh government has played a significant role in making accountability effective since 2009 through various initiatives and policies aimed at improving governance and transparency. In this study, we have endeavored to find out the problems and limitations of the government that hinder making the government accountable. Numerous Constitutional Provisions ensure accountability including Articles 55, 56, 70, 76, 77, 93, and 94. Governmental and Non-governmental institutions are also concerned with making the government accountable and answerable like the Right to Information Act. 2009, Anti-government Commission, Information and Communication Act, Transparency International Bangladesh (TIB), and so on. However, the government's commitment to promoting accountability and transparency is crucial in building public trust, fostering development, and combating corruption in the country. Finally, we proposed a model that will ensure accountability if the policymakers take it immediately.

Abstract

Fertilization is one of the important activities in cultivation to increase plant productivity. The application of fertilizers into the soil aims to increase and / or maintain soil inorganic fertility, where soil inorganic fertility is assessed based on the availability of nutrients in the soil, both macro nutrients and micro nutrients in biological waste that is easily obtained from the environment around us, recycled and overhauled with the help of decomposer microorganisms such as bacteria and fungi into nutrients that can be absorbed by plants, the decomposition of organic matter into organic fertilizer can take place naturally. The decline in soil organic matter content is thought to be caused by agricultural cultivation methods that pay less attention to organic matter content. One of them is the use of chemical fertilizers that are very intensive. Farmers pay more attention to the addition of chemical nutrients and do not pay attention to organic matter. Organic fertilizers play a role in increasing the physical, chemical and biological fertility of soil and making the use of inorganic fertilizers more efficient. The purpose of this research is to analyze the results of organic liquid fertilizer produced by the biogas digester (slurry), calculate the economic potential generated from the biogas digester. The capacity of the alt digester used is four cubic, with a mixture of one liter of cow dung, four liters of water, how to fill it every day until the eighteenth day produces nitrogen which is still low, which is an average average of 0.072%, for phosphorus 5.13 mg/100g and potassium is 4.87 mg/100 grams. As for the potential income of Rp 159.500,- for 10 days with an input of one liter of cow dung with four liters of water, if one month is assumed to be 30 days then 3 x Rp 159.500,- = Rp 478 500,- per month. However, if the input capacity is increased to ten times, the potential income is IDR 4,785,000 per month.
