Abstract

This study employs a quantitative explanatory approach to examine the direct effects of organizational justice on extrinsic motivation, intrinsic motivation, job satisfaction, and employee performance in the banking sector. Data were collected using a five-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS software. The results indicate that organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on extrinsic motivation, intrinsic motivation, and job satisfaction. Furthermore, extrinsic motivation and intrinsic motivation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, while job satisfaction significantly influences employee performance. These findings emphasize the importance of organizational justice in fostering motivation, enhancing job satisfaction, and improving employee performance within banking organizations

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of production costs, leverage, sales growth, and inventory turnover on net profit in manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2020–2024 period. This research employs a quantitative approach. The population consists of 95 manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector, with a sample of 17 companies. The data collection method used is documentation. The data analysis method is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 22. The results of this study indicate that partially (t-test), production costs and inventory turnover have a significant effect on net profit in manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2020–2024 period, while leverage and sales growth do not have a significant effect on net profit in manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector. Based on the simultaneous test results (F-test), production costs, leverage, sales growth, and inventory turnover simultaneously have a significant effect on net profit in manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector.

Abstract

This study aims to understand how socio-economic conditions, food consumption patterns, intergenerational childcare practices, environmental sanitation, and access to integrated health posts (Posyandu) interact to shape stunting risk among children under five. An intrinsic case study design with a qualitative approach was employed. Thirteen informants—comprising parents, two Posyandu cadres, and the village head were purposively selected. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document review, then analyzed thematically using NVivo 12. Findings reveal that unstable income, a "just full enough" consumption orientation, caregiving by grandmothers with limited nutrition literacy, inadequate sanitation,& irr egular Posyandu utilization collectively form social mechanisms that incr ease stunting risk. Word frequency analysis identified "Alhamdulillah" as a cultural coping mechanism that normalizes food insecurity. The study concludes that addressing stunting requires multi-level, family- and community-based interventions integrating food security, nutrition educa tion, sanitation improvement, and strengthened Posyandu functions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of quality management in improving the quality of infrastructure development through a literature review approach. The data were collected from various sources, including national and international journal articles, textbooks, and relevant research reports related to quality management and infrastructure construction. The findings indicate that quality management plays a strategic role in ensuring the success of construction projects, particularly in enhancing work quality, cost efficiency, timeliness, and infrastructure sustainability. The effectiveness of quality management implementation is strongly influenced by the quality of human resources, organizational commitment, and the consistent application of established quality standards. In addition, control and testing are identified as the most dominant variables in improving project performance. This is because these aspects function as the primary instruments for ensuring conformity between technical specifications, implementation processes, and the quality of work results. Effective control and testing can minimize project failure risks and ensure optimal infrastructure quality.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of retail mix and service quality on consumers’ purchase decisions at Sanya Swalayan in Kendari City. This research employs a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. The research population consists of Sanya Swalayan customers, with a sample of 90 respondents determined based on the number of research indicators. A purposive sampling technique was applied. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale, while data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS software. The results indicate that the retail mix and service quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on consumers’ purchase decisions. Partially, the retail mix has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, while service quality also has a positive and significant effect and is the most dominant variable. These findings suggest that integrated retail strategies and improved service quality play an important role in encouraging consumers’ purchase decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of social media marketing on customer engagement and customer loyalty, as well as to examine the mediating role of customer engagement in the context of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Kendari City. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method, with data collected from 50 MSME customers who actively interact through social media platforms. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on customer engagement. Furthermore, social media marketing also has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer engagement is proven to have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Mediation analysis reveals that customer engagement partially mediates the relationship between social media marketing and customer loyalty. These findings suggest that effective social media marketing activities not only enhance customer loyalty directly but also indirectly through increased customer engagement.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effects of proactive personality and work social support on turnover intention, with career adaptability as a mediating variable among newly hired employees in the hospitality industry in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. A quantitative approach was employed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) through SmartPLS 4.0. The analysis encompassed the evaluation of the measurement model, structural model, and mediation effects. The findings indicate that proactive personality has a positive but non-significant effect on turnover intention, while it exerts a positive and significant influence on career adaptability. Similarly, work social support demonstrates a positive but non-significant relationship with turnover intention, yet significantly enhances career adaptability. Furthermore, career adaptability exhibits a negative but non-significant effect on turnover intention. Mediation analysis reveals that career adaptability does not significantly mediate the relationships between proactive personality and turnover intention, nor between work social support and turnover intention. These results suggest that, among newly employed workers in the hospitality sector, career adaptability has not yet emerged as a decisive factor in determining employees’ intentions to remain with or leave the organization. Consequently, other factors beyond the proposed research model are likely to play a more substantial role in shaping turnover intention.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Capital Intensity Ratio, Receivable Turnover Ratio, and Effective Tax Rate on the stock return of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk during the 2015–2024 period. The research adopts a quantitative approach with various analytical methods, including descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination analysis to measure the model’s ability to explain the dependent variable. The results show that the Capital Intensity Ratio has a negative and significant effect on stock return (t = -4.817; sig. 0.003 < 0.05). In addition, the Receivable Turnover Ratio also has a negative and significant effect on stock return (t = -4.591; sig. 0.004 < 0.05). On the other hand, the Effective Tax Rate has a negative but insignificant effect on stock return (t = -2.066; sig. 0.084 > 0.05). Simultaneously, all independent variables have a significant effect on stock return (F = 10.201; sig. 0.009 < 0.05). The coefficient of determination of 83.6% indicates strong explanatory power, while the remaining 16.4% is influenced by other factors outside this study.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of non-performing loans at PT Adira Dinamika Multifinance Tbk as influenced by inflation, GDP, interest rates, and the USD exchange rate during the 2015–2024 period. This quantitative research employs descriptive statistics, multiple linear regression, classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination (R²). The empirical results show that non-performing loans are significantly affected by inflation, as indicated by t-value = -3.917 < 2.57058 and a significance value of 0.011 < 0.05. However, there is no significant partial effect of GDP (t-value = -0.384 < 2.57058; sig. 0.717 > 0.05), interest rates (t-value = -0.350 < 2.57058; sig. 0.741 > 0.05), or the USD exchange rate (t-value = -2.500 < 2.57058; sig. 0.054 > 0.05). Nevertheless, collectively these variables have a significant effect on non-performing loans, with F-value = 7.965 > F-table = 4.74 and a significance level of 0.021 < 0.05. These findings highlight the importance of macroeconomic stability in maintaining financial quality.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of value proposition parasocial relationship, chatbots, and the virtual try-on feature on Generation Z’s purchase decisions for fashion apparel products on TikTok Shop, as well as their contribution to economic growth and the achievement of the SDGs. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 100 Generation Z respondents. Data analysis was conducted using IBM SPSS software version 27. The results show that, partially, value proposition, chatbots, and the virtual try-on feature have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchase decisions. In contrast, parasocial relationship does not have a significant partial effect on purchase decisions. However, simultaneo usly, value proposition, parasocial relationship, chatbots, and the virtu al try-on feature have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. These findings provide implications for fashion apparel MS MEs on TikTok Shop to optimize their digital marketing strategies thro ugh strengthening value proposition, enhancing parasocial relations hips, utilizing chatbots, and adopting the virtual try-on feature.
