Abstract

Bamboo weaving SMEs have significant economic and cultural potential but face challenges in expanding access to global markets due to limited digital literacy and technology utilization. This study aims to examine the development of an e-commerce-based digitalization model to enhance SME competitiveness effectively and sustainably. Using a mixed methods approach, this research combines quantitative data from surveys of SME actors and qualitative data from interviews and direct observations. The findings indicate that digital literacy, training support, and infrastructure readiness are key determinants in driving e-commerce adoption. Meanwhile, major challenges include limited access to technology, language barriers, and lack of post-adoption assistance. These findings highlight the importance of a contextual, inclusive, and community-based digitalization approach. This study contributes to the formulation of adaptive digitalization strategies that support the sustainability and growth of SMEs in the global market.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effects of live streaming, Fear of Missing Out (FoMO), and pay later on post-purchase cognitive dissonance through impulse buying as a mediating variable among Generation Z Shopee users. Grounded in the Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) Theory, this quantitative study explains how technological, financial, and psychological stimuli influence impulsive buying behavior and its psychological consequences. Primary data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed via Google Forms to 200 Generation Z respondents in the Special Region of Yogyakarta who actively used Shopee Live and SPayLater. Respondents were selected using purposive sampling, and the data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4. The findings reveal that live streaming, FoMO, and pay later have positive and significant effects on impulse buying. Furthermore, impulse buying significantly influences post-purchase cognitive dissonance and mediates the relationships between the three independent variables and post-purchase cognitive dissonance.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of transformational leadership and emotional intelligence on employee performance at the Office of the Regional Financial and Asset Agency of OKU Regency. Multiple linear regression analysis produced the equation Y = 2.499 + 0.256X? + 0.644X?, with a correlation coefficient of 0.863 and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.745, indicating that 74.5% of employee performance is explained by the two independent variables. The t-test results showed that transformational leadership significantly affected employee performance (t = 2.415 > 2.000), while emotional intelligence also had a significant positive effect (t = 6.512 > 2.000). Furthermore, the simultaneous F-test indicated a significant joint influence of transformational leadership and emotional intelligence on employee performance (F = 87.840 > 3.150). Therefore, all proposed hypotheses were accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of work-life balance, work conflict, and work stress on the work productivity of employees at the Class IIB Baturaja State Detention Center. The study employed a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis produced the regression equation Y = 4.852 + 0.330X? + 0.424X?, with a correlation coefficient of 0.424, indicating a moderate positive relationship. The coefficient of determination (R² = 0.275) indicates that the three independent variables explain 27.5% of the variation in employee work productivity, while the remaining 72.5% is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study. Partial hypothesis testing revealed that work-life balance and work stress have a positive and significant effect on work productivity, whereas work conflict does not have a significant effect. Simultaneous hypothesis testing demonstrated that work-life balance, work conflict, and work stress collectively have a significant effect on the work productivity of employees at the Class IIB Baturaja State Detention Center, indicating that the proposed research model is appropriate for explaining the relationships among the variables examined.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) activities on improving the economic condition of PKK members in Tanjung Agung Village, Lengkiti District, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. The study employed a descriptive method with a quantitative approach using simple linear regression analysis. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review. The analysis produced the regression equation Y = 6.446 + 0.690X, indicating that PKK activities have a positive effect on the economic improvement of its members. The correlation coefficient of 0.733 indicates a strong relationship between the two variables. The coefficient of determination (R² = 0.537) shows that PKK activities contribute 53.7% to the economic improvement of PKK members, while the remaining 46.3% is explained by other factors outside the research model. The t-test results (t = 7.983 > t = 2.004) indicate that PKK activities have a positive and statistically significant effect on improving the economic condition of PKK members.
