Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Islamic financial literacy on the intention to save in Islamic banks (BSI). This study uses a quantitative method with a questionnaire as a research instrument. The population in this study were undergraduate students and 31 respondentsl were takenl as samplesl using the quotal sampling technique. Thel data analysisl technique usedl is simplel linear lregression. So that the resultsl obtained in the study showed that Islamic financial literacy had a positive and significant effect on the intention to save in Islamic banks (BSI) with a significance value of 0.000 <0.005 with the regression equation Y = 0.616 + 0.857X + e . Basedl on thel results ofl research by Indonesian Islamicl banks (BSI), it emphasizes financial literacy of Islamicl banks andl their productsl so thatl they canl reach Indonesianl people, especiallyl students.

Abstract

learning is an activity that aims to change a person. The result of these activities are called learning outcomes. This research is aimed at increasing student’ learning interest in Madurese language content using a jigsaw cooperative model in class IV SDIT Ulil Albab. The method used in this study is the application of a jigsaw cooperative model with data collection methods in the form of questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The result of this study is that there is an were happier when they could freely larn on their own with their friends. In addition, in each cycle that occurred starting from cycle 1, a score of 82% was obtained for students who had an interest in learning ≥25(high learning interest category). Then in cycle 2, student interest in learning has reached 100% obtaining an interest in learning ≥25(high learning interest category).

Abstract

This study aims to find out the students of UIN SMH Banten in Islamic Banks. Questionnaires were distributed to 32 FEBI students at UIN SMH Banten, Serang City. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. Based on the data obtained, it is known that the variables of bank reputation and beliefs influence the interest in saving for UIN SMH Banten students in Islamic banks. The purpose of this study is to analyze the interest of FEBI students at UIN SMH Banten in saving at Islamic banks. This research is quantitative descriptive research using primary data. The variables used in this study consist of bank reputation and trust as independent variables and interest in saving students as the dependent variable. The data collection method uses by providing questionnaires. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis.The results of the study show that the difference between men and interest in savings in Islamic banks is significantly different.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the ability of junior high school students in translating SPLDV word problems into mathematical models and their solutions. Especially in the matter of two-variable linear equation systems (SPLDV). This type of research is qualitative. The approach used is the phenomenological approach. Data collection using test techniques, interviews, field notes, and documentation. The research subjects took 2 students with high category classification from class VIII B of SMP Negeri 2 Puring which originated from the determination of high, medium and low group boundaries. The group limit is high if the Odd PAS value is > (x ̅ + SD), the group limit is medium if (x ̅ - SD) < Odd PAS value < (x ̅ + SD), while the group limit is low if the Odd PAS value < (x ̅ + SD). Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Checking the validity of the data uses credibility and confirmability tests. The results of this study indicate that the subject has a high ability to translate because he is able to understand the problem (write down what is known and asked), is able to solve problems (make examples and mathematical models), is able to take steps to solve problems. But did not evaluate or check again. Students who have high translation skills experience a few mistakes, namely not carrying out the evaluation step or checking again.

Abstract

Process of providing information unit Customer Service Husein Sastranegara International Airport experienced a discrepancy in flight status information between FIDS and AAS at the departure untill passengers were confused because they received different information from each of the information facilities. Purpose this study is determine process of services provided, constraints, and efforts in the process of information services provided. This research was conducted using a qualitative analysis, which tried to describe all conditions that existed, condition of symptoms according to what they were at the time research was conducted. Based on the main problem, namely to analyze the constraints and what efforts are made by information unit Customer Service when there is a difference in scheduled departure flight information. Result of the study show that the flow of service information on status of departure exists in the unit Customer Service Husein Sastranegara International Airport refers to Standard Operating Procedure of PT. Angkasa Pura II 2022 with the aim of providing fast, precise and accurate information services. Constraints on differences in information caused by miscommunication with other unit and less information service staff. Listening detail every Announcement, contacting related units, teamwork and additional personnel are efforts to overcome the obstacles encountered.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the values ​​of socio-religious education in Karang Taruna youth in Salam Sari Village, Kedu, Temanggung. Socio-religious education is an important component in shaping the character of adolescents who are ethical, responsible and have good social skills. This study uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Respondents in this study were Karang Taruna youth who were active in Salam Sari Village. Data analysis was performed using thematic analysis. The results showed that the implementation of the values ​​of socio-religious education in Karang Taruna youth of Salam Sari Village was carried out through several strategies. First, through the implementation of religious activities such as recitation, study of the scriptures, and religious-based togetherness activities. Second, by developing social skills through leadership training, teamwork, and self-development. The implementation of these socio-religious educational values ​​has had a positive impact on the youth of Karang Taruna in Salam Sari Village. Teenagers are becoming more aware of the importance of morals and ethics in everyday life. They are also able to develop social skills that are useful in interacting with the surrounding community. In addition, teenagers also feel involved in religious activities which provide a deeper understanding of religion and spirituality.

Abstract

This research aims to understand, describe, analyze the development process and innovation strategies as well as factors that influence the creative industry in Batu City. This research uses qualitative research methods. Data processing is done with reasoning and mindset that behaves and acts based on logic. This analysis goes through several stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that: (1) The development of the creative industry in Batu City is very influential on the creativity and innovation of business people. (2) There are factors that influence the development of the creative industry in Batu City. (3) Development and innovation strategies for the creative industry through e-commerce in order to remain competitive in the era of globalization.

Abstract

Prinsip keunggulan komparatif mengatakan bahwa setiap negara atau bangsa seperti halnya orang, akan memperoleh hasil dari perdagangannya dengan mengekspor barang-barang atau jasa yang merupakan keunggulan komparatif terbesarnya dan mengimpor barang-barang atau jasa yang bukan merupakan keunggulan komparatifnya. Menurut hukum keunggulan komparatif, meskipun sebuah negara kurang efisien (memiliki kerugian absolut terhadap) dibanding negara lain dalam memproduksi Struktur kinerja industri dapat diliat pada analisa perilaku industri perilaku pada industri dapat dilihat dari Strategi Harga, Strategi Produk, Strategi promosi, Strategi promosi. Teori keunggulan komparatif penukaran barang berlaku selama barang yang ditukar masih dapat digunakan. Dengan demikian Kinerja merupakan hasil kerja yg dipengaruhi oleh struktur dan perilaku industri dimana hasil biasa diidentikkan degan besarnya penguasaan pasar atau besarnya keuntungan suatu perusahaan di dalam suatu industri. Secara lebih rinci, kinerja dapat pula tercermin melalui efisiensi, pertumbuhan (termasuk perluasan pasar), kesempatan kerja, kesejahteraan personalia, serta kebanggaan kelompok.

Abstract

Perkembangan zaman mempengaruhi mempengaruhi perkembangan perbankan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tranformasi bank dari bank konvensional menjadi bank digital. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif menggunakan data sekunder dari sumber terpercaya. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa transformasi bank konvensional menjadi bank digital memberikan banyak keuntungan seperti akses layanan tanpa batas, tarif yang semakin efisien, ragam fitur beyond banking, keamanan, kontrol finansial dan kemudahan dalam pengajuan kredit. Bank digital juga memberikan kemudahan bagi pengguna dalam melakukan berbagai aktivitas perbankan, mulai dari pembukaan akun, transfer dana, penempatan deposito, hingga penutupan akun, semuanya dapat dilakukan melalui perangkat elektronik seperti smartphone tanpa perlu mengunjungi kantor cabang secara fisik.

Abstract

At this time technology is advancing rapidly, especially in the advancement of digital platforms. The impact of technological advances is felt by people in various lives, one of which is online shopping. How effective promotional messages can increase sales of Sishop_Id MSMEs through the live feature in the Shopee application The purpose of the research is to analyze business communication in increasing sales of Sishop_Id MSMEs on the live feature in the Shopee application to understand how the business communication strategy carried out by Sishop_Id in Shopee's live feature can affect the increase in sales of MSME products offered by Sishop_Id. The methodology used in this research is a qualitative approach with a descriptive approach. Based on the results of interviews we conducted with Sishop_id MSME actors, this business was started by several students who thought about how to get additional income. in December 2022 they started a business with small capital they were able to create a business which in the end they chose a business idea in the fashion sector, especially kameja, culottes, crop korean, outer and others. Sishop_id experienced an increase in sales of their products after using the live feature on Shopee. Initially, only 1-2 people bought their products, but now there are 5-10 people who buy their products. Developing a broader marketing strategy In addition to using discounts and vouchers, it is better to develop a broader marketing strategy such as providing gifts or merchandise for consumers who buy a certain amount of products or collaborating with influencers to promote Sishop_id products. This can increase awareness and trustworthiness of the online store. The use of the shopee live feature in Sishop_id MSMEs has experienced a significant increase in sales in the products sold.
