Abstract

Marriage is a religious call that must be carried out by humans for those who can afford to have a family. Everyone who wants to get married definitely wants smoothness in the procession of the marriage contract and smoothness in their household life. In this case the authors took samples in Wedi Village, Kapas District, Bojonegoro Regency. For some people in Wedi Village, the use of weton calculations in marriage is mandatory.The main question to be answered in this research is: How is the practice of determining the time of marriage in Wedi Village, Kapas District, Bojonegoro Regency, 'Urf Perspective?To answer this question, this research uses a normative juridical approach, where this research is often called doctrinal research, where the data used are secondary data sources. The process starts from the premises in the form of known positive legal norms and ends with the discovery of legal principles which are the starting point for the search for positive legal norms. Or in short, the method of normative juridical approach is an approach that examines secondary data in the field of law that exist as library data. Based on the results of research in the field, the practice of marriage in Wedi Village, Kapas District, Bojonegoro Regency is to use the weton calculation to determine whether the two prospective brides are matched or not. If based on the results of the weton calculation it turns out that they are matched, then the next step is to determine the day, date, month and hour of the contract also using the weton calculation. The factors behind the practice of determining and calculating the time for marriage in Wedi Village, Kapas District, Bojonegoro Regency are the reasons for not violating religious teachings, the reasons for customary calls, reasons for obligations and considerations of neptu, safety reasons, reasons for events that have occurred and reasons for preservation to generations. The custom that has been formed so far turns out to be in accordance with and absorbed by the rules of 'Urf. Thus, this shows that the determination of the wedding day in Wedi Village, Kapas District, Bojonegoro Regency is 'Urf valid.

Abstract

Many studies state that there are some of Generation Z who have a tendency to ignore the role of communication in dealing with the world of work. Currently, there are still several Generation Z during the Covid 19 pandemic, spending more of their time online and staying at home, which makes the role of communication ineffective and passive because communication is carried out virtually (Qurniawati and Nurohman, 2018). Generation Z characters who tend to communicate in a relaxed, open and friendly manner must be changed in good communication (Alyulistin, 2022).The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of whether the factors of the role of communication are in line with the personality of Generation Z who will prepare themselves to face the real world of work. The research method that will be used in this research is literature study which is an activity by collecting data through reading journals and recording them to be used as theory development (Rusmawan, 2019).The results of the study show that there are 7 communication support factors that are more dominant in influencing Generation Z, namely: Knowledge, Growth, Perception, Roles and Relationships, Emotions, Gender, and Environment.

Abstract

This paper discusses the symbolic meaning of the megengan tradition for the Javanese people, especially the residents of the Bulum Pecak Hamlet, Purwoharjo District. Megengan is a tradition carried out before the month of Ramadan. Many people still maintain and carry out the megengan tradition. Along with the times, many residents of the Bulum Pecak hamlet carry out this tradition according to what was passed down from their ancestors, and quite a number of people carry out this tradition but use a more practical method. From the phenomena that exist, it can be analyzed the meaning of the symbol of the megengan tradition for the people in Curah Pecak hamlet. This study uses qualitative research using an ethnographic approach. The location that the author has chosen is in the hamlet of Bulk Bulk, Purwoharjo District. There are local people who carry out this tradition in accordance with the teachings of their ancestors carefully, but the majority of people who are older, for people who are the millennial generation, continue to carry out the megengan tradition in a more practical way. Each individual carries out the tradition according to the individual's meaning of a symbol.

Abstract

Companies can continue to be sustainable or last a long time when the company has the right strategy in running its business. Nestlé is a company that has a good strategy in running and developing its business since 1866 which has made the Nestlé company survive to this day. This study discusses the strategies used by Nestlé, such as business-level strategies and international corporate strategies. The methodology used by researchers is the method of literature study. The Nestlé company uses a low cost strategy and also uses a joint venture business form. In addition, Nestle also acquired the company Pfizer Nutrition. Nestle's goal is to achieve a competitive advantage from products marketed in various market segments so that it can expand its target globally.

Abstract

Maraknya investasi online telah menjadi tren yang signifikan di kalangan mahasiswa, memberikan aksesibilitas dan fleksibilitas dalam mengelola portofolio keuangan mereka. Namun, literasi keuangan yang rendah, ketidakpastian keamanan, dan kepercayaan yang kurang dalam platform investasi online dapat menjadi hambatan yang mempengaruhi minat mereka dalam berinvestasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini dilakukan ialah untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan, keamanan investasi, dan kepercayaan terhadap minat investasi online dengan studi kasus pada mahasiswa tingkat strata satu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Data primer diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada mahasiswa strata satu. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner kepada sampel dengan pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode convenience sampling. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, didapatkan hasil bahwa literasi keuangan, keamanan investasi, dan kepercayaan berpengaruh positif terhadap minat investasi online pada mahasiswa tingkat strata satu.

Abstract

This study focuses on intercultural communication barriers of Javanese immigrants to the Minang Tribe Community in Nagari Sungai Pua, Agam Regency. This research is motivatetd by the problem of the obstacles felt by Javanese migrants while living in Nagari Sungai Pua. Intercultural communication barriers for Javanese immigrants in Nagari Sungai Pua, where language and culture are the most important obstacles felt by Javanese migrants. Communications barrieris often arise when there are differencess in background. culturalt background. When communicating, Javanese immigrants find it difficult to understand the language used, so that Javanese immigrants are less intense in socializing with the local community, as well as misunderstandings between Minang people and Javanese immigrants. Misunderstanding of cultural understanding can certainly hinder effective communications. The purpose of this studys was to findd out how the barriers to intercultural communicatiotn of Javaenese immigrants towards the Minang Tribe Society in Nagari Sungai Pua, Agam Regenchy. The tyipe of research used is field researjch swith a descriptive qualitativie approach. The research location isn in Nagari Sungai Pua, Agam Regency. This study used a purposive sampling technique. Sources of data in this study were obtained from observations, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, to analyze the data the authors use data regduction, data presentations, and conclusiconts. Abstract

The Indonesian language is the national and state language, but it is also a compulsory subject at all levels of education. The research entitled Analysis Types of Sentences Based on Purpose of Drama Texts in the book of Buku Bahasa dan Bersastra Indonesia Class XI in with Merdeka Curriculum aimed to fulfill a final assignment in the Fundamentals of Syntax lesson, and also to explain purpose-based sentence variations in drama texts on the book of Bahasa dan Bersastra Indonesia with Mereka curriculum. This article uses qualitative methods by researching, describing, and analyzing each type of sentence according to its purpose. The results of the study show that in the three drama texts, there are four types of sentences (1) declarative sentences, (2) interrogative sentences, (3) imperative sentences, and (4) interjective sentences. The drama script Ayahku Pulang by Usmar Ismail found 49 declarative texts, 40 types of interrogative texts, ten imperative texts, and 33 interjective sentences. There are 20 types of sentences in the drama Game Kehidupan by Rahmah Purwahida, consisting of 6 declarative sentences, five interrogative sentences, one imperative sentence, and eight interjective sentences. The drama text Siluet Fajar by Rahmah Purwahida found 25 types of sentences consisting of 7 type of declarative sentences, five types of interrogative sentences, three imperative sentences, and ten interjective sentences. Through this research, it expected that it can help teachers to review lesson plans regarding drama texts, and to assist students in understanding types of sentences based on their purpose in drama texts.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the types of sentences seen in the syntactical forms of negotiating texts in Class X SMA Indonesian Textbooks. We conducted this research because it is closely related to learning Indonesian. In this article, we discuss grouping sentences based on type categories from the point of view of syntax, description, and examples of the types of sentences in negotiating texts. We chose an analysis of the types of sentences from the negotiating text so that readers can gain new knowledge and deepen this material more deeply. The type of approach that we use in this study is a qualitative, descriptive approach using note-taking techniques. After we did an analysis of the negotiating text in the Indonesian Language Textbook Class X SMA Merdeka Curriculum, we found that there are four types of sentences in the negotiating text: declarative sentences, imperative sentences, interrogative sentences, and interjective sentences. This research has two benefits, namely theoretical and practical. Theoretically, the results of this study can contribute ideas to writers and reviewers of negotiating texts by helping them understand the types of sentences that are often used in the text. Writers and text reviewers can use the results of this research as a reference to identify and analyze the types of sentences used in negotiating texts, so as to enrich their theoretical understanding of the types of sentences in the context of negotiations. Practically, this research can be useful for researchers and students, especially college students, because it provides insight regarding the use of different types of sentences, especially in negotiating texts.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the use of endocentric phrases as well as describe fragments of phrases contained in the Hikayat text in the Buku Bahasa Indonesia Kelas X Kurikulum Merdeka. This study uses a theoretical approach, namely syntax, and a methodological approach, namely a qualitative descriptive approach. The research data comes from the Hikayat text in the Buku Bahasa Indonesia Kelas X Kurikulum Merdeka. This analysis was carried out by reading the entire text and continuing with note-taking techniques, which functioned to record important points to find data in research analysis and continued to outline the material for further analysis. The results of this study found all types of endocentric phrases in the Hikayat text. In the entire text of the Hikayat that had been read, endocentric phrases were found based on their categories, namely 25 coordinating endocentric phrases, 80 attributive endocentric phrases, and 5 appositive phrases. The characteristics of the phrases obtained are based on their form, type, and structure. In this study, it was concluded that in determining the type of endocentric phrases, it can be analyzed by determining the categories of phrases based on the word class. For example, the equivalence of coordinating phrases can be determined based on word class and grammatical meaning, followed by phrases that express the same condition, conjunctive phrases, or no conjunctions. Then the attributive element in an attributive coordinating phrase is not always a word but can be a clitic as an explanatory element, both proclitic and enclitic. This analysis is intended to develop research in the analysis of types of endocentric phrases and to add knowledge and insight regarding endocentric phrases.

Abstract

Children's story text is an event based on the time sequence experienced or in the form of imagination that tells the world of children. This story text can improve the process of language skills in children by reading. The children's story text entitled "Different It's Okay" has an interesting story to be studied, namely effective sentences that will be analyzed using syntactic functions, roles, and categories. This research aims to classify words in the Indonesian language textbook for grade one of the independent curriculum elementary school. This research analysis uses a qualitative descriptive method. The techniques used to collect data in this research are reading and note-taking techniques, or listening. The results of this study can be found in the role, function, and syntactic category in the Indonesian language textbook for grade one of the independent curriculum elementary school. This research is useful for helping students in the process of analyzing syntactic structures.
