Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of SMM or its abbreviation namely "Social Media Marketing" and E-WOM which for "Electronic Word of Mouth" towards Purchase Intention through Trust as the intervening variable. The research was quantitative. The data analysis technique used Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.2.9 software. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used outer model, inner model, and hypothesis tests. The result concluded that social media marketing had a positive and significant effect on Trust. Likewise, electronic word of mouth had a positive and significant effect on Trust. Additionally, social media marketing had a negative and insignificant effect on Purchase Intention. Similarly, Both electronic word of mouth and Trust had a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention. In addition, social media marketing had a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention with Trust as an intervening variable. Likewise, electronic word of mouth had a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention with Trust as an intervening variable. Abstrak: Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang dimiliki SMM ataupun kepanjangannya yaitu “Social Media Marketing” beserta E-WOM yang kepanjangannya yaitu “Electronic Word of Mouth” terhadap Purchase Intention melalui Trust sebagai variabel intervening. Jenis penelitian yang dipakai adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Metode analisis data yang dipakai yaitu PLS ataupun dikenal melalui “Partial Least Square” dengan memakai software SmartPLS 3.2.9. Teknik analisis data yang dipakai yakni outer model, inner model, serta uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan terkait SMM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Trust, E-WOM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Trust, SMM berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Purchase Intention, E-WOM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Purchase Intention, Trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Purchase Intention, SMM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Purchase Intention melalui Trust sebagai variabel intervening, serta E-WOM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Purchase Intention melalui Trust sebagai variabel intervening.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial accounting standards carried out by Blacksmith MSMEs in West Palahidu Village, Binongko District, and the compatibility between financial accounting standards in West Palahidu Village, Binongko District, and SAK ETAP. The research method used is qualitative descriptive analysis. This research was conducted at the Blacksmith MSME in Palahidu Barat Village, Binongko District, located in Southeast Sulawesi Province. The study will be conducted in April-May 2023. The results showed that the accounting information system carried out by Blacksmith MSMEs was still very simple and the recording process was still carried out manually (filing notes). And it is stated that it is not in accordance with SAK ETAP because it does not record financial statements and does not have types in financial statements, namely profit / loss statements, statements of changes in equity, balance sheet statements, cash flow statements and notes to financial statements. This is due to the inability or lack of information in recording financial information

Abstract

This research is entitled The Effect of Economic Growth in the Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary Sectors on Labor Absorption in East Kolaka Regency. This research aims to find out and analyze the influence of economic growth in the primary sector, secondary sector and tertiary sector on labor absorption in East Kolaka Regency. This research is quantitative research using secondary data for the period 2014-2022 sourced from BPS, government publications and related books, and using the SPSS program. The data analysis used is simple linear regression The results of this research show that economic growth in the primary sector, secondary sector and tertiary sector has an effect on labor absorption. The partial test results show that the variable that has a positive and significant effect on labor absorption is the primary sector. Meanwhile, the secondary sector and tertiary sector have a positive but not significant effect. on labor absorption in East Kolaka Regency

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of budget target clarity and reporting systems on the performance accountability of Baubau City government agencies. The population in this study is the Baubau City Government which consists of all local government organizations (OPD) in the city of Baubau, totaling 32 OPDs. each OPD has 3 respondents so that the sample in this study amounted to 96 respondents. The method used is quantitative descriptive analysis method using multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that (1) budget target clarity affects the performance accountability of Baubau City government agencies, with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05; (2) the reporting system affects the performance accountability of Baubau City government agencies, with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05; and (3) budget target clarity and reporting systems simultaneously affect the performance accountability of Baubau City government agencies

Abstract

Agribusiness is a business based on agricultural business or other fields that support it, both upstream and downstream sectors that refer to the main view that agribusiness works on the food sector chain (food supply chain) in other words, agribusiness is an economic perspective for food supply businesses. This study aims to assess the potential of agribusiness hubs in increasing the added value of the agricultural sector in Kolaka Regency which consists of identifying agribusiness products, economic and institutional infrastructure profiles and formulating pre-feasibility of Agribusiness in Kolaka Regency. The research method used is a qualitative approach and the results obtained show that Kolaka Regency has several commodities that have potential as agribusiness hub commodities in the food crop, horticulture and plantation sectors. The economic and institutional infrastructure of farmers as part of the Agribusiness Hub support system still faces obstacles, such as limited access to marketing, financing, and digital literacy. The implementation of the Agribusiness Hub model recommended in this study is the Managing Agency approach.
