Tentang Jurnal Ini Pendahuluan: Dalam periode setahun terakhir, OGZ Research & Publishing telah menerbitkan empat edisi Jurnal Ekonomi dan Bisnis dengan beberapa artikel ilmiah dalam setiap edisinya. Tujuan dari evaluasi ini adalah untuk menilai kualitas, relevansi topik, dan kontribusi Jurnal Bisnis dan Ekonomi dalam menyediakan pengetahuan yang bernilai bagi komunitas akademik dan praktisi bisnis. Metode: Untuk melaksanakan evaluasi ini, dilakukan peninjauan dan analisis terhadap edisi jurnal Bisnis dan Ekonomi yang diterbitkan 4 kali dalam 1 tahun (Januari-April-Juli-Oktober). Aspek-aspek yang dinilai meliputi kualitas penulisan, kebaruan kontribusi, metodologi penelitian yang digunakan, dan relevansi dengan perkembangan terkini dalam bidang bisnis dan ekonomi. Hasil: Jurnal Bisnis dan Ekonomi berhasil mempertahankan kualitas publikasi yang konsisten selama setahun terakhir. Setiap edisi jurnal menampilkan artikel-artikel yang ditulis dengan baik, dengan pendekatan metodologi yang jelas dan argumen yang kuat. Jurnal ini mencakup berbagai topik ekonomi dan bisnis, seperti manajemen, pemasaran, keuangan, ekonomi makro, dan lainnya. Setiap artikel memberikan wawasan baru dan pemikiran kritis yang relevan dengan tantangan dan perubahan dalam dunia ekonomi, bisnis dan manajemen umum. Selain itu, jurnal ini menunjukkan komitmen yang kuat terhadap kualitas editorial dan proses peer review yang ketat. Artikel-artikel yang diterbitkan melalui proses seleksi yang hati-hati dan melibatkan pakar dalam bidang terkait. Hal ini menjamin kualitas dan validitas penelitian yang diterbitkan. Kesimpulan: Secara keseluruhan, Jurnal Bisnis dan Ekonomi telah berhasil mempublikasikan artikel ilmiah berkualitas tinggi dalam bidang bisnis dan ekonomi. Kualitas penulisan yang baik, relevansi topik yang luas, dan kontribusinya terhadap perkembangan pengetahuan di bidang bisnis dan ekonomi menjadikan jurnal ini sebagai sumber informasi yang berharga bagi komunitas akademik dan praktisi bisnis. Dewan Review selalu berusaha untuk menjaga standar kualitas editorial, meningkatkan visibilitas jurnal, dan memperluas jaringan kolaborasi dengan peneliti dan praktisi bisnis. Abstract

Abstrak : Objective : ASEAN and the G20 are two international cooperation forums that differ in their institutional structures and scopes of roles, yet both hold significant importance in maintaining economic and political stability. Methodology : ASEAN emphasizes the strengthening of regional integration in Southeast Asia through consensus-based decision-making mechanisms and the principle of non-intervention, whereas the G20 serves as a platform for global economic coordination without a permanent secretariat. Research results : This study aims to examine the similarities and differences between the two forums, particularly with regard to their formation, operational mechanisms, and contributions to economic stability. The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach using a literature review method. The findings indicate that ASEAN’s effectiveness is largely grounded in normative consistency and the formation of regional identity, while the G20’s performance is strongly influenced by macroeconomic policy coordination and the speed of its response to global crises. This study is expected to contribute to and enrich the literature on multilateral economic governance. Keyword: Asean, G20, Economic Governance, Economic Stability.

Abstract

The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has brought significant transformations to higher education, particularly in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of learning processes. However, the optimal utilization of AI is influenced by several factors, including user experience, the relevance of AI-generated content, and students’ academic attitudes toward the technology. This study aims to examine the effects of AI usage experience, AI content relevance, and students’ academic attitudes on AI-based learning productivity, both partially and simultaneously. A quantitative associative approach was employed using multiple linear regression analysis. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 75 active students of the Institut Bisnis dan Komunikasi Swadaya (SWINS) Jakarta, selected through purposive sampling. The results indicate that AI usage experience and students’ academic attitudes have a positive and significant effect on AI-based learning productivity, while AI content relevance does not show a significant partial effect. Nevertheless, the three independent variables simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on learning productivity, with an Adjusted R² value of 0.689. These findings support the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Self-Regulated Learning Theory, emphasizing the importance of experience and academic attitudes in optimizing technology-based learning. This study highlights the need to strengthen digital literacy, provide continuous AI utilization training, and foster positive academic attitudes to ensure that AI integration in higher education is effective, ethical, and sustainable.

Abstract

Abstrak : Digital transformation in the trade industry encourages the use of social commerce platforms, such as TikTok Shop, as the main means of marketing local perfume products. This condition requires business actors to manage digital marketing strategies effectively and build consumer trust to improve the sustainability of purchasing behavior. This study aims to test the influence of digital marketing and customer trust on the repurchase intention of local perfume products with purchase decisions as an intervening variable in TikTok Shop users in the DKI Jakarta area. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data was obtained through the distribution of online questionnaires to 167 respondents who had experience buying local perfumes at TikTok Shop. Data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling method based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with the help of SmartPLS software version 4.1. The test results show that digital marketing and customer trust have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. In addition, digital marketing, customer trust, and purchase decisions have also been proven to have a positive effect on repurchase intention. Purchase decisions play a significant role in mediating the influence of digital marketing and customer trust on repurchase intention. The value of the determination coefficient showed that digital marketing and customer trust were able to explain the variation in purchase decisions by 55.0%, while repurchase intention could be explained by 56.8% by all variables in the research model. These findings indicate that digital marketing optimization supported by consumer trust plays an important role in driving purchasing decisions and increasing sustainable repurchase intent on local perfume products..

Abstract

ABSTRACT. This study aims to analyze the influence of transaction convenience, digital promotion strategies, and hedonic lifestyle tendencies on impulsive buying behavior among university students who use QRIS in Jakarta. The digital transformation of payment systems has significantly altered consumer behavior patterns. However, the interplay between technological and psychological factors in driving spontaneous purchasing behavior still requires deeper investigation. The research employed a quantitative approach with a causal-associative design using a survey method. Data were collected through a closed-ended questionnaire utilizing a five- point Likert scale distributed to 87 students selected through purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 25. The findings indicate that, simultaneously, the three independent variables significantly influence students’ impulsive buying behavior. Partially, digital promotion and hedonic lifestyle show positive and significant effects, while transaction convenience does not have a significant impact. This suggests that for students in urban areas, the ease of digital payment has become commonplace and is no longer a major factor triggering impulsive purchases without the influence of promotional stimuli or a consumptive lifestyle. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.686 indicates that the research model explains 68.6% of the variation in students’ impulsive buying behavior. The results highlight the importance of enhancing digital financial literacy so that students can better regulate their consumptive tendencies amid the rapid growth of the digital economy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of workload and agile leadership on employee performance, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The research was motivated by the demand for improved employee performance in facing increasingly complex organizational dynamics that require high adaptability. The research methodology employed a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 106 respondents. The data analysis technique used was Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to test the direct and indirect relationships between the research variables. The results showed that workload had a positive and significant effect on performance. Agile leadership also had a positive and significant effect on performance, and had the strongest influence on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction was shown to have a positive and significant effect on performance. Mediation tests revealed that job satisfaction partially mediated the relationship between workload and performance, as well as between agile leadership and performance. These findings confirm that improved performance is not only directly influenced by workload and agile leadership, but also through increased job satisfaction. Overall, this study concludes that appropriate workload management and the effective implementation of agile leadership play a crucial role in sustainably improving employee job satisfaction and performance.

Abstract

Objective : This study examines strategic management practices and challenges in enhancing organizational effectiveness within the Indonesian rupiah banknote printing industry, an environment characterized by strict regulation and high security sensitivity.   Methodology : Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, non-participant observation, and document analysis involving leaders and key employees selected purposively. Thematic analysis was applied through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, supported by triangulation to ensure credibility.   Research results : Findings reveal that strategic management is implemented through three core stages: formulation, implementation, and evaluation. Major challenges include limited innovation, resistance to change, regulatory complexity, and weak inter-unit coordination. Despite these constraints, alignment between strategic initiatives and organizational vision contributes positively to operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, productivity, and adaptability to external changes. Overall, effective strategic management strengthens organizational performance in highly regulated public-sector industries.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyse the influence of organisational culture and leadership style on employee performance mediated by work motivation among employees of PT Indonesia Chemi Con. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT Indonesia Chemi Con as research respondents. The data analysis technique used was Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with a Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach. The results of the study indicate that organisational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In addition, leadership style also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the results of the study prove that organisational culture and leadership style have a positive and significant effect on work motivation. Work motivation is also proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The test results show that work motivation acts as a mediating variable that strengthens the influence of organizational culture on employee performance. In addition, work motivation has also been proven to mediate the influence of leadership style on employee performance. Thus, it can be concluded that the improvement in employee performance at PT Chemi Con Indonesia is not only directly influenced by organizational culture and leadership style, but also indirectly through increased work motivation Keywords: Organizational Culture, Leadership Style, Work Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

Objective : This study aims to analyze the influence of service personalization, communication effectiveness, and loyalty programs on customer satisfaction and loyalty at star-rated hotels in West Jakarta. Methodology : The study used a quantitative approach with an explanatory design. Data were collected through a survey using a structured questionnaire to 96 respondents selected by purposive sampling. Data analysis was performed using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Research results : The results showed that communication effectiveness and loyalty programs have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and loyalty, while service personalization did not show a significant effect. Customer satisfaction was shown to act as a mediating variable that strengthens loyalty. These findings emphasize the importance of effective communication strategies and loyalty programs in improving hotel competitiveness.

Abstract: The rapid expansion of trendy beverage businesses in Indonesia is closely linked to shifts in consumer lifestyles and the growing dominance of digital media. This development has intensified market competition, compelling business actors to focus not only on product innovation but also on service excellence, competitive pricing, and effective digital promotional activities. These elements are critical in shaping consumer perceptions and determining satisfaction levels. Nevertheless, many businesses in this sector have not managed these factors optimally, which can result in declining customer satisfaction and weakened loyalty. Objective : In response to this condition, this study investigates the effects of service quality, price, and digital promotion on consumer satisfaction within the trendy beverage industry. Methodology : The study used a quantitative approach with an explanatory design. Research results : The results are expected to identify key determinants of satisfaction and provide practical guidance for businesses in formulating more effective service and marketing strategies.

Abstract

Objective : This study aims to analyze the influence of Job Stress, Work Discipline, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at the Inbound Department of PT. AZ.KO in Cikarang. The research is driven by a consistent decline in container receiving target achievement from 2021 to 2024, indicating human resource performance issues amidst an operational target increase from 6,000 to 8,000 units. Methodology : Using a quantitative approach with descriptive and causal designs, the study surveyed all 60 employees of the Inbound Department using saturated sampling. Data were analyzed through multiple linear regression via SPSS. Research results : The results show that Job Stress, Work Discipline, and Job Satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance (R^2 = 68.2%). Partially, Job Stress has a significant negative effect, while Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction have significant positive effects. Management is advised to review workload distribution to mitigate stress while maintaining consistency in discipline and job satisfaction to achieve sustainable operational targets.
