Tentang Jurnal Ini Pendahuluan: Dalam periode setahun terakhir, OGZ Research & Publishing telah menerbitkan empat edisi Jurnal Ekonomi dan Bisnis dengan beberapa artikel ilmiah dalam setiap edisinya. Tujuan dari evaluasi ini adalah untuk menilai kualitas, relevansi topik, dan kontribusi Jurnal Bisnis dan Ekonomi dalam menyediakan pengetahuan yang bernilai bagi komunitas akademik dan praktisi bisnis. Metode: Untuk melaksanakan evaluasi ini, dilakukan peninjauan dan analisis terhadap edisi jurnal Bisnis dan Ekonomi yang diterbitkan 4 kali dalam 1 tahun (Januari-April-Juli-Oktober). Aspek-aspek yang dinilai meliputi kualitas penulisan, kebaruan kontribusi, metodologi penelitian yang digunakan, dan relevansi dengan perkembangan terkini dalam bidang bisnis dan ekonomi. Hasil: Jurnal Bisnis dan Ekonomi berhasil mempertahankan kualitas publikasi yang konsisten selama setahun terakhir. Setiap edisi jurnal menampilkan artikel-artikel yang ditulis dengan baik, dengan pendekatan metodologi yang jelas dan argumen yang kuat. Jurnal ini mencakup berbagai topik ekonomi dan bisnis, seperti manajemen, pemasaran, keuangan, ekonomi makro, dan lainnya. Setiap artikel memberikan wawasan baru dan pemikiran kritis yang relevan dengan tantangan dan perubahan dalam dunia ekonomi, bisnis dan manajemen umum. Selain itu, jurnal ini menunjukkan komitmen yang kuat terhadap kualitas editorial dan proses peer review yang ketat. Artikel-artikel yang diterbitkan melalui proses seleksi yang hati-hati dan melibatkan pakar dalam bidang terkait. Hal ini menjamin kualitas dan validitas penelitian yang diterbitkan. Kesimpulan: Secara keseluruhan, Jurnal Bisnis dan Ekonomi telah berhasil mempublikasikan artikel ilmiah berkualitas tinggi dalam bidang bisnis dan ekonomi. Kualitas penulisan yang baik, relevansi topik yang luas, dan kontribusinya terhadap perkembangan pengetahuan di bidang bisnis dan ekonomi menjadikan jurnal ini sebagai sumber informasi yang berharga bagi komunitas akademik dan praktisi bisnis. Dewan Review selalu berusaha untuk menjaga standar kualitas editorial, meningkatkan visibilitas jurnal, dan memperluas jaringan kolaborasi dengan peneliti dan praktisi bisnis. Upaya-upaya ini akan memperkuat pengaruh jurnal ini dalam masyarakat akademik dan industri, serta meningkatkan kontribusi Jurnal Bisnis dan Ekonomi dalam menghadapi tantangan dan perubahan di bidang ekonomi dan bisnis.

Abstract

The Nutritious Food Program for the Community is one of the government’s strategic policies aimed at improving the nutritional status of the population while strengthening Indonesia’s national resilience. This program is not only focused on meeting nutritional needs but also has broad implications for human resource development, food security, and socioeconomic stability. Objective : This study aims to analyze the contribution of the Nutritious Food Program to strengthening national resilience through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. Methods : The research method followed the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines. Data were analyzed from 16 scientific articles that met the inclusion criteria for the 2017–2025 period, obtained from national and international journals as well as reports from official institutions.   Research Results : The Nutritious Food Program has had a significant impact on improving nutritional status, reducing stunting, enhancing academic performance, and strengthening food security through the use of local foods and the strengthening of supply chains. In addition, this program also contributes to strengthening the local economy through the involvement of farmers, fishermen, and MSMEs. This study concludes that the Nutritious Food Program is a strategic instrument in supporting national resilience based on sustainable human capital development.

Abstract

Objective : This study aims to analyze and synthesize the findings of previous research on the impact of the rupiah exchange rate on Indonesia’s exports, as well as to identify similarities, differences, and research gaps that can still be explored. Methods : This study employed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) 2020 guidelines. The research data consisted of 10 scientific articles published between 2019 and 2026, obtained through Google Scholar, Garuda, and several national and international journals. The articles were selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria and then analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods.   Research Results : The results of the study show that most articles conclude that the rupiah exchange rate has an impact on Indonesia’s exports. A depreciation in the rupiah exchange rate tends to increase the competitiveness of Indonesian products, thereby boosting exports. However, some studies show that exchange rates do not have a significant impact on exports because other factors, such as Gross Domestic Product (GDP), are more dominant. Differences in research findings are influenced by differences in the research subjects, the research period, the methods of analysis, and the variables used. The rupiah exchange rate is one of the factors affecting Indonesia’s exports, although its influence is not absolute. This study is expected to serve as a reference for future research in further exploring the factors that influence Indonesia’s exports.

Abstract

The change project is a core instrument in the leadership training of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) which requires participants to design and implement real innovations in their work units. The success of a change project is largely determined by the quality of coaching mentoring, and in its development a number of educational institutions have developed a layered mentoring model known as "Super Coach". This article aims to synthesize the current literature on the relationship between Super Coach-based change projects and quality factors of education and training (diklat), as well as build a conceptual framework that is relevant to the context of the Center for the Development of Vocational Education Quality Assurance (BBPPMPV) in the Business and Tourism Sector. The method used is a narrative-systematic literature review with the principle of reporting transparency referring to PRISMA 2020, tracing sources from Scopus Q1/Q2, SINTA 1, and SINTA 2 indexed journals, as well as official regulatory documents. The results of the synthesis show that the effectiveness of executive coaching is determined by the characteristics of the coach, the characteristics of the coachee, the quality of the mentoring relationship, the coaching approach, organizational support, and the use of digital technology, while the quality of the training can be captured through the framework of the four levels of Kirkpatrick and the SERVQUAL dimension. This article proposes a conceptual framework that positions Super Coach-based change projects as an antecedence, learning transfer and leadership self-efficacy as intermediate variables, organizational support and digitalization as moderation, and training quality as outcome variables, along with three propositions that can be empirically tested in follow-up research.

Abstract

Objective : CSR was measured using the Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure Index (CSRDI) based on the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI Standards), while GCG was proxied by board of commissioners size and audit committee size. Financial performance was measured using Return on Assets (ROA). Methodology : This study employed a quantitative research approach with a sample of 11 banking companies selected through purposive sampling, resulting in 55 firm-year observations. The data were analyzed using panel data regression, with the Common Effect Model (CEM) identified as the most appropriate model based on the model selection tests. Research Results :  The findings indicate that CSRDI and audit committee size have a positive and statistically significant effect on ROA, whereas board of commissioners size has no significant effect. Furthermore, CSRDI, board of commissioners size, and audit committee size jointly have a significant effect on ROA. These findings underscore the importance of CSR disclosure and the effectiveness of the audit committee in enhancing the financial performance of banking companies.

Abstract

Teachers’ work discipline is influenced by various interrelated factors. In addition to the professional competencies that every teacher must possess, there are other factors that play a role in shaping their level of discipline, including supervision by the principal and teachers’ self-concept. These two factors are believed to contribute to teachers’ success in carrying out their duties and responsibilities professionally. Objective : This study aims to analyze the relationship between principal supervision and teachers’ self-concept on teachers’ work discipline. Methods : This study employed a quantitative approach, involving all 54 teachers as the study population. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to all respondents. The data were then analyzed using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing via t-tests and F-tests using SPSS version 20.   Research Results : The results of the study indicate that there is a positive, strong, and significant relationship between principal supervision and teacher work discipline. The principal supervision variable accounts for 28.4% of the variance in teacher work discipline, while the remaining 71.6% is influenced by other factors not included in this study. In addition, the study also found a strong and significant positive relationship between teachers’ self-concept and their work discipline. Self-concept accounts for 25.4% of the variance, while the remaining 74.6% is explained by other variables outside the scope of this study. Furthermore, when principal supervision and teachers’ self-concept were analyzed simultaneously, both variables showed a positive, strong, and significant relationship with teachers’ work discipline. Together, they accounted for 30.2% of the variance in teachers’ work discipline, while the remaining 69.8% was influenced by other factors not examined in this study. These findings suggest that improving the quality of supervision provided by the principal, coupled with the development of a positive self-concept among teachers, can serve as a key strategy for enhancing work discipline, thereby enabling teachers to perform their professional duties more effectively.
