Abstract

The problem found in this study is the lack of variety of media that supports children's learning processes according to the characteristics of children in the development of religious and moral values related to the ability to learn religious and moral values in children aged 5-6 years. This study aims to produce monopoly game media based on religious and moral values that are in accordance with the characteristics of group B children in PAUD Salsabila. The type of research used is research and development (R&D) using seven development steps, namely problem identification, information gathering, product design, product revision, small-scale product testing, and second product revision. The research design used was a pre-test and post-test design with the same group to find out how to improve children's ability to memorize readings and prayer movements in children aged 5-6 years at PAUD Salsabila

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see whether the use of diorama media can successfully improve student learning outcomes as a learning medium. This study uses a class action research method (CAR). This research was conducted in three cycles. From the results of the research conducted, it shows that the use of diorama media can improve student learning outcomes. Improved learning outcomes occur in each cycle. In the first cycle of learning, student learning outcomes obtained a learning value that was carried out by a 58% completeness score test. In cycle II obtained a completeness level of 68%. Whereas in cycle III students obtained a completeness level of 79% which was in accordance with what was desired. Thus, it can be said that the application of diorama media can improve student learning outcomes on the theme of the area where I live.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of using student worksheets (LKS) on student learning outcomes on the theme "My dreams" in grade IV SDN 104266 Pematang Sijonam. The experimental method was used with an experimental class that used LKS and a control class that did not use LKS. Student learning outcomes were measured through pretests and posttests, and normality tests, homogeneity of variance tests, and pair tests were conducted for statistical analysis. From the results of the analysis, it was found that initially the experimental and control classes did not reach the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM) in the pretest. However, after the treatment in the form of using the LKS was given only to the experimental class, both classes reached the KKM in the posttest. The posttest results showed that the experimental class that used the worksheet obtained a higher total score and a higher average compared to the control class that did not receive the treatment.The normality test showed that all data, both pretests and posttests from the experimental and control classes, had a normal distribution. The homogeneity of variance test showed that there was no significant difference in data variability between the two groups, indicating the homogeneity of variance required for the independent sample t-test. The paired test results showed that there was a significant difference between the pretests and posttests in both groups. This confirms that the use of LKS has a significant positive effect on students' learning outcomes. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the use of student worksheets (LKS) is effective in improving student learning outcomes on the theme "My dreams" in class IV of SDN 104266 Pematang Sijonam. This study provides empirical support for implementing the use of LKS in learning and suggests implementation strategies that are effective in improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a positive and significant effect of playing jumping words on the linguistic intelligence of children aged 5-6 years at PAUD Salsabila Tembung. This research is a type of research that uses a Pre-Exprimental research design in which there are still external variables that influence the forms of the dependent variable. The form of design used is One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design, in this study there is a group that is given treatment, then intends to compare the situation before and after treatment. The subjects of this study were 30 children, consisting of 16 boys and 14 girls. The instrument used in this study is an observation sheet for playing jumping words on the development of children's linguistic intelligence in accordance with the indicators to be achieved. This study uses quantitative analysis techniques in obtaining data. The data analysis technique uses statistical tests, namely the data normality test and hypothesis testing using the t-test. Thitung = 5.2195> Ttabel = 1.697, and because dk = (n-1) = (30-1) = 29 and the real level α = 0.05 so it can be concluded that Thitung> Ttabel (5.2195> 1.697) thus the hypothesis Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be stated that there is a significant effect of playing jumping words on the linguistic intelligence of children aged 5-6 years at PAUD Salsabila Tembung T.A 2022-2023.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of the farming demonstration method on the naturalist intelligence of children aged 5-6 years at tk gracia sustain. This study is a type of research that uses Pre-Exprimental research design in which there are still external variables that influence the shape of the dependent variable. The form of design used is One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design, in this study there is a group that is given treatment, then intends to compare the situation before with after treatment. The subjects of this study were 20 children, consisting of 8 boys and 12 girls. The data collection technique used in this study was an observation sheet of farming activities on children's naturalist intelligence. This study uses quantitative analysis techniques in obtaining data. The data analysis technique uses statistical tests, namely normality tests and hypothesis testing using the t-test. Thitung = 46.1538 > Ttabel = 1.725, and because dk = (n-1) = (20-1) and the real level ɑ = 0.05 so it can be concluded that Thitung> Ttabel (46.1538) > (1.725) thus the hypothesis Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be stated that there is a significant effect of the farming demonstration method on the naturalistic intelligence of children aged 5-6 years.

Abstract

Minat adalah sesuatu yang sangat penting bagi seseorang untuk melakukan suatu aktivitas. Dengan minat orang akan berusaha mencapai tujuannya. Oleh karena itu minat dikatakan sebagai salah satu aspek psikis manusia yang dapat mendorong untuk mencapai tujuan. Ada dua aspek yang dikandung oleh minat antara lain aspek kognitif dan aspek afektif. Hasil observasi dan wawancara dengan subjek, serta wawancara dengan wali kelas dan guru bidang studi lainnya untuk mengetahui penyebab kesulitan belajar dan prestasi akademik rendah yang dimiliki subjek. Menumbuhkan minat baca merupakan sebuah proses yang tidak muncul begitu saja, tetapi merupakan proses yang harus ditumbuhkan sejak anak usia dini.

Abstract

The aims of this study were, 1) to find out the results of students learning mathematics learning using the magic learning box (Kobela) teaching aid, 2) the magical use of learning teaching aids (Kobela), 3) the effect of the magic learning box (Kobela) teaching aids for the mathematics learning outcomes of class IV students at SD Negeri 1505 Pasir Julu District. Sosa Julu, Kab. Padang Lawas. The research methodology uses a quantitative approach with the Quasy Experiment type in the form of Nonequivalent Control Group Design. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 1505 Pasir Julu Kec. Sosa Julu District. Padang Lawas. The population and sample of this study were all four class students at SD Negeri 1505 Pasir Julu consisting of 2 classes totaling 49 students and the test instrument used is in the form of multiple choice. This type of data analysis was carried out by analyzing the Paired Sample T-test. The results of this study indicate 1) Student learning outcomes using simple visual aids obtain an average pretest score of 31.42 and 73.33 posttest. 2) student learning outcomes using the magic learning box (Kobela) visual aids obtained an average pretest score of 35.89 and 85.53 posttest. 3) this has the effect of the magic learning box (Kobela) teaching aid on student learning outcomes. Abstract

The research that has been carried out entitled "The Influence of Using Giant Ladder Snakes Learning Media as Innovative Media on Student Learning Interests in Civics Class 4 Subjects at SD Muhammadiyah 08 Medan" aims: (1) To determine student learning interest in Civics subjects without using snake learning media giant ladder in grade 4 SD Muhammadiyah 08 Medan; (2) To find out students' learning interest in Civics subject using giant ladder snake learning media in grade 4 SD Muhammadiyah 08 Medan; (3) To describe the significant effect of the use of giant ladder snake learning media on students' learning interest in Civics subjects in grade 4 SD Muhammadiyah 08 Medan. This study uses a quantitative approach, with a quasi-experimental design research type. The design uses a non-equivalent control group design. The population in this study were all 4th graders and the samples were selected based on a purposive sampling technique, namely class 4A as the experimental class and 4B as the control class. Data collection techniques in this study were distributing questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis, normality test, homogeneity test, hypothesis testing using independent sample T-test, coefficient of determination and simple regression analysis. The results of the research that has been done can be concluded that: (1) Students' interest in Civics without using the giant ladder snake learning media in grade 4 SD Muhammadiyah 08 Medan is very low. This can be seen in the results of the pre-test questionnaire scores in the experimental class of 993 with 17 students as respondents. (2) Students' interest in Pkn subjects using giant ladder snake learning media in grade 4 SD Muhammadiyah 08 Medan is very high. This can be seen in the results of the post-test scores of the interest in learning questionnaire in the experimental class of 1138 with 17 students as respondents. Meanwhile, the results of the pre-test questionnaire were only 993. From this comparison, it can be concluded that students are very interested in learning Civics by using these learning media. (3) There is a significant effect of using giant ladder snake learning media on students' learning interest in Civics subjects in grade 4 SD Muhammadiyah 08 Medan. This can be proven by looking at the results of the independent sample t-test, the average value of the experimental class is greater than that of the control class with a score of 66.94 > 60.70 with a significance value (2-tailed) 0.000 <0.05. In addition, the results of the determination test with the help of the SPSS 26 application obtained an R Square value of 0.881, which means that the influence of the giant snakes and ladders learning media on students' learning interest was 88.1%. While the simple linear regression hypothesis test results obtained a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. This it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the giant ladder snake learning media on students' learning interest in Civics class 4 SD Muhammadiyah 08 Medan. In other words, Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected.

Abstract

The research that has been carried out is entitled "Analysis of the Use of Picture and Picture Learning Models in Civics Subjects at MIN 2 Medan City". Based on the formulation of the problem, this study aims to describe: (1) How is the use of the picture and picture learning model by the teacher in Civics learning in the VA MIN 2 class in Medan City, (2) How active are students in Civics learning using the picture and picture learning model in class VA MIN 2 Medan City. This study uses a qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were VA class homeroom teachers as well as teachers who taught Civics and also VA class students. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this study are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of the study revealed that (1) The use of the picture and picture learning model applied by the teacher in Civics learning in the VA MIN 2 class in Medan City was divided into three stages, namely: the opening, core and closing stages. In the core activity, the teacher's stage uses the picture and picture model in a wayintroducing learning material and conveying the learning objectives to be achieved, explaining Civics learning materials, presenting pictures related to learning materials, arranging scrambled pictures, presenting or explaining the reasons for compiling pictures. (2) The activity of students in learning Civics by using the picture and picture learning model in the VA MIN 2 class in Medan City includes: being enthusiastic about participating in learning, listening to and paying attention to teacher explanations, daring to answer questions, daring to present the results of their understanding in front of the class, students participating in doing group discussions, and participate in carrying out learning assignments.

Abstract

The reality in schools shows that in mathematics education, there is still a tendency for teachers to rarely use teaching aids or media. Teachers use simple teaching aids or media, far from capturing students’ attention because they do not pay attention to aspects such as color composition, proportionality, and effective packaging. Such a situation makes mathematics learning uninteresting and enjoyable, resulting in suboptimal support for students in acquiring mathematical concepts. Therefore, there is a need for innovation in mathematics education. By using innovation of Magiclock, a specially desaigned learning medium for the subject of mathematics, particularly for plane geometry and solid geometry topics, this research aims to determine the influence of implementing Magiclock in mathematics education for 6th-grade students at MI Kholidiyah. Qualitative research with a case study method was employed for this study. The 6th-grade students of MI Kholidiyah in the academic 2023/2024, while the object of the study is the implementation of Magiclock in the mathematics learning process. The results of the research obtained during the mathematics learning process for the 6th grade at MI Kholidiyah, using Magiclock, indicate that, based on interviews, the use of this media is highly effective in mathematics education. Students are enthusiastic, do not get bored, and find it easier to understand the topics of plane geometry and solid geometry during the learning process.
