Abstract

Nowadays, education is a challenge that cannot be avoided by any organization, including schools. One of the schools facing this challenge is SD Swasta Arisa Medan Deli. In addition to maintaining its existence, the school must also revolutionize the view of leadership styles that are aligned with the goals of national education as well as building a solid team of teachers, in harmony, in harmony, and in the same direction. Facing these challenges requires a lot of thought and intervention from all solid aspects. A leadership model that expands the mix of personnel in the school is the key to building a solid team of teachers. Thus, this study intends to explain the collaboration leadership skills in building a solid team that can meet the expectations of the community. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature method. The collaborative leadership style of the school principal refers to the leadership model needed by the school in building solid teamwork.

Abstract

This paper aims to examine the socio-religious conditions of Arab community before it was touched by Islam. This is because the customs, norms or values held by the community can change from time to time. For example, the case of Arab society before it was touched by Islam known as jahiliyah. This term specifically identifies the lifestyle of the Arab community at that time which had many meanings such as beliefs and beliefs, customs and traditions and many other aspects. The series of events in the life of the Arab community behind the birth of Islam is very important to study because there is not a single event in the world that is separated from the socio-historical context with events before and after it. This paper uses a library research method where researchers will examine and analyze various literatures related to the condition of Arab society before the arrival of Islam with the aim of developing both theoretical and practical aspects. The results found that the Arab community at that time was that before being touched by Islam, the law of the jungle applied where the strong were in power, and those who were weak would be oppressed. A person gets praise and praise if he has power and will be abused and persecuted if he does not have power. The social and religious conditions of the Arab community are not very conducive when compared to the conditions after entering Islam. This means that with the arrival of Islam, the religious social conditions of the Arab community have changed and become more regular in accordance with Islamic religious norms. Thus Islam becomes very influential in changing the order of people's lives anywhere in the world

Abstract

Acquisition of children's language is an important thing to pay attention to because language is important in children's daily activities. Various factors can influence the process of language acquisition and development. One of the factors in the field of morphology. This study aims to determine the morphological development of the subject of a 4-year-old child with the initials AKP. The method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used interview techniques, observation, and note-taking as well as data analysis techniques including the reduction stage, the condensation stage, the presentation stage and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the child's morphological development was good. The subject has been able to create affixed words. which consists of the perfixes me-, ber-, di-, se-, and ke-, examples of sentences that are created [the cat gave birth to two]. Then you can confix pe-an, ke-an, as well as the suffixes -I, -an, -right, for example sentences [can you finish your milk?]. The reduplication that is created consists of the words rainbow, color, and day. Infix for children aged 4 years should be able to do by children. However, the AKP subject has not been able to create it.

Abstract

When teachers teach in class, some students have difficulty understanding math lessons and get bored and find them difficult. To overcome this, new and interesting teaching media are needed that can increase student creativity, one of which uses audiovisual media assisted by Powtoon. The RnD development method is used to test the effectiveness of this media, and the results show that the teaching media developed are suitable for use in class, with the description of material validation achieving 3.76, media validation achieving 3.7, display quality getting 3.8 achievements and effectiveness getting 3.87 achievements.

Abstract

The utilization of teaching media in the form of interactive multimedia can have a good impact in the world of education, especially the material of building space. This development study intends to produce a product in the form of teaching media in the form of interactive multimedia on the material of building space for six grade elementary school students to facilitate students in learning to produce interactive multimedia products on flatbuilding material. This study uses the Alessi & Trollip development model in which the stages are planning, designing and testing. The results of the alpha test, the product developed was declared valid. The results of the beta test explained that the teaching media in the form of interactive multimedia received practical achievements after revision. In addition, 92% of the students of SD Swata Taman Pendidikan Islam received an assessment with the achievement of completeness.

Abstract

This study aims to, (1) analyze the abilityl to write explanatoryl textsi for class VIII students of Santa Lucia Sei Rotan Privatel Middlel Schooll in the 2022/2023 academico yearl before usingi the Student Facilitator and Explaining model; (2) Analyzing the ability to write explanatory texts for class VIII students of Santa Lucia Sei Rotan Privatei Middle Schooll in the 2022/2023 academic year after using the Student Facilitator and Explaining modell; (3) Analyzingi the effect of the Student Facilitator and Explaining model on the ability to write explanatoryl texts for class VIII studentsl of Santa Lucia Sei Rotan Private Middle School in the 2022/2023 academici year. The research design used was a pre-experimentall designi with one group pretest-posttest. The population of this study were all students of class VIII SMP Santa Lucia Sei Rotan Private Middle Schooll. The sample of this research was 31 students of class VIII-2 by purposivei sampling. The resultsi of this study were analyzed usingi descriptive and inferential statistical analysis.

Abstract

This development study aims to design and develop mathematics teaching media on multiplication material for third grade elementary school students. The method used in this study is Research and Development using the ADDIE model. With its phases starting with the needs, then design, then make teaching media in the form of muvizu, then tested using the last questionnaire revision. In line with the results of trials and revisions, the results of the study explain that the teaching media in the form of muvizu that has been developed has received achievements worthy of use in the process of learning mathematics, especially multiplication material in class.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application and constraints in the Indonesian literacy culture of SD Negeri 055981 Beruam. This study uses a qualitative approach with the method of literature study and observation and the results of the study explain in its application there are three phases namely familiarizing, developing and teaching. When this Indonesian literacy culture is implemented, there are obstacles faced and the obstacles come from within and outside such as the level of student readiness, supporting facilities, society and government.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the impact of integrated and independent learning models on descriptive writing skills. This study was made in class V of SD Negeri 054906 Tebasan Lama and used an experimental model with a factorial analysis design in this study, 40 samples were selected from a population of 70 and centered on integrated and independent learning models. Data collection using tests followed by analysis. The results of the study showed that the descriptive writing ability of students using the integrated and independent learning model was higher than those using the lecture model.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of picture and picture learning model on writing skills of grade II students of SDN 19 Tanjung Harapan. This study uses a type of pseudo-experiment with a non-equivalent control group design. The population in this study was all grade II students of SDN 19 Tanjung Harapan with sample selection using random sampling. The results of the study explained from the description test instrument totaling 1 valid test item. The data was analyzed using the polled variant t-test. The mean writing skill of the experimental group = 0.40, the mean writing skill of the control group = 0.25. This result explained that there was a good difference between the experimental group that used the picture and picture learning model and the control group that used the lecture model. The proof is with tcount = 6.523 at 5% significance level with dk = (36+34)-2 = 68 obtained ttable = 2.500. Thus, the conclusion is that the picture and picture learning model has a significant effect on the writing skills of grade II students of SDN 19 Tanjung Harapan.
