Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment, work discipline, and compensation on employees job satisfaction at kementerian social sentra terpadu pangudi luhur Bekasi City. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling method with a saturated sampling technique (census), namely all members of the population sampled are 80 employees kementerian social sentra terpadu pangudi luhur Bekasi City. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression and data were processed using IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The results of this study show that (1) The work environment has a significant effect on employees job satisfaction at kementerian social sentra terpadu pangudi luhur Bekasi City, (2) Work discipline has no a significant effect on employees job satisfaction at kementerian social sentra terpadu pangudi luhur Bekasi City, (3) Compensation has a significant effect on employees job satisfaction at kementerian social sentra terpadu pangudi luhur Bekasi City, and (4) The work environment, work discipline, and compensation simultaneously influence on employees job satisfaction at kementerian social sentra terpadu pangudi luhur Bekasi City.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia are vital to the nation's economy. However, tax compliance remains a challenge. Interestingly, some believe that the application of Islamic principles (sharia) in financial management can improve MSME tax compliance. This study investigates the potential impact of sharia principles on MSME tax compliance in Indonesia. This research utilizes a quantitative descriptive approach that aims to show a correlation between sharia practices and higher tax compliance among MSMEs. The potential reasons for the correlation are due to strict sharia supervision with sharia compliance ensuring ethical and transparent business practices potentially resulting in more accurate tax reporting, open and fair transactions, sharia principles often encourage responsible business practices that contribute positively to the local economy potentially increasing the sense of civic responsibility and tax compliance. This research also explores the concept of tax from an Islamic economic perspective. Here, taxes are seen as a way to contribute to the welfare of society, in line with the Islamic principle of providing benefits to society. This research highlights the importance of ethical business practices and their potential impact on fulfilling civic obligations such as tax payments.

Abstract

Marketing via social media is a form of digital marketing strategy where business people use social media and websites to promote their business, products or services. This research aims to find out whether the beloved beverage business uses social media marketing strategies in carrying out promotions. The method used in this research is qualitative with an interview method, namely a direct interview technique with a respondent using several questions. The results of this research show that the Lau Dendang Branch of Favorite Drinks uses social media marketing strategy techniques to attract customers by sharing promotions via their social media. This shows that promotion through social media is very effective.

Abstract

The history of accounting dates back to the beginning of human civilization, when transactions involving the purchase and sale of goods were first recorded, summarized, and reported. Each era makes a significant contribution to the field of accounting science. Considering how the role of accountants is changing in the digital era, accountants also need to have a plan to survive any revolution or change. This research aims to reveal the history of accounting in the past and what the future of accounting will be like. Using descriptive qualitative methods with a literature study approach, this research identifies relevant sources such as books and scientific journals, which are related to the focus and topic of the research. Accounting is a field that has evolved over time. Accounting in the past is history, accounting in the present is reality, and accounting in the future is a dream or fantasy that can become a reality

Abstract

Indonesia as a mango producer is exported to various countries around the world. The main destination countries for mango exports from Indonesia are Singapore and Malaysia. This research data was analyzed using the Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA), Export Product Dynamic (EPD), and Export Competitiveness Index (ECI) methods using data for the 2017-2022 period. The RCA results show an increase in mango competitiveness to Singapore in 2019 and a decrease due to the COVID-19 pandemic. EPD indicates the position of Indonesian mangoes as a "Rising Star" in both markets. ECI shows a change in export structure with an increase in export concentration to Malaysia in 2020. Increased mango exports have the potential to increase state revenues, create jobs, and strengthen the contribution of the agricultural sector to GDP so that improvements in quality, productivity, technology, and infrastructure are needed to strengthen the competitiveness of Indonesian mango exports.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana kenaikan tarif pajak (cukai) rokok mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan dan Resistance Finance yang berfokus pada salah satu perusahaan rokok PT Gudang Garam. Metode Analisa yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linear. Data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan tahunan keuangan perusahaan yang ada di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2020-2023. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kenaikan tarif pajak (cukai) rokok sangat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan dan Resistance Finance PT. Gudang Garam. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan rokok harus mempertimbangkan strategi bisnis yang lebih efektif dalam menghadapi kenaikan tarif cukai.

Abstract

Abstract. This research takes a comprehensive approach, which includes qualitative analysis using literature study method to obtain data. The aim of this research is to identify the factors that influence Gen Z's decision to invest in sharia mutual funds. The existence of digital investment applications, such as seeds, money planting, bareksa, digital banks, and other investment applications, has made it easier and influenced Gen Z's interest in investing from the start. The results of this research state that there are two factors that influence Gen Z's decision to invest in sharia mutual funds. The first is internal factors, which include understanding about sharia mutual funds, awareness of risk, good knowledge about sharia mutual funds, and influence from other people in the process. decision-making. The second factor, external factors, include easy access to sharia mutual fund products and services, effective promotional and educational programs, stable and positive economic conditions, as well as technological developments that make it easier for Gen Z to access information and carry out investment transactions. Keywords: Investment, Sharia Mutual Funds, Gen Z Abstrak. Penelitian ini melakukan pendekatan komprehensif yang mencakup analisis kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur untuk mendapatkan data. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Gen Z dalam memutuskan investasi pada reksa dana syariah. Dengan adanya aplikasi investasi digital, seperti bibit, tanam duit, bareksa, bank digital, dan aplikasi investasi lainnya telah mempermudah dan mempengaruhi minat Gen Z untuk berinvestasi sejak awal. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyebutkan bahwa terdapat dua faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan gen z dalam berinvestasi di reksa dana syariah, yang pertama adalah faktor internal yang meliputi pemahaman tentang reksa dana syariah, kesadaran akan risiko, pengetahuan yang baik tentang reksa dana syariah, dan pengaruh dari orang lain dalam proses pengambilan keputusan. Faktor yang kedua, faktor eksternal meliputi kemudahan akses terhadap produk dan layanan reksa dana syariah, program promosi dan edukasi yang efektif, kondisi ekonomi yang stabil dan positif, serta perkembangan teknologi yang semakin memudahkan Gen Z dalam mengakses informasi dan melakukan transaksi investasi. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of FoMO, Social Influence and Product Involvement on Purchase Decision of iPhone products in Semarang City. This research is quantitative and involves a population of iPhone users with usage time > 3 months. The study uses a survey method by collecting data from respondents who meet the criteria of the research sample, using purposive sampling technique with a total of 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis technique through SPSS software version 25. The results of this study partially indicate that FoMO and Product Involvement have a significant positive effect on Purchase Decision, while Social Influence does not have a significant effect on Purchase Decision. The implications of these findings provide valuable insights for companies in designing more effective marketing strategies to increase sales of iPhone products.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Viral Marketing, Influencer Marketing and Live Streaming Shopping on Purchasing Decisions at TikTok Shop in Semarang City. The population in this study are TikTok users and have purchased products at TikTok Shop. The number of samples used was 100 respondents and sampling using purposive sampling technique. The research data was subjected to multiple linear regression tests using SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Viral Marketing has a significant positive effect on Purchase Decisions, (2) Influencer Marketing has a significant positive effect on Purchase Decisions, (3) Live Streaming Shopping has no significant effect on Purchase Decisions

Abstract

Research carried out at Rajaswa Coffee, Sitangan Village, Bulakamba District, Brebes Regency. This research aims to determine the influence of digital payment systems, taste and price on purchasing decisions at Rajaswa Coffee. This research is a type of quantitative research. The data collection method used in this research was by interviewing the owner of Rajaswa Coffee and distributing questionnaires. The sample for this research was 90 people who had made purchases at Rajaswa Coffee, using sampling, namely non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis in this research is multiple linear regression analysis assisted by SPSS tools. The data obtained is primary data, secondary data is obtained from other media sources such as books and journals related to the focus of this research. The research results show that the digital payment system has a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Rajaswa Coffee, taste has a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Rajaswa Coffee and price has a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Rajaswa Coffee. Then, the results of the simultaneous test show that the influence variables of the digital payment system, taste and price influence purchasing decisions at Rajaswa Coffee.
