Abstract

Management information systems are transaction management can provide important information quickly, making it easier for management to retrieve it decisions in the interests of the company. An important aspect that is often forgotten in using the system information is a matter of information security. Information security is the protection of information which aims to protect from all sources of threats. The main principles of information security are confidentiality, data integrity and availability. Efforts to maintain In order to keep information safe, an evaluation of information security risks is needed which aims to identify threats and create mitigation plans to reduce risks. The agency's protection strategy is not working well because employees are not yet there receive training on information security. To improve security, companies must pay special attention attention to work on security policy, security organization, personnel security, physical and environmental security, communications and operations management, access control and compliance.

Abstract

This abstract discusses the importance of ethics and sharing rice in fostering solidarity and loyalty through increasing concern for society. Ethics and sharing are terms that refer to moral principles and behavior that encourage individuals to pay attention to the needs of others. In this case, sharing rice can be a symbol of love and blessings that can strengthen relationships between individuals and increase feelings of loyalty and solidarity in society. Apart from that, sharing rice can also be a way to increase attention to less fortunate groups. This action not only provides material assistance, but also shows empathy and concern for other people's situations. As a result, sharing rice and ethics can be useful for increasing social awareness of relevant social issues. In situations like this, it is important to consider the ethical values ​​and blessings of sharing rice, as well as how this practice can increase solidarity and loyalty in society.

Abstract

A brief description of educational facilities in improving learning outcomes for children with special needs at primary school 149/II Tanah Bekali. Educational facilities greatly affect the learning outcomes of students, especially for children with special needs (Abk). With adequate facilities and being an intermediary or learning media, it makes it easier for teachers to deliver learning materials to achieve learning goals. For children with special needs to understand the material being taught, they should use adequate facilities, so that the material conveyed by the teacher can be received properly like other students. This of course will greatly affect the learning outcomes of abk students (children with special needs) in learning. The more complete the facilities in the school, the more it will improve the quality of students and improve student learning outcomes. For this reason, adequate facilities are needed to improve the learning outcomes of abk (children with special needs).

Abstract

Kegiatan berbagi nasi adalah aktivitas sosial yang bertujuan untuk membantu individu yang kurang mampu. Setiap orang, kelompok, atau organisasi dapat melakukan hal ini. Dalam perlaksanaannya, kegiatan berbagi nasi harus didasarkan pada nilai-nilai moral dan etika yang baik agar dapat berjalan dengan lancar dan bermanfaat bagi masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan pendekatan fenomenomologi dan tinjauan literatur terbaru. Data dikumpulkan dan dianalisis dari jurnal ilmiah, buku, artikel, dan dokumen lainnya yang relevan. Berdasarkan hasil analisa ini terdapat konteks kegiatan berbagi nasi, nilai-nilai moral dan etika dapat diimplementasikan dalam beberapa aspek, seperti, aspek kejujuran, aspek integritas, aspek tanggung jawab sosial. Hal tersebut dapat memastikan bahwa kegiatan berbagi nasi berjalan dengan baik dan bermanfaat bagi masyarakat sekitar. Kata kunci: Nilai moral dan etika, Berbagi nasi, Aspek etika.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine teacher motivation in dealing with children with special needs, especially in elementary schools. The method used in this research is a literature review study or literature review. Literature study is a research design used to collect data sources related to a topic found in the field. Data collection for literature studies was carried out using the Google Scholar search tool. The appropriate and required screening results contained 10 National Journal articles based on the articles found and analyzed. The result of this research is that we found a way to raise the enthusiasm of teachers in dealing with and creating inclusive education in schools, such as teachers becoming demonstrators, motivators, mediators, facilitators and evaluators in the child's learning process.

Abstract

Peat soil has a very low load-bearing capacity. Peat dries out non-reversibly, contains very low base cations and very high acid cations, very high organic C-C and very low nutrient levels. The addition of mineral soil to peat planting media will reduce the organic acids produced during the decomposition process. Zeolite in soil can improve soil conditions (physical, chemical and biological soil). This research aims to find out. The research aims to study the growth of cocoa seedlings when given mineral soil and zeolite in peat soil media. This research uses a Completely Randomized Design (RAL) with 2 factors. The first factor is the provision of ultisol soil (U) with 4 levels, namely: U0 = without application of ultisol soil, U1 = ultisol soil 15% by weight of the planting medium, U2 = ultisol soil 20% by weight of the planting medium, U3 = ultisol soil 25% by weight of the planting medium. second is Zeolite (Z) with 3 levels, namely: Z0 = without zeolite, Z1 = zeolite 100 g, Z2 = 200 g. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance, followed by Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DNMRT) at the α level of 5%. Research Results shows that the application of zeolite to peat media can significantly influence the growth of cocoa plants, especially the stem diameter.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang praktik berbagi nasi sebagai salah satu bentuk etika sosial di masyarakat. Salah satu contoh etika sosial di masyarakat adalah berbagi nasi. Praktik ini melibatkan individu atau kelompok yang secara sukarela membagikan makanan kepada orang yang membutuhkan. Berbagi nasi dilakukan untuk membantu mereka yang kurang mampu secara ekonomi dan untuk mendorong solidaritas sosial. Penulis menunjukkan betapa pentingnya etika sosial bagi masyarakat dalam artikel ini. Keadilan, kepedulian, dan saling membantu adalah merupakan contoh-contoh etika sosial. Salah satu contoh nyata dari etika sosial adalah berbagi nasi, di mana orang kaya berbagi dengan orang yang kurang beruntung. Selain itu, dampak positif dari berbagi nasi juga dibahas dalam artikel ini. Berbagi nasi tidak bisa hanya memberikan bantuan materi kepada orang yang kurang beruntung, tetapi juga dapat memperkuat ikatan sosial dan memupuk perasaan.

Abstract

Perkembangan sepeda motor di Indonesia tercermin dalam faktor harga terjangkau, biaya perawatan murah, dan reputasi merek, khususnya Honda. Namun, perhatian terpusat pada masalah rangka eSAF pada Honda BeAT, yang mengalami keropos, berkarat, dan patah, memicu perdebatan di media sosial. Kualitas rangka ini menjadi sorotan, menimbulkan kebutuhan akan transparansi dan solusi yang memadai dari pihak produsen. Penelitian ini merupakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan fokus pada analisis konten media sosial TikTok di akun @welovehonda dan wawancara dengan 30 netizen terkait isu rangka eSAF Honda. Responden, sebagian besar berusia 20-29 tahun, mencerminkan kekhawatiran terhadap kualitas, kinerja, dan daya tahan rangka eSAF dalam keputusan pembelian. Wawancara menunjukkan bahwa netizen menginginkan peningkatan kualitas dan panduan perawatan sebagai solusi atas ketidakpastian terkait rangka eSAF. Kesimpulan penelitian menggarisbawahi pentingnya kualitas, daya tahan, dan kinerja rangka, serta menyoroti peran kolaborasi antara produsen, pihak berwenang, dan komunitas pengguna untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan pada produk sepeda motor ini.

Abstract

This article explores the Social Ethics of Sharing Rice in Society. The purpose of his research is to understand the Concepts and Values underlying the practice of Sharing Rice and its social Impact on local communities. The research method used is the Descriptive Qualitative Method. In addition, embodied values such as social care, solidarity, empathy, justice, social responsibility and humanity become an integral part of social ethics in the context of sharing rice. In addition, an in-depth analysis was carried out related to the Impact of Sharing Rice in the Community such as to overcome hunger and food shortages, strengthen social relations and soldarity to maintain public health. The results of this study provide a more comprehensive insight into the Dynamics of Social Ethics in the practice of Sharing Rice and have important implications for the development of inclusive and sustainable social values and community policies. This article is expected to provide better insight into the concepts, values, and impacts of social ethics in the practice of sharing rice. With a deeper understanding of this, it is hoped that the community can continue to strengthen and expand the practice of sharing rice as a tangible form of solidarity and social care.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to look at moral developments in rice sharing practices from the social ethical aspects of giving food to the community. The research uses a qualitative approach and involves observations, and analysis of documents related to rice sharing practices. The ethical aspects that emerge in this practice include moral considerations, justice of distribution, and social responsibility. On the basis of stakeholder theory, ethics of the evaluation theory and the theory of justice, this research is expected to make significant contributions to ensuring that rice sharing practices are carried out with strong and responsible moral principles. In addition, the study also provides insights into the motives, social responsibility, and impact of rice sharing practices on society. It is expected to provide a better understanding of the ethical aspects involved in rice sharing practice. Therefore, it will be useful to understand the moral development involved in the practice of sharing rice as well as to develop ethical guidelines that can help social actors and the general public to carry out rice sharing.
