Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of greed, opportunity, need and exposure on student academic cheating behavior. This research uses a quantitative survey research method with an explanatory research design. The population in this study were active students from the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Siliwangi University class of 2020, totaling 1289 students. The sample collection technique used Proportional Random Sampling, and the sample size was 305 respondents. Data collection methods use questionnaires and data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression analysis, partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing. Based on the results of data processing, it was found that greedy did not have a significant effect on students' academic cheating behavior. Opportunity has a significant effect on academic cheating behavior. Need has a significant effect on academic cheating behavior. Exposure has no effect on academic cheating behavior. Then greedy, opportunity, need and exposure have a significant effect on students' academic cheating behavior.

Abstract

Education is the main road to a prosperous life both in this world and in the hereafter. Education has several important components, one of which is an educator. An educator is the key to the success of an education. Educators have several different meanings from various views. First, in the view of students, the educator is someone who is upheld, imitated and becomes an example for him. Second, in the view of parents of students, an educator is someone who teaches their children at school. Third, in the view of Islam, educators are humans who are given the advantage of having the ability to impart their knowledge to others, even their degrees are raised by Allah SWT. because his profession is very noble. Some of the problems or problems faced by educators, due to the behavior of students when it was still a pandemic and still carried over to this day, are: moral decline, lack of socialization, lack of respect for educators and lack of interest in reading students. Efforts by educators must be made to overcome these problems by strengthening their skills as an answer to these challenges. .Therefore, it is not enough for educators to only be armed with noble character, but educators must be professionals who can integrate the Qur'an with science which is growing rapidly, so that the Qur'an is truly Kalamullah which is always practiced without knowing deadline.

Abstract

Riset ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, tingkat utang, dan rasio kecukupan modal terhadap harga saham pada entitas perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2018-2021. Dalam penelitian ini variabel independen yang digunakan, yaitu profitablitas yang diproksikan oleh Return On Asset (ROA), tingkat utang yang diproksikan oleh Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), dan rasio kecukupan modal yang diproksikan dengan perbandingan ekuitas dengan aset tertimbang menurut risiko, dan variabel dependen, yaitu harga saham memakai harga penutupan (31 Mei t+1) berasal dari www.idx.co.id. Pada riset disini terdapat 25 entitas mendukung kriteria dari keseluruhan pengamatan ada 100 data memakai objek riset pada entitas perbankan tercatat diBEI selama 2018-2021. Metode analisis data yang digunakan, yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda dengan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel profitabilitas, tingkat utang, dan rasio kecukupan modal berdampak secara simultan pada harga saham di entitas perbankan tercatat diBEI periode 2018-2021. Temuan riset uji parsialnya menjelaskan profitabilitas dan rasio kecukupan modal berdampak positif pada harga saham. Tingkat utang tidak berdampak pada harga saham.

Abstract

Abstrack:The living Koran refers to the real understanding and experience of the Koran in everyday life. This article emphasizes the importance of actively interacting with the Al-Quran, understanding its meaning, and applying its values ​​in daily life. Roudhotul Quran Islamic Boarding School focuses on teaching the Koran and instilling Islamic values ​​in its students. The implementation of the Al-Quran that lives in this Islamic boarding school includes Al-Quran education, the practice of Al-Quran values, Islamic character education, religious activities, and creating an environment that is in line with religious understanding in everyday life. This article highlights the relevance of the teachings of the Koran in modern times and the importance of character education based on the Koran. Internalization of the living values ​​of the Koran is important for implementing the teachings of the Koran in everyday life. The Quran provides guidance for various aspects of human life, including the relationship with Allah, with fellow human beings, and with the universe. In order to internalize these values, educators must understand the holistic nature of human beings and approach their teaching in a comprehensive manner. The Roudhotul Quran Islamic Boarding School in Tlogo Anyar Lamongan, Indonesia, applies a living Quranic approach to educating its students and promoting Quranic values ​​in their daily lives. Data for this study were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings from this study will contribute to an understanding of how the Al-Quran living approach can be implemented effectively in educational institutions. Keywords: internalization of values, Living Qur’an. Abstrak. Al-Quran yang hidup mengacu pada pemahaman dan pengalaman nyata Al-Quran dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Artikel ini menekankan pentingnya berinteraksi aktif dengan Al-Quran, memahami maknanya, dan menerapkan nilai-nilainya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Pondok Pesantren Roudhotul Quran fokus pada pengajaran Al-Quran dan penanaman nilai-nilai Islam pada santrinya. Implementasi Al-Quran yang hidup di pesantren ini meliputi pendidikan Al-Quran, pengamalan nilai-nilai Al-Quran, pendidikan akhlak Islami, kegiatan keagamaan, dan menciptakan lingkungan yang sejalan dengan pemahaman agama dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Artikel ini menyoroti relevansi ajaran Alquran di zaman modern dan pentingnya pendidikan karakter berdasarkan Alquran. Internalisasi nilai-nilai hidup Al-Quran penting untuk mengimplementasikan ajaran Al-Quran dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Al-Qur'an memberikan petunjuk dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia, termasuk hubungan dengan Allah, dengan sesama manusia, dan dengan alam semesta. Untuk menginternalisasikan nilai-nilai tersebut, pendidik harus memahami sifat holistik manusia dan melakukan pendekatan pengajarannya secara komprehensif. Pondok Pesantren Roudhotul Quran di Tlogo Anyar Lamongan, Indonesia, menerapkan pendekatan Al-Quran yang hidup dalam mendidik santrinya dan menyebarkan nilai-nilai Al-Quran dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Data untuk penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian ini akan memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman bagaimana pendekatan penghidupan Al-Quran dapat diterapkan secara efektif di lembaga pendidikan. Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi bahwasanya Pelaksanaan tahfidz Al- Qur’ an guru mematok hafalan anak didik dari kelas 1 hingga dengan kelas 6 dari surah An- Naba’ hingga dengan surah An- Nas serta tidak ditargetkan berapa surah yang dihafal tiap naik tingakatan kelasnya, namun bila para siswa kelas 6 hendak lolos dari sekolah wajib melunasi sasaran hafalan yang sudah diresmikan oleh sekolah yang wajib dicapainya, meski para guru mematok hafalannya dari An- Naba’ hingga dengan surah An- Nas kebanyakan dari para anak didik tidak menggapai hafalannya alhasil sasaran hafalannya belum berhasil sebab beberapa dari anak didik yang tidak mengulang hafalannya dirumah alhasil dikala bayaran hafalan di sekolah tidak bisa melaksanakan bayaran. Tipe Riset yang pengarang jalani merupakan riset dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Sedangkan metode pengumpulan informasi yang pengarang maanfaatkan merupakan pemantauan, tanya jawab, serta pemilihan. Informan kunci dalam riset ini merupakan para anak didik kelas IV serta V, serta guru informan pendukung. Hasil penelitian ini serta hasil tanya jawab yang pengarang jalani, hingga bisa didapat kesimpulan kalau para anak didik yang menjajaki program tahfidz ini kebanyakan tidak mempunyai motivasi dan angan- angan serta harapan selaku penghafal al- Qur’ an, meski guru tahfidz telah melaksanakan tugasnya dengan bagus serta maksimum supaya para anak didik itu bisa menjajaki program ini cocok dengan tujuan yang diharapkan namun perihal ini belum seluruhnya berhasil serta menghasilkan program itu tidak optimal.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan rendahnya sikap menghargai perbedaan pada diri siswa, yang kurangnya sikap menghargai ini menyebabkan rendahnya rasa percaya diri siswa. Hal ini Peneliti dapati pada pengamatan di lapangan siswa yang kurang menghargai temannya dengan tidak mendengarkan teman yang tampil di depan kelas. Metode yang digunakan dalam Penelitian ini ialah Penelitian tindakan kelas dengan menggunakan 3 siklus dengan tahapan perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Data yang dikumpulkan berupa angket siswa mengenai sikap menghargai, yang diberikan pada setiap siklus, dan juga observasi pelaksanaan model pembelajaran kooperatif. Data yang terkumpul setiap siklus akan dianalisis, diuji, dideskripsikan dan ditarik kesimpulan dari data yang dikumpulkan. Hasil Penelitian yang didapatkan peningkatan sikap menghargai siswa dilihat dengan berkurangnya nilai angket yang berisi pernyataan negatif terkait sikap menghagai perbedaan. Pada siklus 1 total nilai 395, pada siklus 2 total nilai 350, dan pada siklus 3 total nilai 301.

Abstract

PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Binjai is one of the PLN units responsible for the electricity distribution function. In the world of electricity, its position is very important, namely as an interface with customers. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of implementing digital applications to improve employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Binjai. Using qualitative methods such as interviews and observations as well as literature review, interviews were conducted with PLN UP3 Binjai employees. The results obtained from this research are that updates on technological developments in the world of work, especially PLN UP3 Binjai employees, are very helpful in achieving the company's goals. The implementation of digitalization in the form of applications to make employee work easier is a form of facing competition in the reform era. So that the implementation of digital applications has a positive impact on the performance of company employees.

Abstract

Sexual channeling can only be done through marriage, like ordinary marriage, milkul yamin, or mut'ah. All three systems of sexual marriage are recognized as egalized by Islamic law. Because milkul yamin is more inclined to slavery, its legalization has long been extinct because it tends not to put women's rights and honor in a priority position. While mut'ah marriage is still used as an alternative choice in efforts to channel men's sexual appetite, it is not possible to have ordinary marriages due to certain factors. However, mut'ah marriage is still debated among jurists because of certain times, such as one week, one month and one year. The phenomenon that occurs among the community makes mut'ah marriage as a choice of the validity of the distribution of sexual appetite within a certain time according to the agreement of both parties in determining the time of the end of mut'ah marriage. However, if within that certain period of time, the mut'ah couple has children, then the problem is, who is responsible for the life of the child when the agreed time has been completed. Therefore, although mut'ah marriage is legally recognized, however, problems tend to arise that lead to the abandonment of children resulting from mut'ah marriage

Abstract

Someone's urge to buy anything develops after being stimulated by the object he sees. This desire first develops into a desire to test the product, then develops into a desire to buy in order to have it. The formation of purchase intention is influenced by several factors, one of which is shopping enjoyment, purchasing experience and religiosity. This study aims to determine the effect of shopping enjoyment, purchasing experience and religiosity on consumer buying interest in fashion products in online shops. Samples were taken as many as 270 respondents using the sampling method in this study, namely Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. This study used the SPSS calculator version 22. The results showed that shopping enjoyment, buying experience, and religiosity had a positive and significant effect on the intention to buy fashion products in online shops. Based on data analysis in this study, these variables are valid and reliable

Abstract

This research is based on the fact that at SD N 06 Ladang Padi, Solok Regency, there are limited PAI textbooks in schools, there are no additional learning resources for students in the form of modules, learning media is still lacking in support in the classroom in the form of electronic media, and learning facilities and infrastructure are still minimal. Student learning resources are only limited to teacher explanations. The aim of this research is to produce a scientifically based PAI learning module, especially on Ramadan fasting material. The type of research is development (Reseach and Development) which is abbreviated as R&D which was developed by Thiagadjaran of the 4D type (Define, Design, Develov, Disseminate). The results of the research show that scientific-based PAI learning modules can be used by teachers and students in the Ramadan fasting material after product testing by carrying out validation tests by several experts, practicality by PAI teachers, and effectiveness by grade 5 students with validation results of 0.79, practicality test of 0 .85, and an effectiveness test of 0.67. From these results, the development of scientifically based PAI learning modules is suitable for use in PAI learning
