Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan guru, lingkungan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMA di Kecamatan Gondang, Bojonegoro. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan populasi 50 guru, dengan sampel jenuh sebanyak 50 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan perangkat lunak PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja, pelatihan, dan lingkungan kerja berada dalam kriteria tinggi, sementara kinerja guru dinilai cukup baik. Secara spesifik, ditemukan bahwa pelatihan guru dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Selain itu, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Namun, pelatihan guru tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa kepuasan kerja menjadi mediator penting. Lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru melalui mediasi kepuasan kerja, sedangkan pelatihan guru tidak memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan melalui mediasi kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Several collections in the Faculty of Adab and Humanities library are beginning to show signs of damage due to age, environmental factors, and user usage. This study aims to describe the role of students participating in Field Work Internships (PKL) in the Department of Library Science in supporting the library's collection preservation program. The method used was qualitative with a descriptive approach. The results indicate that the PKL students carried out a series of planned preservation activities, including: identifying and selecting damaged collections, checking and creating classification labels, simple physical repairs (such as hemming), packaging collections, inputting bibliographic data into the SLiMS system, and arranging collections on shelves. The implementation of these activities has been proven not only to extend the useful life of collections and maintain the integrity of their information, but also to significantly improve the quality of library services by making collections easier to find, neatly organized, and well-cataloged. Thus, the PKL program plays a strategic role in supporting collection preservation and the effectiveness of library services for users.

Abstract

This study explores the evolving relationship between listening skills and oral fluency within digital learning environments. As language education increasingly integrates multimedia resources, online platforms, and technology-enhanced tools, listening has become a primary channel through which learners acquire the linguistic input essential for fluent spoken production. Drawing on contemporary theories of second language acquisition and a qualitative analysis of recent literature, this article examines how digital listening exposure supports the development of vocabulary, pronunciation accuracy, prosodic features, and discourse organization, all of which contribute to oral fluency. The findings indicate that digital tools provide learners with flexible, personalized, and authentic listening experiences that strengthen cognitive processing and enhance speaking performance. However, challenges such as digital overload, unequal access, and difficulty selecting appropriate materials highlight the need for structured pedagogical guidance. Overall, the study argues that listening must be reconceptualized as a central determinant of oral fluency in the digital era, emphasizing its critical role in shaping effective communicators in modern language learning contexts.

Abstract

Pada kali ini mengulas tentang Amerika Serikat sebagai Negara Adidaya yang memiliki dampak signifikan dalam berbagai aspek seperti ekonomi, pertahanan, politik, teknologi, dan juga budaya di tingkat global. Melalui penelusuran sejarah dari masa penjajahan hingga mencapai status sebagai negara superpower, tulisan ini menguraikan faktor-faktor penting yang mendasari kekuatan Amerika Serikat, termasuk menjadi kekuatan ekonomi terbesar di dunia, memiliki anggaran militer yang paling besar, inovasi teknologi, serta dominasi budaya populer di seluruh dunia. Di samping itu, makalah ini juga mengulas peran strategis Amerika Serikat dalam berbagai peristiwa global seperti Perang Dunia I, Perang Dunia II, dan Perang Dingin, serta pengaruh politiknya di organisasi internasional seperti PBB. Makalah ini menganalisis dampak positif dan negatif dari dominasi AS serta tantangan yang dihadapinya dalam mempertahankan posisinya sebagai negara adidaya di era globalisasi saat ini. Dengan pendekatan historis dan analitis, diharapkan tulisan ini dapat memberikan wawasan mendalam mengenai posisi dan fungsi Amerika Serikat di kancah internasional.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the low quality of services at the Payakumbuh City Library and Archives Office, particularly in terms of information systems, collection management, librarian competence, and the utilization of digital services. Limited access to OPAC, the absence of digital collections, manual service systems, and suboptimal external service programs indicate the need for an in-depth study of the condition of the library. This study aims to describe the actual condition of library services and identify issues that hinder the effectiveness of information services. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with a Waterfall system development model, using primary data through observation and secondary data through documentation and literature review. The results of the study show that library services do not yet meet modern library standards due to weak information systems, poor collection management, and inadequate human resource competencies. In conclusion, system modernization, collection development, and improvement of librarian competencies are needed to make library services more effective and relevant in the digital age.

Abstract

Communication research is a fundamental human necessity which, in Islam, is considered an act of worship when conducted in accordance with the guidance of the Qur’an and the Sunnah. However, the contemporary digital era presents complex challenges, such as the widespread dissemination of hoaxes, hate speech, and cyberbullying, indicating a decline in the ethical quality of communication. This article aims to re-explore the foundations of Islamic communication ethics as a response to these phenomena. Employing a thematic approach to Qur’anic verses and Prophetic traditions (Hadith), the study finds that Islam offers a comprehensive framework for communication through the concept of the six Qaulan principles (truthful, gentle, noble, good, effective, and pleasant speech), as well as ethical principles derived from Hadith, including self-restraint, honesty, conflict avoidance, and informational productivity. The discussion affirms that, in Islam, communication is not merely an exchange of messages, but a form of moral accountability before Allah swt, which must be grounded in the values of tawhid and humanity.

Abstract

This article discusses the role of intern students in supporting information systems and service quality at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Regional Office of Southern Sumatra (Kanwil Sumbagsel). The issues examined focus on the contribution of intern students to the optimization of administration and public services, particularly in the Supervision and Inspection Division (Wasrik) and the Archives Division. This study aims to describe the forms of intern student involvement and their impact on institutional performance. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method to depict the activities and roles of students in supporting the institution’s work system. The descriptive analysis of the data indicates that intern students play a role in archive management and digitization, verification of company documents, checking participant data through the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan information system, and providing administrative support for services. This involvement contributes to improved administrative orderliness, data accuracy, work efficiency, and the development of students’ professional skills.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of group counseling programs on student discipline at SD Negeri 1005 Sidomulio. Student discipline problems are still frequently encountered, such as tardiness, failure to comply with school rules, and lack of responsibility for school assignments. Group counseling programs are seen as one of the guidance and counseling services that can help students understand and apply discipline optimally. This study uses a quantitative approach with an experimental research design. The research population consists of all students at SD Negeri 1005 Sidomulio, with a sample of 48 students selected using a specific sampling technique. Data collection was conducted using a discipline behavior questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques included validity testing, reliability testing, prerequisite analysis testing (homogeneity and linearity testing), simple linear regression analysis, t-testing, and coefficient of determination testing. The results of the study indicate that the group guidance program has a positive and significant effect on student discipline behavior. This is evidenced by the t-test results, which show a significance value lower than the predetermined significance level. In addition, the coefficient of determination results show that the group guidance program contributes significantly to improving student discipline behavior. Thus, the group guidance program can be used as an effective strategy for improving student discipline behavior in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to redesign the packaging of eggplant crackers produced by Ibu Dashroah's Eggplant Crackers SME in Pekalongan to meet consumer needs and increase product competitiveness. The method used is Quality Function Deployment (QFD) with a House of Quality (HOQ) approach, which includes identifying the Voice of Customer (VOC) through a valid and reliable questionnaire, collecting primary data from observations and interviews, and analyzing packaging technical priorities. The results of the study identified six main attributes of consumer needs, such as attractive design, practical packaging, and product quality protection. The HOQ analysis showed that packaging size (relative importance 22.5) and packaging material (21.4) were the highest priorities, followed by information placement, shape, color, and packaging weight. Therefore, a new functional, informative, and visually appealing packaging design was proposed to support increased sales for SMEs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the learning environment on the quality of student learning at SD Negeri 0102 Sibuhuan. The learning environment in this context includes the physical condition of the classroom, supporting facilities, social interactions among school members, and the overall learning atmosphere. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with data collection techniques including questionnaires and observations. The sample consisted of 170 Four, five,sixth-grade students selected through purposive sampling. The results of the study show that the learning environment has a significant impact on the quality of student learning. This is evidenced by higher average learning outcomes among students who study in a more conducive environment. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that the better the learning environment, the higher the quality of student learning.
