Abstract

Fenomena pernikahan online yang berkembang seiring kemajuan teknologi digital menimbulkan mengenai keabsahannya, baik dalam perspektif fikih Islam maupun hukum positif Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji keabsahan akad nikah secara dare berdasarkan kitab Fathul Qarib sebagai rujukan fikih mazhab Syafi'i dan peraturan-undangan Indonesia, khususnya Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 tentang Perkawinan. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa menurut Fathul Qarib, akad nikah online tidak sah karena tidak memenuhi syarat ittihād al-majlis (kesatuan tempat) dan kehadiran fisik para pihak. Sementara itu, hukum positif Indonesia memberikan peluang sahnya nikah berani selama memenuhi unsur keagamaan dan dicatat secara resmi oleh negara, serta memanfaatkan bukti elektronik yang sah menurut UU ITE. Temuan ini mengindikasikan perlunya ijtihad kontemporer dan harmonisasi antara fikih klasik dan hukum negara agar dapat menjawab dinamika sosial-keagamaan di era digital. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam wacana hukum keluarga Islam dan menjadi referensi praktis bagi masyarakat dan lembaga keagamaan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the meaning of emoji use in online communication by adolescents using a semiotic approach. Emojis, as visual symbols on social media, have become increasingly popular representations of emotions and expressions, especially among adolescents. Within a semiotic framework, signs such as emojis not only represent literal meanings but also imply contextual meanings that can be interpreted in various ways. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation and in-depth interviews. The subjects were adolescents aged 15 to 19 in an urban environment. The results indicate that emojis are used as a reinforcement of emotional expression, a tool for marking group identity, and as a symbolic part of social interaction. These findings suggest that understanding the meaning of emojis is strongly influenced by the communication context, relationships between speakers, and the evolving digital culture.

Abstract

Afsheena outlet is a business engaged in the distribution of goods in the form of refillable gallons of drinking water. Currently, businesses are still using manual methods in determining the distribution route of goods. This causes ineffective routes and also has an impact on distribution costs. This research aims to apply the saving matrix method and the nearest insert algorithm to optimize the distribution route of goods at Afsheena Outlets. The saving matrix method is an economical technique to calculate distances and routes by paying attention to the carrying capacity of the vehicle, while the nearest insert algorithm can determine the order of consumer visits at the time of distribution based on the total minimum distance. The results of the study show that the saving matrix method and the nearest insert algorithm can optimize the distribution route of goods at Afsheena Outlets. This is evidenced by the decrease in total mileage by grouping 6 distribution routes from the initial route of 77.2 km and the final route of 70 km or a decrease of 9.3%. The result of the initial route distribution is Rp.3,245,066/month and the final route cost is Rp.3,182,665/month, a difference of Rp.62,401,- or a savings of 1.9%.

Abstract

Bronchitis is a lower respiratory tract infection commonly experienced by children, particularly those under five years old. This condition leads to inflammation of the bronchi, increased mucus production, and airway obstruction. Young children often have difficulty clearing mucus effectively due to immature cough reflexes. One non-pharmacological therapy that can assist in mucus clearance and improve breathing is chest physiotherapy. Objective: To determine the effectiveness of chest physiotherapy in managing respiratory disturbances in children with bronchitis. Methods: This study was conducted through a literature review and observation of three pediatric cases diagnosed with acute bronchitis. Physiotherapy interventions were carried out over two days using techniques such as postural drainage, percussion (tapotement), and vibration, performed twice daily. Results: Following the interventions, all patients showed improvements in oxygen saturation, decreased respiratory rates, and a reduction in abnormal breath sounds such as crackles (ronchi) and wheezing. Overall, there was an increase in patient comfort, including better sleep quality and physical activity levels. Conclusion: Chest physiotherapy has proven effective in facilitating mucus clearance, improving lung ventilation, and accelerating the healing process in children with bronchitis.

Abstract

Bronchopneumonia is one of the leading causes of morbidity and mortality in children, particularly in developing countries. This disease is characterized by inflammation of the bronchioles and alveoli due to infection by bacteria, viruses, or other microorganisms. Clinical symptoms include fever, productive cough, shortness of breath, and the presence of crackles upon auscultation. Physiotherapy management for children with bronchopneumonia may include inhalation therapy using a nebulizer and chest clapping techniques to help clear the airways, improve lung ventilation, and reduce the level of dyspnea. This study utilized a case study method involving three pediatric patients diagnosed with bronchopneumonia. Physiotherapy interventions included nebulizer administration (0.25 ml salbutamol diluted in 0.9% NaCl to a total volume of 2 ml, administered twice daily for three days) and chest clapping (10–15 minutes, 2–3 times daily). Evaluation was conducted using the Borg scale for dyspnea and assessments of sleep quality. The results showed a decrease in Borg scale scores and an improvement in sleep quality in all patients following the intervention. This physiotherapy intervention was clinically proven to be effective in supporting the recovery of children with bronchopneumonia. In conclusion, the combination of inhalation therapy and chest clapping is a supportive physiotherapy approach that is safe, non-invasive, and effective in improving respiratory conditions in pediatric patients

Abstract

Keamanan data digital semakin menjadi perhatian utama di era modern, terutama dalam pengamanan file video yang berisi informasi penting. Salah satu metode yang umum digunakan untuk melindungi data video adalah kriptografi yang bertujuan untuk mengubah data asli menjadi bentuk terenkripsi agar tidak dapat diakses oleh pihak yang tidak berwenang. Dilakukan perbandingan antara tiga algoritma kriptografi populer, yaitu Advanced Encryption Standard (AES), Data Encryption Standard (DES), dan Blowfish, dalam proses enkripsi dan dekripsi video. Penelitian ini menganalisis performa ketiga algoritma berdasarkan waktu pemrosesan, konsumsi sumber daya, keamanan hasil enkripsi dan efisiensi penyimpanan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa AES memiliki tingkat keamanan tinggi tetapi membutuhkan waktu pemrosesan lebih lama dibandingkan dengan Blowfish. DES menunjukkan kelemahan dalam aspek keamanan karena ukuran kuncinya yang lebih kecil, sehingga lebih rentan terhadap serangan kriptografi. Blowfish menawarkan keseimbangan antara kecepatan pemrosesan dan keamanan, menjadikannya pilihan yang efisien untuk pengamanan video dengan performa yang lebih baik dibandingkan DES. Diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi mengenai algoritma yang paling optimal untuk digunakan dalam pengamanan video digital baik dari segi efisiensi waktu, konsumsi sumber daya maupun tingkat keamanan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the steps, advantages, and disadvantages of implementing the Cooperative Problem Solving learning model in social studies lessons at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 4 Klaten Regency and Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 5 Karanganyar. This study used a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were teachers. Data collection techniques included interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study are as follows: 1) The steps of the Cooperative Problem Solving model include: the teacher divides students into groups of 3-4 students, the teacher explains the learning procedures, clarifies the problem, elicits opinions, evaluates and selects, and implements; 2) The advantages of the Cooperative Problem Solving model are that it makes education in school relevant to real life, helps students develop the habit of addressing problems in real life, fosters creative and comprehensive thinking processes in students, trains students to identify and conduct investigations, and provides students with opportunities to apply their knowledge in real-world contexts; 3) The disadvantages of the Cooperative Problem Solving model are that when students lack interest and do not believe that the problems being studied can be solved, they may become reluctant to try. Changing students' learning habits from passively listening to and receiving information from the teacher to actively thinking and solving problems on their own or in groups can be challenging, especially when it requires accessing various learning resources. The teaching and learning process using this method often requires a significant amount of time.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the steps, advantages, and disadvantages of applying the Round Robin Brainstorming learning model in PPKn (Civics Education) at MTs N 1 Klaten, MTs N 5 Karanganyar, and MAN Kebumen. This research uses a qualitative approach. The informants being. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this study are: 1) The steps of the Round Robin Brainstorming model include students forming groups, with each member taking turns in a clockwise direction to respond to questions. If necessary, students can take on roles as note-takers or rule enforcers. It is explained to the students whether they will take turns once in sequence or several times, and one student is asked to start the activity by offering an idea or response verbally; 2) The advantages of the Round Robin Brainstorming model include its effectiveness in eliciting many ideas, as it requires all students to participate. It can solve participation issues, ensuring equal participation, and can enhance student interaction, fostering cooperation and improving learning outcomes; 3) The disadvantages of the Round Robin Brainstorming model include the need for specific skills that students may not have learned before, the possibility of group discussions being dominated by a few outspoken students, and students often being reluctant to express their opinions during group discussions. The conclusion of this study is that the Round Robin Brainstorming model can be applied in the learning process to enhance teamwork during lessons and is effective in improving learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of the mindful learning approach in Social Studies education at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (Islamic elementary school) level. Employing a qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis at six madrasahs in Central Java Province. The findings reveal that mindful learning is conducted through three main stages: information, transformation, and evaluation. Each stage is applied using contextual, reflective, and participatory strategies. While the approach positively enhances student engagement and social awareness, it faces several challenges, including limited teacher understanding, time constraints, and academic pressure. This study recommends supportive strategies such as teacher training, the creation of reflective learning environments, and active involvement of parents and communities. Policy implications include curriculum development that accommodates mindfulness, preparation of practical modules, and structural reforms in madrasah education systems. These findings suggest that mindful learning is a promising approach for enhancing the holistic and meaningful quality of Science Studies education.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the productivity of semi-intensive vaname shrimp farms in PT Jatayu Putra Dewata, focusing on productivity factors, such as operational and financial aspects, fry, feed, medicine, human resources (HR), and technology. Farm productivity was measured through the efficient use of inputs (farm expenditure inputs) and outputs (shrimp yield). The results showed that regular feeding activities tailored to the growth phase of shrimp, the use of quality fry, the role of human resources, as well as the application of technology such as waterwheels and pumps, contributed to productivity in the pond. Operational productivity showed an increase of 07.14% on harvest and 06.45% on fry, while financial productivity increased by 12.93% on harvest and total financial productivity was less than 16.04% on input revenue generated.
