Abstract

This article discusses the understanding of the hadiths of the Prophet Muhammad SAW relating to the education of men and women from a gender equality perspective. Starting from the reality of unequal access to education that still exists in society, this paper examines how Islam, through its hadiths, provides a normative basis for the principles of justice and equal educational rights for all genders. The research employs a qualitative approach using literature review and hermeneutic analysis methods, as well as the mubadalah approach in interpreting the hadiths. The findings reveal that Islam not only encourages men but also women to seek knowledge and eliminates all forms of gender-based discrimination. By understanding the hadiths in their contextual framework, education can serve as a tool for social transformation toward a just, civilized, and equitable society.

Abstract

This study aimed to design and test a clove threshing machine to increase post-harvest efficiency for local farmers in Kolaka Regency. The development process involved prototype design and two phases of field testing to evaluate capacity, rotational speed, separation performance, and screening system effectiveness. In Trial 1, the machine featured a 3–5 kg hopper capacity and a low RPM, producing 1 kg of separated cloves per minute (60 kg/hour) with a separation rate of 75% clove buds and 25% stems. In Trial 2, with a 10–15 kg hopper and higher RPM, output increased to 2.5 kg per minute (150 kg/hour), with improved separation efficiency of 90% buds and only 10% stems. The screening system was also improved from a flat, non-inclined vibrating setup in Trial 1 to a 10-degree inclined fixed tray in Trial 2, further enhancing separation quality. These results demonstrate that the improved machine significantly increases productivity and separation efficiency, making it a viable appropriate technology solution for smallholder clove farmers facing labor constraints and economic shifts due to industrialization.

Abstract

The phenomenon of Joy of Missing Out (JoMO) has become a new lifestyle in the social dynamics of Gen Z students in the current digital era. Unlike Fear of Missing Out (FoMO), JoMO reflects the satisfaction and tranquility felt by individuals when they choose not to engage in social activities or viral trends. This study aims to describe how JoMO emerges as a new lifestyle among Gen Z students at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, and to identify the factors that drive its adoption. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through questionnaires and literature studies. The results show that some students have adopted the JoMO lifestyle by reducing meaningless social involvement, focusing on themselves, and choosing activities that support productivity and mental health. The driving factors include fatigue from social pressure, the desire for a more peaceful life, and limiting exposure to social media.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of App.JelajahIlmu.com in the development of Phase E English Teaching Modules at State Senior High Schools in Central Java and to identify the obstacles in the use of App.JelajahIlmu.com for the development of teaching modules. This study uses a qualitative method with descriptive qualitative techniques. Data analysis was obtained through a systematic process of data collection and organization, with data sourced from observations, interviews, and document reviews, including data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and verification. The research findings indicate that 1) the implementation of App.JelajahIlmu.com The implementation process begins with preparation and planning, which includes determining students' learning needs and objectives to design appropriate teaching modules. Teachers use the Jelajah Ilmu application during the design phase to create engaging teaching modules. Additionally, digital content development was carried out by uploading instructional modules and creating evaluation questions that could be automatically graded, enhancing the effectiveness of assessment. The application allows learning to be conducted both online and offline, enabling better interaction between teachers and students and facilitating real-time monitoring of student progress. The implementation results showed positive effects, such as increased student engagement and improved assessment efficiency. Therefore, the Jelajah Ilmu application has proven successful in improving the productivity and quality of English language learning.; 2) However, several challenges were identified, namely a) Limited internet access, b) Human resource constraints. The conclusion of this study is that App.Jelajahilmu.com can be applied in the process of developing teaching modules.

Abstract

Student achievement plays a vital role in establishing a strong academic foundation and cultivating essential life skills for the future. One instructional model that supports the development of these competencies is personalized learning. A qualitative research approach was employed, involving Mathematics teachers as the primary informants. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal the following: (1) The implementation of personalized learning involves several key steps: identifying students’ needs and interests, setting individual learning goals, designing flexible instructional strategies, incorporating project-based or contextual learning activities, and providing continuous feedback and reflection opportunities; (2) The benefits of the model include enhanced student engagement, accommodation of diverse learning styles, improved academic performance, the development of independent learning skills, and the creation of an inclusive learning environment; (3) However, several limitations were also identified, including inconsistent implementation, limited assessment frameworks, increased administrative workload for teachers, reliance on technological infrastructure, and variability in student learning outcomes. In conclusion, personalized learning can be effectively implemented in madrasah as a strategic effort to enhance students’ academic achievement and overall learning experience.

Abstract

CV Tirta Shahadah adalah perusahaan yang memproduksi air mineral dengan ukuran seperti 120 ml, 220 ml, 330 ml, 600 ml, dan galon refill. Permasalahan yang dihadapi perusahaan adalah ketidakseimbangan antara persediaan dan permintaan, yang ditunjukkan dengan tingginya tingkat stockout sebanyak 443 dan overstock sebanyak 1818 selama periode 10 bulan, dari Juni 2024 hingga Maret 2025. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan peramalan penjualan untuk menentukan jumlah persediaan yang lebih optimal dengan menggunakan tiga metode yaitu Weighted Moving Average (WMA), Double Exponential Smoothing (DES), dan Trend Analysis. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa metode DES memberikan hasil paling akurat untuk kemasan 120 ml sebanyak 334 dus, dengan nilai MAPE sebesar 35.174%. Kemasan 220ml sebanyak 1200 dus, dengan nilai MAPE sebesar 14.34%. Kemasan 330ml sebanyak 1114 dus, dengan nilai MAPE sebesar 9.409%. Kemasan 600ml sebanyak 787 dus, dengan nilai MAPE sebesar 9.587%. Sementara untuk kemasan galon refill, metode Trend Analysis dengan peramalan sebanyak 272 unit dengan nilai MAPE sebesar 11.745%.

Abstract

Bolos sekolah merupakan salah satu bentuk pelanggaran disiplin yang dapat berdampak negatif terhadap proses pembelajaran dan pembentukan karakter siswa. Fenomena ini menjadi perhatian serius di SMAN 10 Merangin, sehingga mendorong penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengendalian diri terhadap perilaku bolos siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rancangan korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI yang berjumlah 49 siswa, yang sekaligus menjadi sampel penelitian melalui teknik total sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa angket skala Likert yang telah melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis data dilakukan melalui uji asumsi statistik (uji normalitas dan linearitas), dilanjutkan dengan analisis korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku bolos sekolah berada pada kategori tinggi dengan persentase sebesar 69%, sedangkan pengendalian diri siswa juga berada pada kategori tinggi yaitu sebesar 73,55%. Uji korelasi menghasilkan nilai koefisien sebesar -0,616 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 yang menunjukkan adanya hubungan negatif dan signifikan antara pengendalian diri dengan perilaku bolos sekolah. Semakin tinggi tingkat pengendalian diri siswa, semakin rendah kecenderungan mereka untuk membolos. Hasil ini memperkuat temuan sebelumnya tentang pentingnya memperkuat pengendalian diri sebagai tindakan pencegahan terhadap perilaku menyimpang di sekolah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of language strategies on students' English language skills. This research method is quantitative. This study was conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Sibuhuan, with a sample population of 27 students in grade VIII. Data were taken using a questionnaire, with data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression tests using normality tests, multicollinearity tests and hypothesis tests. The results of this test were assisted by the SPSS application. The results found that based on the normality test, the significance value was 0.863> 0.05. Then the multicollinearity value at the tolerance value was 0.020 <0.100. The VIF value was 12,000> 10,000. In the hypothesis test, the F value was 12.645 with a significance value of 0.000<0.05.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to describe the steps, advantages, and disadvantages of applying the Problem-Based Learning Model in a Cooperative Setting to Counseling Guidance learning at MTs Negeri 1 Klaten, MAN Sukoharjo, and MAN 2 Rembang. This research uses a qualitative approach The informants in this study are Counseling Guidance teachers. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this study are: (1) The steps of the Problem-Based Learning Model in a Cooperative Setting include conveying goals and orienting students to the problem, organizing students into learning groups, guiding individual and group investigations, developing and presenting the final product, reflecting on the problem-solving process, evaluating learning, and providing rewards; (2) The advantages of the Problem-Based Learning Model in a Cooperative Setting are that students develop the ability to solve real-world problems, construct their own knowledge through learning activities, focus on relevant problems (thus avoiding unrelated material), engage in scientific activity through group work, evaluate their own learning progress, communicate scientifically during discussions or presentations, and overcome individual learning difficulties through peer teaching in group work; (3) The disadvantages of the Problem-Based Learning Model in a Cooperative Setting include the fact that not many teachers are capable of guiding students effectively through problem-solving, it often requires significant time and financial resources, and student activities conducted outside of school are difficult for teachers to monitor. The conclusion of this study is that the Problem-Based Learning Model in a Cooperative Setting has proven to be effective in increasing learning motivation.

Abstract

Abstract. This study discusses the structural design of a 7-storey building that uses reinforced concrete material as the main structural element. The design was carried out based on the provisions of SNI 2847:2019 and SNI 1726:2019. Structural analysis is performed using SAP2000 software.
