Abstract

Human Resources is one of the important factors determining the success of the company. Employees have a dominant role in most operational activities such as planning, coordinating, organizing, executing and supervising work practices. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of employee welfare programs, work environment and workload on employee performance at LMATS CONSULTING. This research was conducted using the saturated sample method as many as 65 people who are employees at LMATS CONSULTING. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the employee welfare program has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance and the workload has a negative and significant impact. The implication of this research is to provide empirical evidence that the theory used in the study refers to the attribution theory. This research can be used as a reference for all parties, both students and universities who want to conduct research with similar variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain an in-depth picture and provide empirical evidence regarding the effect of hospital facilities and prices on patient satisfaction through word of mouth. The research location is Fatimah Islamic Hospital Banyuwangi. The number of respondents studied were 100 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The results showed that hospital facilities had a positive and significant effect on word of mouth at the Fatimah Islamic Hospital in Banyuwangi. The price of service has a positive and significant effect on word of mouth at the Fatimah Islamic Hospital in Banyuwangi. Hospital facilities have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction at the Fatimah Islamic Hospital in Banyuwangi. The price of service has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction at the Fatimah Islamic Hospital in Banyuwangi. Patient satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on word of mouth at the Fatimah Islamic Hospital in Banyuwangi. Hospital facilities have a positive and significant effect on word of mouth with patient satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Fatimah Islamic Hospital in Banyuwangi. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of social assistance spending and spending capital on poverty rates in districts/cities in South Sulawesi, which consists of 24 regencies, and takes samples from the last three years, namely 2018 – 2020. This research uses secondary data in the form of expenditure data. social assistance, capital spending and poverty rates. The data is taken from the government's official website, namely the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). For the purposes of analysis in this study, panel data were used from all regencies/cities in South Sulawesi Province. In processing the data that has been obtained, namely using the Eviws application. The method used in this study is the method of data analysis stationary test, correlation test and Granger causality test. The results of this study indicate that first, social assistance spending funds have no significant effect on poverty. Second, capital spending has no significant effect on poverty. Third, spending on social assistance and spending on capital do not mutually influence each other.

Abstract

Online transportation is one form of the rapid development of technology. One company that has become a pioneer in providing online-based transportation services is PT. Indonesian Go-Jek. PT. Go-Jek Indonesia was pioneered by Nadiem Makarim in 2010 which at that time only served motorcycle taxi orders via telephone, but since January 2015, Go-Jek has launched a mobile application that can be used as a medium for ordering Go-Jek transportation online. Go-Jek itself is an intermediary that connects motorcycle taxi drivers with customers, where customers can monitor the position of motorcycle taxi drivers that have been ordered. This study aims to determine the role of customer satisfaction in mediating the effect of service quality and brand image on customer loyalty. The sample in this study amounted to 120. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique, namely the technique of determining the sample with certain criteria. This study used data collection techniques using the questionnaire method using the Google form. The data analysis technique in this study is the SEM analysis technique using the SmartPLS software analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Brand image has no positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction partially mediates service quality on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction does not mediate brand image on customer loyalty. Go-Jek management is expected to continue to improve the quality of their services, especially in improving the discipline and skills of drivers, so that the company is able to provide maximum service.

Abstract

This study aims to find out about the Analysis of the Effect of Transformational Leadership Style, Work Discipline, on Innovation Performance with Motivation as an intervening variable aimed at managing superior and advanced human resources in facing the era of globalization and quality human resources will develop high performance for the organization. One of them is by paying attention to the performance of employees both from their motivation and discipline in achieving the organization. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with data analysis techniques Measurement Model (Outer Model): Convergent Validity, Discriminant Validity, Discriminant Validity, Reliability. Structural Model (Inner Model), Predictive Relevance (Q Square), Hypothesis Testing Results. Tested manually using the SmartPLS 3.2.9 software application. The population in this study were employee teachers at SDIT Luqman Al Hakim Yogyakarta, while for the sample data using the saturation technique, all employees were taken, namely 62 samples. The results showed that the coefficient value for the H1 coefficient was 0.288, the p-value was 0.007, the H2 coefficient was 0.343, the p-value was 0.003, the H3 coefficient was 0.339, the p-value was 0.000, the H4 coefficient was 0.327, the p-value was of 0.026, the H5 value, the coefficient value of 0.447 the p-value of 0.007 reveals that Transformational Leadership Style, and Work Discipline can improve employee innovation performance with Employee Work Motivation so that resources are able to develop high performance for the organization.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of hofstede culture (power distance, collectivism, avoidance atmosphere, masculinity, short-term orientation, indulgence) on academic fraud behavior. this type of quantitative research and using primary data distributed to students of the Special Region of Yogyakarta with a purposive sampling technique. The samples obtained were 100 respondents. The results of this study are power distance and collectivism have a positive effect on academic fraud behavior, environmental avoidance and indulgence have a negative effect on academic fraud behavior, while masculinity and indulgence have no effect on academic fraud behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal how the influence of the use of information technology and job characteristics on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Eratex Djaja Probolinggo. The type of research used is quantitative research with a causal associative approach. The population of this study were all employees using information technology, including users of server devices, LAN PCs, integrated production systems, utility systems and marketing systems, totaling 54 employees. The technique of determining the number of samples (respondents) through saturated sampling techniques, so that the number of samples is 54 people. Information technology and job characteristics as independent variables and job satisfaction as the dependent variable. Prior to conducting a test to reveal how the effect is, tests are first carried out on all instruments, both validity, reliability and classic assumption tests with test results, all of which meet the requirements with the SPSS tool. This study found that first, there is a significant positive effect of the use of information technology and job characteristics together on employee job satisfaction. Both individually there is a significant positive effect of the use of information technology and job characteristics on employee job satisfaction. The third found that the most influential among these variables is job characteristics.

Abstract

The millennial generation currently has the convenience of accessing various kinds of applications, one of which is TikTok. TikTok provides online or online shopping features that allow anyone to make money through the features provided, namely the TikTok Shop, an online shopping feature offered by the TikTok platform. The purpose of this study is to find out and explain the influence of brand image and satisfaction on purchase intention at Tiktok Shop, and to know and explain the role of satisfaction in mediating the influence of brand image on purchase intention at Tiktok Shop. This research was conducted on tiktok users in Indonesia. The number of samples used in this study were 160 people. The analysis technique used is SEM-PLS. The results of this study indicate that brand image and satisfaction affect purchase intention, and satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of brand image on purchase intention.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of competence, intrinsic motivation, and rewards on work performance through employee satisfaction at D.I Yogyakarta High Prosecutor’s Office. This research used quantitative research methods using questionnaires as a data collection tool. The sample of this research consists of employees working in various sectors and levels. The collected data is analyzed using path analysis techniques to test the relationship between the variables studied. The results showed that job satisfaction also acts as a mediator between competence, intrinsic motivation, rewards, and job performance. In other words, job satisfaction acts as a link in explaining how competence, intrinsic motivation, and rewards affect job performance. But from the results, it can be seen that intrinsic motivation and rewards do not affect job performance through satisfaction while competence affects job performance through satisfaction. The implication of this research is the importance of the DI Yogyakarta High Prosecutor’s Office to pay attention to competency factors in improving employee work performance. Fair training and competency development can increase employee job satisfaction, which in turn will have a positive impact on their job performance. Although intrinsic motivation and rewards are not proven to have an effect, they still need to be considered and understood in a broader context to ascertain other factors that can affect employee performance.

Abstract

Public transportation in big cities is very important in carrying out one of its main functions as a carrier for people's movements. For this reason, the Surabaya City Government has operationalized the Suroboyo bus, so it is necessary to conduct research to determine whether the current payment method complies with the Vehicle Operational Cost (BOK) regulations. The method used in this research is Willingness To Pay (WTP). After doing the calculations, the Willingness To Pay (WTP) value on weekdays is Rp. 4,751. This condition indicates that the current tariff for using plastic waste bottles is equivalent to Rp. 5000 so that it is still feasible or in accordance with the Willingness To Pay of Suroboyo Bus passengers. The amount of vehicle operating costs (BOK) incurred by Suroboyo Bus is Rp. 2,982 according to standard regulations of the Surabaya City Transportation Service. In terms of service users, the Suroboyo Bus fare of IDR 5,000 is also not considered burdensome or expensive because the difference between the WTP and the applied rate is not large.
