The background in this research is that there are problems with organizational culture and work attitudes that are being faced by Dinas Kebudayaan and Pariwisata Kota Bandung. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to examine the effect of organizational culture and work attitudes on employee performance. Researchers want to know and overcome the problems that are happening to the object being addressed. The method used is a quantitative method with descriptive and causal techniques. Sampling used a non probability random sampling method, with a saturated sample of 68 employees. The results of the analysis using software SPSS 21 which proves that organizational culture and work attitudes have a positive and significant effect simultaneously and partially on the performance of the intended object. Partial influence of organizational culture is 23.6% and work attitude is 13.8%. Meanwhile, simultaneously at 37.4%. The conclusion of this study is organizational culture, work attitudes, and employee performance as seen from the results of the overall description analysis included in the good category. This shows that the higher the organizational culture and employee work attitudes, the higher the employee performance at the Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Kota Bandung.

Peran karyawan dalam suatu institusi pelayanan kesehatan sangatlah penting. Kualitas layanan sepertinya selalu sejalan dengan peranan karyawan. Loyalitas pelanggan dianggap sebagai faktor utama yang menentukan tingkat penjualan atau pendapatan bisnis. Untuk menarik pelanggan menjadi loyal, perusahaan tidak hanya harus memiliki produk dengan kualitas baik, tapi juga harus memperhatikan kualitas pelayanan yang baik agar pelanggan puas. Selain kualitas pelayanan yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien adalah complain handling. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis pengaruh penanganan keluhan dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pasien dengan kepuasan pasien sebagai variabel mediasi di masa pandemi covid di RSK Bedah BIMC, Kuta. Lokasi penelitian ini yaitu di RSK Bedah BIMC yang terletak di Jalan Bypass Ngurah Rai No.100X, Kuta. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling yaitu metode purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert (5 skala). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Penanganan keluhan dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien RSK Bedah BIMC, Kuta. Penanganan keluhan dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien RSK Bedah BIMC, Kuta. Kualitas layanan dan kepuasan pasien berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien RSK Bedah BIMC, Kuta. Variabel kepuasan pasien mampu memediasi antara pengaruh penanganan keluhan terhadap loyalitas pasien di RSK Bedah BIMC, Kuta. Variabel kepuasan pasien belum mampu memediasi pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas pasien di RSK Bedah BIMC, Kuta.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Bank Mandiri KCP Kerobokan, melalui motivasi sebagai pemediasinya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi, dimana seluruh populasi digunakan sebagai sebagai sampel yang berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis data kuantitatif dan berbentuk penelitian asosiatif kausalitas, yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih dan hubungan ini memiliki sifat sebab akibat. Terdapat 3 (tiga) variabel operasional yang akan dikaji yaitu: Kompensasi, Kinerja Karyawan, dan Motivasi Kerja. Pengujian instrumen penelitian terdiri dari 2 (dua) tahapan yaitu uji validitas instrumen dan uji reliabilitas instrumen. Penelitian ini akan menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan motivasi sebagai variabel mediasi pada Bank Mandiri KCP Kerobokan. Tehnik analisis data menggunakan analisis path dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 17. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan PT Bank Mandiri KCP Kerobokan 2). Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Bank Mandiri KCP Kerobokan; 3) Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Bank Mandiri KCP Kerobokan 4) Motivasi kerja memediasi pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Bank Mandiri KCP Kerobokan.

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability by using the calculation of return on assets and firm size by using the calculation of firm size on the capital structure by using the calculation of debt to equity ratio in manufacturing companies in the pharmaceutical sub-sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. Meanwhile, the sample to be tested is in accordance with the research criteria that have been determined and the sampling technique is purposive sampling, and the companies that meet the sampling criteria are 8 companies. The data used in this study are secondary data from the annual financial statements of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2019 which were obtained from www.idx.co.id. The data management method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPPS 23 analysis tool. The results show that the profitability variable (return on assets) has a significant effect on the capital structure, while the firm size variable does not have a significant effect on the company's capital structure. pharmaceutical manufacturing sub-sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019.

This study was conducted to determine the effect of job placement and discipline on job performance. The data population for this survey is 78 members of the Education and Training Center in Dili Timor Leste. 100% of this survey uses quantitative data with data collection methods using This survey uses SPSS tools. Research results show that 1) Placement has a positive and significant effect on work performance 2) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work performance 3) Placement and Discipline Work simultaneously affects the performance of members in PUSDIKLAT Dili East Timor.

This article is a conceptual of several components that are antecedents of repurchase intention to halal products, halal products which in this case focus on traditional food or typical food in Surabaya. Typical food in Surabaya is served in various and unique forms, apart from being served in a unique form, the shape of this special food is very interesting with a taste that is of course very suitable for the palate of consumers, in this case young generations. Respondents in this study are expected to number more than 100 from East Java because the test used is structural equation modeling, in this test of course there needs to be a validity and reliability that must be fulfilled before goodness of fit is carried out. This research is still in the conceptual stage, of course it is hoped that there will be further research, so that a supportive suggestion will be found in this research in the form of continuing to preserve traditional culture by one of them consuming typical food. Public trust is important in order to achieve clean government and good governance. These goals are achieved through providing high-quality services that are enjoyed by the public and through innovation that leads to community satisfaction. We will to investigated the service quality and new service innovation affect public trust, with satisfaction as a possible intervention variable. We will to observe the people who work in the Department of Population and Civil Registration in Banyuwangi Regency during March-June 2022. This study is a quantitative study focusing on civil registration in Banyuwangi. This study includes 1.351.168 people living in Banyuwangi, Indonesia, and a sample was chosen using a purposive sampling technique to include as many respondents as possible who have used population service innovations. A questionnaire will used to make a primary data, with respondents rating their agreement on a Likert scale. Path analysis is a data analysis technique that can be used to explore relationships between different variables. The results show that service quality make a positive and significant impact on community satisfaction, service innovation make a positive and significant impact on community satisfaction, community satisfaction make a positive and significant impact on trust, and repair quality contains a positive and significant impact on trust Significant impact, service innovation incorporates a positive and signnificant impact on trust, service quality features a positive and significant indirect impact on trust through community satisfaction Service innovation includes a positive and significant indirect impact on charitable trust through community satisfaction with service Significant indirect effects.

This study aims to examine the effect of talent management and knowledge management on organizational effectiveness through organizational performance. This research was conducted in April – May 2022. The number of respondents was 100 people. The sampling technique used a questionnaire. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence of talent management on the organizational performance of the Fatimah Islamic Hospital in Banyuwangi. There is a positive and significant influence of knowledge management on the organizational performance of the Fatimah Islamic Hospital in Banyuwangi. This study aims to empirically examine the effect of interpersonal communication, professionalism and competence on the monitoring system and paramedic performance. This research was conducted on nurses and midwives who work at the Fatimah Islamic Hospital in Banyuwangi. The research was conducted in April-May 2022. The data collection technique was using a questionnaire. The results showed a positive and significant influence of interpersonal communication on the monitoring system. There is a positive and significant influence of professionalism on the monitoring system. There is a positive and significant influence of competence on the monitoring system. There is a positive and significant influence of interpersonal communication on the performance of nurses. There is a positive but not significant effect of professionalism on the performance of nurses. There is a positive but not significant effect of competence on the performance of nurses. This study uses a quantitative research method with multiple regression analysis tools which aims to determine "The Effect of MSME Empowerment and Performance on the Welfare of MSME Actors in Jember Regency". Collecting data using a questionnaire with a purposive sampling technique. This research was conducted in Jember Regency using a sample of 97 female MSMEs in Jember Regency. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of empowerment and performance of SMEs on the welfare of female SMEs in Jember Regency. The results of the research on the empowerment variable (X1) partially have a positive and significant effect on the variable level of welfare of female MSME actors (Y) in Jember Regency. The MSME performance variable (X2) partially has a positive and significant effect on the variable level of welfare of female MSME actors (Y) in Jember Regency. The results of the study were to determine the effect of the empowerment variable (X1) and the MSME performance variable (X2) simultaneously (together) affecting the welfare level variable of female MSME actors (Y) in Jember Regency.
