Abstract

This study aims to map and analyze the intellectual structure and research trends of community-based tourism (CBT) in developing countries through a bibliometric approach. Using publication data retrieved from the Scopus database, this research applies VOSviewer to examine keyword co-occurrence, overlay visualization, density mapping, co-authorship networks, institutional collaboration, and country collaboration patterns. The findings reveal that community-based tourism, tourism development, sustainability, and ecotourism represent the core themes shaping the field. Early research primarily focused on conservation and protected areas, while more recent studies emphasize poverty alleviation, stakeholder engagement, and local community empowerment within sustainable tourism frameworks. Collaboration analysis indicates that developed-country institutions still play a bridging role in global research networks, although emerging contributions from developing regions are becoming more prominent. Overall, this study highlights the multidisciplinary evolution of CBT research and identifies future research opportunities related to governance, institutional capacity, and inclusive tourism development strategies. The results provide valuable insights for scholars, policymakers, and practitioners seeking to advance sustainable tourism initiatives in developing country contexts.

Abstract

This study examines the role of transition financing, renewable energy investment, and climate risk management in influencing the financial performance of energy companies in Indonesia amid the global transition toward a low-carbon economy. A quantitative approach was employed using primary data collected from 75 managers and professionals in the energy sector through a structured questionnaire measured on a five-point Likert scale. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 25 through descriptive statistics, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that transition financing has a positive and significant effect on financial performance, suggesting that access to sustainable financing mechanisms supports corporate financial stability during the energy transition. Renewable energy investment also shows a significant positive influence, indicating that investment in clean energy technologies enhances operational efficiency and long-term competitiveness. Furthermore, climate risk management significantly affects financial performance, highlighting the importance of identifying and mitigating climate-related risks to maintain corporate financial resilience. Simultaneously, the three variables significantly influence financial performance with an R² value of 0.480, indicating that 48% of the variation in financial performance can be explained by the model. These findings demonstrate that the integration of sustainable financial strategies and environmental risk management practices can improve the financial performance of energy companies, while also contributing empirical evidence to the literature on climate finance and corporate sustainability and offering practical insights for managers, investors, and policymakers in supporting the transition toward sustainable energy systems.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of artificial intelligence (AI) ethics in human resources and algorithm transparency on employee trust in the manufacturing industry. The rapid adoption of AI in organizational management has transformed HR practices, including recruitment, performance evaluation, and workforce management, by enabling more efficient and data-driven decision-making. However, the use of AI also raises concerns regarding ethical governance and the transparency of algorithmic decision-making processes. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 150 employees working in manufacturing companies. Data were collected through structured questionnaires measured on a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The results indicate that AI ethics in HR has a positive and significant effect on employee trust, suggesting that the application of ethical principles in AI-based HR practices enhances employees’ perceptions of fairness and organizational responsibility. In addition, algorithm transparency also shows a positive and significant influence on employee trust, demonstrating that clear explanations of AI decision-making processes can increase employees’ confidence in technology-driven HR systems. The structural model reveals that both variables explain 63% of the variance in employee trust (R² = 0.63). Overall, these findings emphasize the importance of responsible AI governance and transparent algorithmic systems in strengthening employee trust and supporting the sustainable adoption of AI technologies within organizations.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) whether Rhizobium inoculation has an effect on soybean production; (2) whether the use of experimental methods in horticulture learning can improve learning outcomes? This experimental research used a simple posttest only control group design. The data obtained in the form of soybean production (wet seed weight) were tested for normality and homogeneity. The normality test was carried out using Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Shapiro-Wilk statistics. If the normality requirements have been met, a parametric analysis using the t-test was conducted. To test whether the experimental method in horticulture learning can improve learning outcomes, Classroom Action Research (CAR) was used. The data collection technique used a learning outcome test instrument in each cycle. The collected data were then processed using a quantitative descriptive method. From the analysis, it can be concluded that: (1) Rhizobium inoculation on soybean seeds can increase soybean production compared to without Rhizobium inoculation. (2) Students learning outcome after using the experimental method continued to increase from the sufficient category (60.30) in the initial reflection, to the good category (72.60) in cycle I and excellent (87.60) in cycle II.
