Abstract

The rapid growth of social media platforms has transformed marketing strategies among fashion Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), particularly through the use of digital content and short-form video promotion. This study aims to examine the impact of digital content quality and short video marketing on brand awareness and engagement levels among fashion MSMEs in West Java. A quantitative research design was employed using survey data collected from 155 MSME owners and managers through a structured questionnaire measured on a Likert scale. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The results indicate that digital content quality has a positive and significant effect on brand awareness and engagement levels, while short video marketing significantly enhances both brand visibility and audience interaction. Brand awareness also demonstrates a significant positive influence on engagement and acts as a partial mediating variable between digital marketing strategies and engagement outcomes. These findings suggest that visually appealing and informative content combined with short video formats can strengthen brand positioning and improve customer interaction in digital environments. This study contributes to digital marketing literature by providing empirical evidence from the fashion MSME sector in West Java and offers practical insights for businesses seeking to optimize their social media strategies in competitive markets.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of mudharabah and musyarakah financing on the growth of Islamic bank assets in Indonesia. The research employs a quantitative approach using primary data collected from 200 respondents through a structured questionnaire measured with a Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 25, including validity and reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. The results indicate that mudharabah financing has a positive and significant effect on Islamic bank asset growth with a regression coefficient of 0.382 and a significance value of 0.000. Similarly, musyarakah financing shows a positive and significant influence with a regression coefficient of 0.417 and a significance value of 0.000. Simultaneously, both financing schemes significantly contribute to asset growth, as indicated by an F-value of 65.721 and an R Square of 0.401. These findings suggest that profit-sharing financing plays an important role in strengthening asset expansion and financial sustainability within Islamic banking institutions. The study provides practical implications for Islamic bank management to optimize partnership-based financing strategies and contributes to the literature on Islamic financial performance in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of teachers’ pedagogical competence and the use of digital technology on Islamic Education learning outcomes in senior high schools in East Java. A quantitative research approach was employed involving 85 student respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS version 25 through descriptive statistics, validity and reliability testing, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that teachers’ pedagogical competence has a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes, demonstrating that effective instructional strategies and classroom management contribute to improved student understanding. Similarly, the use of digital technology shows a positive and significant influence, indicating that technology-supported learning enhances student engagement and comprehension. Simultaneous testing reveals that both variables significantly affect Islamic Education learning outcomes with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.491, meaning that 49.1% of learning outcomes are explained by these factors. The findings highlight the importance of integrating strong pedagogical competence with effective digital technology utilization to improve learning effectiveness in contemporary Islamic Education.

Abstract

Employee mobility has become a growing concern in the retail industry, particularly in urban areas where competitive labor markets encourage frequent job changes. This study aims to analyze the influence of employee well-being and workload on job-hopping intentions among retail employees in Depok City. A quantitative research design was applied using a survey method involving 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire based on a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using SPSS version 25. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that employee well-being has a negative and significant effect on job-hopping intention, indicating that higher levels of well-being reduce employees’ tendency to change jobs. Meanwhile, workload has a positive and significant effect on job-hopping intention, suggesting that excessive job demands increase employees’ desire to seek alternative employment opportunities. Simultaneously, employee well-being and workload significantly influence job-hopping intention, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.468, meaning that 46.8% of job-hopping intention can be explained by the two variables. These findings highlight the importance of creating supportive work environments and balanced workload management to improve employee retention in the retail sector. The study provides practical implications for retail management in designing human resource strategies that enhance employee well-being and reduce turnover risk.

Abstract

This study aims to map the intellectual structure and research trends in MSME financing through a bibliometric analysis of scientific publications indexed in the Scopus database. Using VOSviewer as the primary analytical tool, this research examines keyword co-occurrence, overlay visualization, density mapping, co-authorship networks, institutional collaboration, and country collaboration patterns to identify dominant themes and emerging research directions. The findings indicate that MSMEs remain the central focus within the financing literature, closely associated with financial inclusion, financial literacy, digital transformation, and entrepreneurial finance. The evolution of research shows a transition from traditional microfinance and banking perspectives toward digitally enabled and innovation-driven financing ecosystems. Density analysis highlights financial inclusion as a highly concentrated research area, while themes such as decentralized finance and risk management appear as emerging opportunities for future studies. Collaboration patterns reveal strong interconnectedness among authors and institutions, with significant contributions from Asian countries, particularly India, China, and the Philippines, reflecting the importance of MSMEs in developing economies. This study provides a comprehensive overview of the development, structure, and future research agenda of MSME financing literature, offering valuable insights for scholars, policymakers, and practitioners seeking to strengthen inclusive and sustainable financial systems for MSMEs.

Abstract

This study aims to map and analyze the development of scientific literature on public sector accounting through a bibliometric approach. Using data extracted from the Scopus database and analyzed with VOSviewer, this research explores keyword co-occurrence, temporal evolution of research themes, density patterns, and collaboration networks among authors, institutions, and countries. The results indicate that public sector accounting research is strongly rooted in themes of accountability, transparency, new public management, and financial governance, which form the core intellectual structure of the field. Over time, however, the literature has expanded toward interdisciplinary topics such as sustainable development, climate change, public policy, and socio-economic analysis, reflecting a broader shift toward sustainability-oriented governance. Collaboration analysis reveals that scholarly production is dominated by European and North American institutions, although contributions from emerging economies are increasing, signaling a more globalized research landscape. Overall, the findings highlight the evolution of public sector accounting from a traditional administrative focus to a strategic framework supporting environmental accountability, policy evaluation, and public value creation. This study contributes by providing a comprehensive overview of research trends and identifying future directions, particularly the integration of sustainability and digital transformation within public sector accounting practices.
