Abstract

Early childhood education at RA Al Muarif Al Mubarok Jember is designed to shape character by integrating ecological-religious values, which is expected to equip them with environmental awareness and solid religious foundations. The research approach is qualitative with a case study type of research. The data collection technique uses interviews, observation, documentation, and data analysis using Miles and Huberman. The results of the study are the planning stages of managing early childhood education in the internalization of Moral Ecological-Religious Values ​​at RA Al Muarif Al Mubarok, which includes formulating the vision and mission of RA Al Muarif Al Mubarok Jember, developing integrated teaching modules, learning methods with an interactive and based approach: experience, involvement of parents and planning evaluation. The organizational stages carried out by RA Al Muarif Al Mubarok Jember cover various aspects to ensure that educational activities run smoothly and effectively according to the stated objectives. Organizing includes, among others, The organizational structure of RA Al Muarif Al Mubarok Jember and Tatib RA Al Muarif Al Mubarok Jember. The implementation stages of the management of Early Childhood Education in the Internalization of Ecological-Religious Moral Values ​​at RA Al Muarif Al Mubarok Jember are implementing a curriculum that has been designed whose content integrates ecological-religious moral values ​​as a whole—implemented through various activities, namely Daily Activities, Weekly Activities, Monthly Activities, Annual Activities. This educational evaluation stage is done through: 1. Regular Madrasah Supervision Program; 2. KKG at RA Al Muarif Al Mubarok Jember is carried out once a month; 3. Implementation of FGD; 4. Curriculum evaluation: Daily Evaluation, Semester Evaluation, Annual Evaluation; 5. RA Al Muarif Al Mubarok Jember carries out three types of assessments: diagnostic, summative, and formative.

Abstract

Brand image management has an important and significant to increase the competitiveness of Islamic educational institutions, where increasingly tight competition requires a strong and positive brand image to attract prospective students, parents, and the general public. Therefore, it is necessary to design an communication strategy and involve all elements of the institution to build and maintaining a solid brand image to competitiveness in the education market. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection using in-depth interview techniques, observation and documentation. Checking the validity of the findings using the participation of researchers and triangulation. Research information from the institution's stageholders, especially the public relations administrators. The results of this study are: (1) the approach to build brand image is using social approach to the community and an interactive approach to establishing cooperative interactions with other organizations, an approach with community leaders so that they are known and trusted the wider community, (2) the method of build brand image is using direct or face-to-face meetings with the community and utilizing various media to build a positive impression in the community, (3) the technique in build brand image is using to utilizing verbal and visual media, (4) the brand image built by SDI Al Hidayah routine meetings of the institution's leadership by analyzing all programs, analyzing strengths and weaknesses, seeking and formulating consensus solutions to be followed up responsibly.

Abstract

Education is very important in everyday life, but the quality of education in Indonesia is still low for various reasons. These include a lack of sense of urgency, falling behind the curriculum, and a lack of appropriate learning. Education is a very important skill for everyone. Good education depends note only on individual abilities but also on a good education system and effective management. A good education can also help people achieve goals such as as getting a higher level of education, getting a suitable job, and advancing their careers. Therefore, the aim of this research is to analyze effective strategic management for improving strong education. This research uses qualitative as a research method. And this is also done through collecting data from various sources, such as journals, books and articles. The results of this research show that the responsibility of top management in effective strategic management is formulating vision and mission, formulating strategies, implementing strategies and evaluating strategies and has several factors that influence increasing student achievement, including creating a sense of urgency, using curriculum and programs that new, setting bold and ambitious goals, using new student admission selection, providing appropriate learning, providing extra time and assistance to students who experience difficulties and teachers as role models. The conclusion can be drawn that strategic management requires environmental analysis, strategy formulation, strategy implementation and evaluation and control.

Abstract

Madrasah culture is indeed a barometer of Madrasah activities which is a measure of whether the Madrasah has a culture that produces good results for the Madrasah or vice versa a bad culture for the Madrasah, therefore MAN 1 and 4 Jombang really prioritize Madrasah Culture in increasing the competitiveness of their institutions so that the institution has an icon and good habits in everyday life at the Madrasah so as to increase the competitiveness of the Madrasah. This study aims to describeFinding and analyzing the behavior of Madrasah residents in increasing competitiveness at MAN 1 Jombang and MAN 4 Jombang and This study uses a qualitative approach with a multi-site study design. The reason the researcher chose MAN 1 Jombang and MAN 4 Jombang is because they have similarities in terms of madrasah culture in increasing competitiveness, therefore the researcher chose both institutions to be the object of research. Data collection in this study used in-depth interview techniques, observation, and documentation where the data sources were from people , documents ( paper ) and places ( place ). While the key informants in this study consisted of: the Head of Madrasah, the Deputy Curriculum and stakeholders of MAN 1 Jombang and MAN 4 Jombang who were involved. As for behavior residents of MAN 1 Jombang and MAN 4 Jombang, namely: a). Declaring madrasah activities that make madrasah residents comfortable and safe. b). Upholding the values of Islamic boarding schools in the madrasah. c). In the daily activities of madrasah residents, it has been regulated according to the madrasah culture program. d). Providing duties and functions in the behavior of madrasah residents so as to increase the competitiveness of the madrasah. e). Creating a comfortable atmosphere for madrasahs that have many madrasah activities, both intra and extra. f). Providing periodic counseling every time there will be and during activities. g). Madrasah cultural behavior is very dependent on the quality culture in both locations because the quality culture provides a rhythm of good habits in increasing the competitiveness of the madrasah. h). and also the last finding of the research on the behavior of madrasah residents is the existence of a culture of achievement and a regular bureaucratic culture from both locations, so that the behavior of madrasah residents is created with achievement and regular discipline in increasing the competitiveness of the madrasah.
