Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Cash Turnover, Receivables Turnover, and Inventory Turnover on Profitability in Cosmetic Sub-Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2023 Period. By using an associative strategy and quantitative approach, this study aims to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The population in this study were Cosmetic Sub-Sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2018-2023 period. The sample used was 6 Cosmetic Sub-Sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2018-2023 period. The data collection technique used was documentation. The analysis method used was multiple linear regression, t-test, and F-test to obtain results regarding the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of the study showed that partially Cash Turnover had a significant negative effect on Profitability (ROA), Receivables Turnover had a positive insignificant effect on Profitability (ROA), and Inventory Turnover had a significant positive effect on Profitability (ROA). Meanwhile, simultaneously, Cash Turnover, Receivables Turnover, and Inventory Turnover jointly affect Profitability (ROA).

Abstract

This research aims to understand the utilization of brand awareness in the Sovia Kitchen business to increase sales. The research method used is qualitative descriptive research with data collection methods through observation, interviews, and documentation of a research object, which will then be analyzed using data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Research results show that the utilization of brand awareness can be an important strategy for Sovia Kitchen in increasing sales. High brand awareness will make more consumers recognize and remember Sovia Kitchen, which in turn can influence their purchasing decisions. By building a strong brand image and increasing consumer awareness of the products and services offered, Sovia Kitchen can attract more new customers and retain existing ones, thereby directly contributing to increased sales. The strategies that may be implemented include the use of social media, consistent promotions, collaboration with influencers, and the improvement of product and service quality. All of this aims to enhance brand recognition and customer loyalty towards the Sovia Kitchen brand.

Abstract

Tea is a beverage made from the processed leaves of Camellia sinensis. It is one of the most widely consumed beverages in the world, including in Indonesia. Thus, it is essential to examine household consumer preferences in determining tea purchases in Banjarmasin City. This study aims to analyze household consumer preferences for tea products in Banjarmasin City. Based on conjoint analysis, the attributes considered by consumers according to the utility estimate values indicate that household consumer preferences for tea products are box packaging, tea bags, and green tea with jasmine aroma. According to the importance values, aroma is the most important attribute with a value of 44.708, followed by type of tea 26.894, packaging 16.606, and form 11.792.

Abstract

Aims: The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of risk and quality perceptions on cosmetic sample use and purchase conversion rate among Korean adult women. Methods: An online survey was conducted among 433 Korean adult women in their 20s to 50s. The survey collected data on the consumers' risk perception, quality perception, sample usage rate, and actual purchase conversion rate about cosmetic samples. Results: The results indicate that risk perception of cosmetic samples has a negative effect on quality perception and sample usage rate. However, quality perception has a positive effect on sample usage rate and actual purchase conversion rate. Furthermore, the study found that the sample usage rate has a positive effect on actual purchase conversion rate. Conclusions: Future research could expand the scope to include other demographic groups or cultural contexts. Cosmetic companies can use these findings to design more effective free sample promotions that address customers' risk perceptions while enhancing their quality perceptions. This study may contribute to improving customer satisfaction and loyalty in the cosmetics industry by providing insights into how cosmetic companies can effectively use free samples as a sales promotion tool.

Abstract

In the era of technological progress, various pressure situations and the burden of life responsibilities experienced by MSMEs such as unstable economic conditions, tight business competition against fellow business actors, lack of quality human resource knowledge, difficulty in developing creativity and innovation and other pressures experienced by MSME actors. Thus, MSME actors are very vulnerable to experiencing burnout. Burnout is a form of self-response fatigue in internal or external processes that can lead to a person’s physical and psychological tension. The main aim of this research is for MSME actors to be able to overcome the burnout conditions experienced by providing knowledge about HR management in overcoming stress management is a way of thinking and reacting that is shown to overcome the impacts caused by burnout. This education targets MSME actors in Madiun City. Methods used in In this research, psychoeducational activities involve providing material accompanied by the Box Breathing relaxation technique and providing the Coaching Game Point Of You in the form of several picture cards that can stimulate the subject’s mind. Psychological techniques for effective communication. This psychoeducational activity received a positive response from MSME actors. This psychoeducation activity has benefits for MSME players, such as knowing more clearly about the burnout they experience and how to process burnout well. Based on the implementation of the activities that have been carried out, MSME actors appear to have high enthusiasmBased on observations and interviews, many participants asked questions for consultation and resulted in changes in the atmosphere of MSME players becoming aware of the situation to develop amidst business competition which requires mental health to be productive.

Abstract

This article examines literacy skills in facing the challenges of entrepreneurial management in the technological era. Digital literacy skills play an important role in the existence of entrepreneurship today. Entrepreneurial management is currently facing new challenges with a situation of change from the traditional to the modern era, namely the all-digital era. Exploring entrepreneurial management knowledge is very vital in today's entrepreneurial world to achieve its goals, opportunities and challenges. entrepreneurial skills Entrepreneurship as a part of economics that involves the good use of management strategies and economic principles. This article examines exploring entrepreneurial management strategies for literacy skills in entrepreneurial management based on a creative and innovative economy adapting to changes. In this research, entrepreneurial management strategies with creative and innovative digitalization skills are very important. The method has been used with a literature review as a type of descriptive research as well as a qualitative assessment. The data was generated from a review of the results of previous research papers. The analysis method is carried out through game the stages of collecting research data, reducing research data, presenting research data, then drawing conclusions from the research results. This research produces an analysis that shows that literacy skills are capital for implementing entrepreneurial management  ,analysis that shows that as capital for implementing entrepreneurial management with entrepreneurial management strategy skills, namely aspects of game teory ,financial literacy, economic literacy, managerial literacy, decision making. and problem solving.

Abstract

In the Company, Human Resources are needed to meet the Company's success goals, because Human Resources (Human Resources) is one of the valuable assets that are able to overcome various problems as part of the work in supporting the company's activities. In the world of work, HR (Human Resources) must have effective and efficient performance to get results from work performance so that the company must be able to manage human resources well and maintain the performance of its best employees who have high competence towards the company. Employee performance itself can affect factors including superior leadership style, relationships between employees, and quality of work life. The author's goal is to find out the influences: Quality of Work Life, Transformational Leadership and Competence on Employee Performance Through Employee Wellbeing Case Study on PT. Plaza Auto Raya. The sample taken was 100 people. The data analysis technique uses the Structural Equation Modeling method with the results of this study (1) There is a positive influence of Quality of Work Life on Employee Performance, (2) There is no positive influence of Transformational Leadership on Employee Performance, (3) There is a positive influence of Employee Competence on Employee Performance, (4) There is a positive influence of Employee Well-Being on Employee Performance, (5) There is no positive influence of Quality of Work Life on Employee Well-Being, (6) There is no positive influence of Transformational Leadership on Employee Well-Being, (7) There is a positive influence of Employee Competence on Employee Well-Being.

Abstract

The study intends to illustrate and investigate the effects of agile leadership, work ethic, workload, and work-life balance on employee performance using the Pasuruan Regency's Population and Civil Registration Service as an intervening variable. A sample of 120 respondents and the population are used in this quantitative study design. Likert scales are used to measure data collected via questionnaires. The Partial Least Square (PLS) program is used in the analytical process after the Structural Equation Model (SEM) tool has been used. The findings of the study show that: 1. Agile leadership greatly enhances work-life balance for the Civil Registration Service and Population of the Pasuruan Regency. 2. Employee performance at the Pasuruan Regency's Population and Civil Registration Service is significantly improved by agile leadership. 3. At the Pasuruan Regency's Population and Civil Registration Service, a strong work ethic significantly improves work-life balance. 4. Employee performance in the Pasuruan Regency's Population and Civil Registration Service is significantly improved by a strong work ethic. 5. At the Pasuruan Regency's Population and Civil Registration Service, workload significantly improved work-life balance. 6. Employee performance in the Pasuruan Regency's Population and Civil Registration Service is unaffected by workload. 7. At the Pasuruan Regency's Population and Civil Registration Service, work-life balance significantly improves employee performance.

Abstract

Employee performance is essential to ensure employees are motivated to carry out their duties and achieve targets. Therefore, companies need to consider factors affecting performance, such as job satisfaction and compensation, so employees can improve their performance. This study aims to examine the role of job satisfaction in mediating the effect of compensation on performance. The research was conducted at Hotdoh Pisang Goreng in Denpasar. The study population consisted of 40 employees, using a saturated sampling method. Data collection was carried out through interviews and questionnaires. The analytical technique used was path analysis. The results showed that compensation has a positive and significant effect on performance. Compensation also has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Additionally, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance. Job satisfaction significantly mediates the effect of compensation on performance. It is recommended that the management of Hotdoh Pisang Goreng improve performance by paying attention to compensation. Employee job satisfaction can be enhanced by providing fair wages to increase their performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style on employee performance at the Class IIB Maros Correctional Institution. This research uses a quantitative method of an associative nature, with a population of 57 people who are also the sample for the study. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and for inferential statistical analysis using simple linear regression with SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that the leadership style falls into the effective category based on indicators of decision-making ability, motivational ability, communication ability, ability to control subordinates, and ability to control emotions. The performance of employees at the Class IIB Maros Correctional Institution falls into the high category based on indicators of service orientation, integrity, commitment, discipline, cooperation, and leadership. Based on the results of simple regression analysis, there is no significant influence of Leadership Style on the Performance of Employees at the Class IIB Maros Correctional Institution.
