Abstract

Pembangunan adalah suatu rangkaian usaha secara terencana yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah untuk menciptakan kemakmuran dan kesejahteraan rakyat. Dengan disahkannya peraturan Permen PUPR No. 7 Tahun 2019 ada beberapa faktor kualifikasi untuk pekerjaan konstruksi yang berpengaruh terhadap kualitas dalam sebuah pekerjaan konstruksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor risiko yang mempengaruhu kualifikasi kontraktor terhadap kualitas proyek konstruksi di Kota Banda Aceh dan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor risiko paling dominan terhadap berpengaruhnya kualifikasi kontraktor terhadap kualitas proyek konstruksi di Kota Banda Aceh. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan kontraktor bidang konstruksi yang berdomisili dikota Banda Aceh dan Dinas-Dinas terkait yang berjumlah 35 orang responden. Faktor risiko yang diteliti adalah modal, sumber daya peralatan, sumber daya manusia, pengalaman perusahaan dan kualitas proyek konstruksi. Pengolahan data penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan analisis deskriptif. Dari hasil pengujian validitas diperoleh 6 indikator tidak valid maka dieliminasi dan selebihnya dinyatakan valid. Hasil uji reliabilitas diperoleh nilai rata-rata dari setiap variabel sebesar 0,913 ? 0,6, maka pada uji reliabilitas dikatakan sudah reliabel. Hasil analisis risiko menggunakan analisis deskriptif, diketahui bahwa urutan faktor yang sangat mempengaruhi kualitas proyek adalah pada variabel faktor modal kerja sebesar 7,80%, variabel faktor sumber peralatan sebesar 21,97%, variabel faktor sumber daya manusia dengan sebesar 19,34% dan variabel faktor pengalaman kerja sebesar 7,90%, dengan total pengaruh risiko terhadap keempat variabel sebesar 57,01%, selebihnya 42,99% dipengaruhi oleh variabel faktor lainnya yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini. Sehingga didapat variabel yang paling dominan terhadap faktor yang mempengaruhi faktor-faktor kualifikasi kontraktor terhadap kualitas proyek konstruksi menurut Permen PUPR No.7 Tahun 2019 di Kota Banda Aceh adalah, variabel faktor sumber daya peralatan, variabel faktor sumber daya manusia dan variabel pengalaman kerja yang mempunyai pengaruh paling dominan. Abstract

Transportasi merupakan salah satu aspek penunjang kemajuan suatu daerah terutama dalam kegiatan perekonomianya, hal ini tidak lepas dari pengaruh pertambahan jumlah penduduk. Semakin bertambahnya jumlah penduduk maka semakin meningkat kebutuhan srana dan prasarana transportasi. Kota Langsa Berjumlah ± 185.971jiwa melakukan berbagai kegiatan dan kegiatan. Warga kota Langsa sering melakukan perjalanan ke Medan dengan transportasi darat seperti L-300 dan jumbo dan Jumlah angkutan umum di loket terus bertambah dari waktu ke waktu dan jumlah armada yang tidak sebanding dengan kebutuhan pengguna jasa angkutan . Jika hal ini tidak diharapkan jumlah pengiriman perlu dihitung ulang di loket karena penyedia layanan transportasi hanya akan mengganti kerugian baik pengguna maupun operator layanan transportasi . Angkutan darat khususnya angkutan umum perkotaan melayani salah satu fungsi utama angkutan manusia untuk melakukan aktivitas sehari hari yang perlu memberikan pelayanan secara cepat, aman, murah dan efisien. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tarif angkutan umum berdasarkan biaya operasional kendaraan minibus L-300 dan minibus jumbo. Pengumpulan data dengan survey dilapangan langsung dengan melakukan wawancara dengan pemilik angkutan. Hasil wawancara ini adalah tarif BOKuntuk angkutan umum minibus L-300 sebesar Rp.28,399/penumpang dan besaran tarif berdasarkan BOK untuk angkutan umum minibus Jumbo sebesar Rp.22.980/penumpang.

Abstract

Rumah adat karo (siwaluhjabu) memiliki umur ratusan tahun dan masih menjadi rumah adat kuat. Rumah adat Karo mempunyai aspek arsitektur yang unik yaitu bentuknya sangat megah pada kedua ujung atap terdapat tanduk kerbau disebut sebagai penangkal para masuknya roh-roh jahat dan atap yang agak lancip yang dipenuhi dengan ukiran dan dilapisi daun ijuk dan pengikat dinding berbentuk cecak/kadal. Rumah adat karo mempunyai prinsip kontruksi seismik, contohnya rumah adat di Desa Lingga Kecamatan Simpang Empat Secara teoritis sesuai dengan prinsip bangunan seismik, tetapi belum dianalisis secara rinci. Yang perlu dianalisis secara analitik adalah nilai frekuensi natural, periode getar, gaya geser dasar dan perpindahan struktur. Analisis rumah adat tradisional karo akibat gaya gempa yang dilakukan oleh perangkat lunak SAP2000 mengungkapkan periode getaran, frekuensi alami dari struktur adalah 0,22848 detik. Gaya geser dasar yang dihasilkan oleh gaya seismic sebesar 52258.4203 kN. Displacement Rumah adat karo diambil dari titik tertinggi yaitu join 4 sebesar 5,6894 cm pada kombinasi 1.

Abstract

The transportation problem that is often encountered in Indonesia is the limited road space needed to regulate traffic flow. In addition, there are also roads that operate at a much lower capacity than they should. One of the causes is on-street parking activities such as the Blang Padang area in the center of Banda Aceh City, Aceh Province. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the characteristics and management of parking areas in the Blang Padang area and to plan parking locations so that they can accommodate vehicles according to the required Parking Space Unit (SRP). This study uses a direct survey method to the field, namely collecting and compiling initial data, then explaining and analyzing the data so that conclusions can be drawn on the existing problems. The results showed that the design of vehicle parking in Blang Padang Jl. Prof. A. Majid Ibrahim II Banda Aceh City, namely for 2-wheeled there are 96 parking lots with a parking capacity of 72.00 m2 and for 4-wheeled vehicles there are 170 parking lots with a parking capacity of 425.00 m2.

Abstract

Planning and controlling costs and time are part of construction project management. Therefore, realistic planning is needed as a benchmark and control method that can continuously monitor deviations from costs that have been incurred and time spent in completing construction projects. Therefore, it is necessary to review the extent to which the minimum execution time of work by using manpower and equipment is in accordance with the volume of work. The purpose of this study was to plan the time for the implementation of the foundation work for the New Classroom (RKB) of SMP-UQ (ULUMUL QUR'AN) Pidie Regency, which is located on Jln. Tijue - Cot Teungoh Madrasah Ulumul Qur'an Pidie Complex. The construction being reviewed is the RKB which includes time schedule, use of labor and equipment that supports work productivity. The research method is based on the CPM (Critical Path Method). The results showed that all works were on the critical path except for the construction of footings and poor piles. The number of days obtained in planning the time of foundation implementation is 34 days with effective working hours in 1 day is 7 hours.

Abstract

Asphalt concrete used for road pavement consists of several types, namely: foundation layer, first wear layer, and second wear layer. Petroleum materials contained in the AC-WC asphalt concrete mixture can affect the stability of the mixed pavement, such as diesel oil. The purpose of this study was to determine how the effect of the diesel content contained in the laston mixture on the road surface layer. The test method is in the form of testing the Marshall characteristics using the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) and Bina Marga 2018. The Marshall test show that for variations in the ideal asphalt content for the test object with the number of collisions 2 x 75, the stability, flow, density, VIM values ??are obtained. , VMA, VFB, and Marshall Quotient (MQ) the percentage of diesel spraying was 0%, 1.5%, 2.5%, 3.5%, and 4.5% and the total number of specimens was 30 specimens. The results of the Marshall characteristic performance test on the lastton mixture with diesel oil content of 0%, 1.5%, 2.5% still meet the specifications, whereas the variation of 3.5%, and 4.5% do not meet the specification requirements. The diesel content contained has a bad influence on the asphalt concrete surface layer.

Abstract

Composite board is a raw material physically and chemically. The main elements on the composite board in this study are sawdust, horn skins of Gayo Arabica coffee, and adhesives. Comparison of sawdust and coffee mixture in percentage are, 70 : 30, 50 : 50, and 60 : 40. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the composition. This method of manufacturing composite boards refers to SNI 03-2105-2006. Therefore, the results obtained for each test that are high at a moisture content of 70:30 with a value of 9.786%, a density of 30 : 70 with a value of 0.59%, a thick development of 70 : 30 with a value of 9%, a biodegradable of 60:40 with a value of 24.20%, a MOE ratio of 30 : 70 with a value of 1378.76 kgf/cm2, MOR 60 : 40 with a value of 657.26 kgf/cm2, tensile Strength of 50 : 50 which is 307,647 kgf/cm2. It is found that the comparison of Gayo Arabica coffee skin and sawdust affects its physical and mechanical properties. The more sawdust on the mixture, the higher the value of its physical properties. The more coffee skins in the mixture, the higher the value of its mechanical properties.

Abstract

With current technological developments, it affects construction management where computer programs can simplify the process of making reports, activities, controlling, and controlling the activities of a project. The object of this research is the A1 Building for the Hajj Embarkation Dormitory in Aceh, which is located on Teuku Nyak Arief Street, Kuta Alam District, Banda Aceh City. This building project is scheduled for 180 days starting from 05 July 2021-05 December 2021 with a budget of Rp 28,370,150,000.00 (Twenty Eight Billion Three Hundred Seventy Million One Hundred Fifty Thousand Rupiah). an effective and efficient time duration is obtained by reviewing structural work from the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and rooftop floors. Primary data obtained are the number of workers. Secondary data is obtained from literature studies and related agencies as build drawing and time schedule. The results of the research are that there is an accelerated time duration for structural work from 91 days to 85 days with an initial work date of 09 August 2021- 07 November 2021 to 09 August 2021-01 November 2021. The benefit of the research is to provide solutions the fastest time by comparing the time schedule obtained from contractors and Microsoft Project 2019 software.

Abstract

The construction of highways in Indonesia generally uses flexible pavement, modifying asphalt with resin resin which is used to substitute asphalt on concrete asphalt layers The aim of this research is to find out whether resin resin can be used as a mixture substitute (AC-WC). The scope of this study is the collection of resin resin from the village of Lhok Seumot Kec, Beutong, Nagan Raya Regency, the material used in this study was taken from PT. Dana Dinamika Persada which is located in Aceh Besar. The method used in this research is the wet method which refers to the 2010 revision 4 (2018) Highways specifications. marshall characteristic testing was carried out at 5 (five) asphalt content to determine the optimum asphalt content (KAO). 4.5%, and 5.5%. The research results obtained for the best substitution were 1.5% resin resin percentage with aspa content; 5.00% obtained a VIM value of 4.57% VMA 16.41% VFA 72.29% Stability 1006.87kg and Flow 2.467mm, all values ??meet the specifications specified by Bina Marga 2010 revision 4 (2018)

Abstract

Used tires are one of the largest contributors to inorganic material wasted, as a result of the rapidly increasing growth of vehicles. The use of waste tires as a substitute material or as an enhancer in a concrete mixture reduces the level of environmental pollution. The quality of the plan on the concrete plan is f'c 17 MPa is the minimum requirement for structural concrete in SNI 2847-2019. This study was conducted on 20 test objects measuring 15 x 30 cm, 15 test objects using 5%, 10%, and15% used vehicle tire fiber and 10% pozzolana, while for comparison, 5 pieces of normal concrete test objects were used. The method used in this study was to use SNI 03-2491-2002, SNI 2460-2014, SNI 2847-2019, ACI 2.11.1-91, and ASTM C 618-03. The tensile strength of normal concrete is 2.44 MPa and its variations are 2.34 MPa, 2.27 MPa, and 2.23 MPa, respectively. The ratio of the tensile strength of compressive strength to the normal concrete specimens, materials, and designs and their corresponding variations is 13.34%, 19,14%, 19,19%, and 20,52%. As well as the ratio of tensile strength of split and normal concrete of 17 MPa in a row is 13.37%, 13.34%, and 13.09%.
