Al-Jadwa: Jurnal Studi Islam (ISSN: 2809-2783, e-ISSN: 2808-4128) adalah jurnal ilmiah kajian islam yang diterbitkan oleh Universitas Islam Internasional Darullughah Waddawah Pasuruan. Jurnal ini fokus pada kajian pendidikan Islam, ekonomi Islam, manajemen Islam, politik Islam dan kajian Islam lainnya. <![CDATA[The Prophetic Hadith is the second source of Islamic law after the Quran. The Quran mentions many legal issues on a global scale, while the Prophet's hadith details these issues so that they can be understood by Muslims. In addition to serving as an explanation for the Quran, the Prophet's hadith is also a source of Islamic law to complement the Quran. Therefore, the accuracy of the Prophetic traditions is of great concern to Muslims. One of the roles of scholars is to solve the problem of conflicting traditions (mukhtalif traditions). There are contradictions in the prophetic traditions, there are mukhtalif traditions and mushkil traditions are terms used to describe conflicting traditions. The factors that lead to contradictions in traditions include differences in the time, place and situation when the traditions were spoken. Scholars have endeavored to clarify the Prophet's traditions and explain any contradictions so that the authenticity of the traditions is preserved and not exploited by irresponsible parties to the detriment of Islam. This study uses the descriptive-analytical method to analyze the significance of the issue of hadith contradictions. Therefore, this study provides a critical perspective on the understanding of hadith related to ikhtilaf al-hadis especially on the hadith about testimony with the al-jam'u method.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to find out what rules need to be understood in interpreting the Al-Qur'an. The research method used is literature review. The rules of interpretation are a mufassir's tool in understanding the meaning of the Qur'an. The rules of Tafsir are also closely related to the rules of the Arabic language which are one of the foundations for interpreting the Al-Qur'an. Therefore, mastery of linguistic rules is very necessary in interpreting the Al-Qur'an so that the meaning of the Al-Qur'an verses is not misinterpreted. There are several linguistic rules in interpreting the Qur'an that need to be carefully considered, including: Isim Dhamir, Nakirah and Ma'rifah, repetition of words, questions and answers, number of syartiyah. The linguistic rules in interpreting the Al-Qur'an mentioned above are concise rules that need to be mastered by a mufassir when wishing to interpret the Al-Qur'an.]]>

<![CDATA[I'jazul Qur'an is the appearance of a matter in Allah's revelation, so that it functions to weaken another matter which tries to compete with the revelation from Allah. I'jazul Qur'an has several miraculous aspects, including linguistic, scientific and legal aspects. One of the objects of study of I'jazul Qur'an which still exists today is I'jazul 'ilmi which focuses more on the scientific miracle side. This research aims to examine in more depth I'jazul 'ilmi relating to human embryology. The approach used is qualitative with data collection methods in the form of literature studies. Based on research results, it is known that 'alaqah and mudgah are part of the human development process before being born into the world. 'Alaqah in Arabic is interpreted as a leech, while modern technology has proven that 'alaqah is shaped like a leech. Meanwhile, mudgah is mentioned in the Koran as something that is chewed, and modern scientists have also proven with their technology that the mudgah process is like something that is chewed too. The existence of this can be concluded as evidence of the miracles of the Koran.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze Islamic business ethics in determining market equilibrium prices based on Ibn Khaldun's thoughts. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through documentation techniques, observation and interviews with informants. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that at different levels, traders with small capital tend to have poor moral values such as cheating, playing with the scales, and playing with prices. Buyers tend to suffer losses and experience fraud in buying and selling. Meanwhile, the current market price determination is not based on the theory of demand and supply, but the price is high because the price is taken from the agent where the trader takes the merchandise, the seller only adjusts the price and on the other hand the high demand is caused by the behavior of certain individuals or middlemen who cheat by hoarding goods with the aim of taking advantage of the scarcity of supply by raising the price of goods above the normal price when many goods are needed.]]>

<![CDATA[Motivation directs students to achieve learning goals at Islamic boarding schools. However, in reality, not all students have good motivation to study. The role of counseling is important in the world of education. Counseling is used as a way to increase student motivation, one of which is using a transactional approach. The aim of this research is to see the effectiveness of increasing the learning motivation of students from the As-Salam dormitory at the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School in Banyuwangi after counseling with a transactional approach. This research uses a qualitative research method with a case study type of research. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique, with the characteristics of participants having low motivation in studying at the Islamic boarding school. There were four participants involved in this research. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman model starting from data reduction, data presentation, verification to drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that students are able to bring awareness to the condition of their behavior in learning and are willing to make changes in their behavior for the better, and have goals in their learning process at the Islamic boarding school]]>

<![CDATA[Guidance and counseling is an activity of providing assistance to other people to help them solve a problem they have. Darullughah Wadda'wah Islamic Boarding School is an Islamic educational institution that has thousands of students, To carry out supervision on each individual student is not an easy thing, then a section (qism) was formed called the supervisory section (qismu ri'ayah) which aims to carry out supervision through a "ro'i" (management) who is responsible for several "roiyyah" (students) in helping to solve problems and directing them. to become a better individual. The purpose of this research is to determine the implementation of Islamic guidance and counseling at the Darullughah Wadda'wah Islamic boarding school which is carried out by Qismu Ri'ayah. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of research, namely case study. <![CDATA[This research aims to explore and recall the thoughts of Imam Al-Ghazali and Sayyed Hossen Nasr and try to compare their styles of Sufism thought in the field of education. Research using descriptive analysis which aims to systematically and factually describe the facts found, then processed and analyzed according to existing procedures. The conclusion is that Al-Ghazali and Sayyid Hossein Nasr are very influential figures in the world of education, both of them have styles of Sufism thought that are not so different, both of them are able to place Sufism in a balanced way, Al-Ghazali places Shari'a and Sufism in parallel so that both strengthen each other, and so do Sayyed Hossein Nasr. so that both Sufism influenced the way of thinking in the field of education, only Al-Ghazali gained a deep understanding in the field of Sufism after he carried out direct practice after performing a ujlah which ultimately led to immersion in the Sufi world until the end of his life, while Sayyed Hossein Nasr studied Sufism by conducting scientific studies, seeing the gaps that exist in modern humans, who have lost their spiritual spirit.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of Soft Skills in training is an urgent necessity in order to survive under any circumstances. This article aims to explore the process of developing central Soft Skills with the help of artificial intelligence technology. (AI). (AI). This AI help will help teachers and teachers as it can provide maximum guidance to teachers in training facilities that have limited access to information. The results of this study are based on a qualitative approach with a case study approach. The data was obtained through interviews with the centers or teachers involved in the development of these Soft Skills. Data is analyzed through three steps: condensation and display verification. The results of this study show that the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technology has a significant impact on the development of central Soft Skills in training. Implementation of Soft Skills development through artificial intelligence (AI) technology starts with (1) personalized learning, (2) interactive and impressive learning, (3) automated and real-time feedback, (4) collaborative learning, and (5) evaluation and assistance. The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) technology into the learning process will help centers to sharpen practical skills such as communication, leadership, and collaboration in an environment that supports experimentation without great risk. The main challenge faced by trainers in developing Soft Skills through training technology is the old values adopted by the trainers. But all that can be overcome with the maturity of the resources of the trainees.]]>

<![CDATA[Every child born into this world is in a state of fitrah (natural purity). However, this innate purity can undergo changes due to the influence of the environment in which they live and grow. This study aims to (1) understand the extent of environmental influence on the development of students, and (2) identify Islamic solutions for addressing global educational environmental issues. The method used in this study is library research, focusing on the collection and analysis of data from various relevant literature. The findings indicate that: (1) Substantially, the environment has a significant influence on students, both directly and indirectly. The environment in question includes the family, school, and community environments. Together, these three environments shape the character, morals, and values upheld by the students. (2) Islam offers comprehensive solutions to address global educational environmental issues by promoting the creation of integrated education. This integrated education necessitates harmonious cooperation among the three educational environments: family, school, and community. By working together, these three environments can support each other in forming a generation that is not only intellectually intelligent but also morally and spiritually strong, in accordance with Islamic teachings.]]>

<![CDATA[Educational institutions need strategies that are applicable in developing their institutions, including in the formulation of strategies that must be able to be fully implemented down to the smallest part of the institution. The focus of this research is to identify and discuss some of the basic principles of functional strategy at SMA Bakti Ponorogo which have risen to increase competitiveness in a highly competitive educational environment. This study aims to provide an in-depth analysis of functional strategy, which consists of marketing strategy, financial strategy, production strategy, human resources strategy, and R & D strategy in an effort to increase competitiveness. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that SMA Bakti Ponorogo has implemented a functional strategy but not yet in depth. Some of the things that have been planned by the manager need to be added to various efforts as theoretical concepts so as to increase competitiveness.]]>
