<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the use of deixis in the novel entitled "12 Stories of Glen Anggara" by Luluk HF and its implications for novel learning. This research focuses on looking for elements of persona deixis, time deixis, space or place deixis, and social deixis in the novel "12 stories of Glen Anggara". The main problem of this research is to look for the use of deixis in the content of the novel entitled "12 stories of Glen Anggara" in detail in pragmatic studies. The researcher also aims to have implications for the results of deictic analysis in the novel "12 Stories of Glen Anggara" in learning novels in high school. This research is descriptive research using a qualitative approach with the type of research used is content analysis techniques. The results of this research found that many deictic elements were used in the novel "12 Stories Glen Anggra" by Luluk HF. The tendency for the deictic elements contained in this novel is persona deixis because the novel writer tends to bring up characterization elements followed by time deixis, indicating deixis, place deixis, and social deixis.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze BIPA teaching materials by including the local culture of North Sumatra. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include documentation and data sources from BIPA teaching materials which include the local culture of North Sumatra. The data analysis technique uses the concept of Prastowo theory. The results of this research are BIPA teaching materials with Angkola Batak ethnic culture really help foreign language speakers in understanding Indonesian with the cultural nuances of the Angkola Batak ethnic tribe. This can be seen from the material which is prepared systematically and structured.]]>

<![CDATA[Children with special needs are children who have their own individuality in terms of types and characteristics, which distinguish them from normal children in general. Learning difficulties are more related to psychological disorders such as frustration, anxiety, adjustment barriers and emotional disorders, so learning difficulties can be related to psychological factors, especially personality, adjustment disorders and self-confidence. This study aims to determine the learning difficulties experienced by students with special needs. The method used is descriptive using qualitative data analysis so that it becomes an easy-to-understand data exposure. The selection of research subjects consisted of one classroom teacher, one GPK teacher, and one student with special needs. The results showed that there were students with special needs who were categorized as slow learners. Students experience difficulties during the learning process such as difficulty recognizing letters and numbers.]]>

<![CDATA[Education is a human right that everyone must have, without exception for children with special needs, especially children with autism. Usually the education that autistic children get is only in special schools (SLB), and the costs incurred for this education are not small but are much more expensive than the regular school system. The effect is that many autistic children cannot experience the world of education because of their parents' economic factors. This research summarizes several problems, namely "How is the implementation of educational services for children with autism at SLB Keleyan? The research methodology used is a qualitative approach and then outlined in the descriptive method. Data collection was carried out by observation and direct interviews regarding the service activities carried out by SLB Keleyan. Sources of information in this study amounted to 3 people, consisting of 3 men.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to investigate the influence of the Management Training Discussion Method on the Understanding of Islamic Education Management Students C4 Class of 2022. Discussion is an activity where people gather to talk and share opinions about a topic. The goal of the discussion is to broaden the understanding of a particular issue or topic. Training Management is the process of managing training within an organization. Its purpose is to enhance knowledge, skills, and abilities to work more effectively and efficiently. The method used in this research is a quantitative method, employing a causal-comparative approach with online questionnaires distributed through electronic media such as Google Forms. The findings from this study indicate that a constant variable does not contribute significantly to the correlation analysis, but it can still show a significant relationship in the regression analysis.]]>

<![CDATA[Fifth grade elementary school teachers are able to determine their students' reading literacy abilities. The aim of the research is to narrate the fifth grade reading literacy skills from the perspective of the fifth grade elementary school teacher. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. The data collection technique used was interviews. The data analysis technique applied is descriptive qualitative data analysis to discuss research results and determine conclusions. There were 26 fifth grade students who were the subjects of the research. The research results showed that fifth grade students had good reading literacy skills in understanding various fiction and non-fiction texts, although there were three students with special needs who were still having difficulties. There are 26 out of 26 students who regularly borrow and read various books in the library every Friday. Morning literacy and literacy activities every Friday after gymnastics make students' literacy skills better. There were also 23 out of 26 students who were able to understand the content of reading fairy tales, short stories, explanatory texts, math story problems and thematic lesson material. This research can be applied for consideration by teachers in improving the reading literacy skills of fifth grade students.]]>

<![CDATA[Social conflict usually occurs because competition in the economic field, such as competition for resources or jobs, can cause conflict between competing groups. This research explains the forms, causes and impacts in the short story "Last Stage" by M Rasyid Hw. The objectives of this research are: (1) Describe the form of social conflict; (2) analyzing the causes of social conflict; and (3) explain the negative and positive impacts of social conflict. This research method uses qualitative descriptive methods and literature. The primary data source is the short story "Last Stage" and secondary data sources are articles and theoretical books. Data collection techniques use reading and note-taking techniques. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research are (1) a picture of social conflict in the form of arrogance, arrogance and nepotism; (2) the causes of social conflict are differences in individual character and differences in interests; (3) the negative impact of social conflict can lead to being hated by someone, the division of society, and a struggle for power.]]>

<![CDATA[German language learning in High School (SMA) holds significant importance in the current era of globalization. The complexity of German grammar, including gendered nouns and article usage, demands innovative approaches in the learning process. This research explores innovative learning methods, focusing on the implementation of Game Based Learning (GBL) and the teaching of Nomen materials, to enhance the effectiveness of German language learning in SMA. The primary goal is to increase student participation and equip them with strong communication skills in German. Research findings indicate that integrating innovative learning methods, such as GBL, can serve as effective tools in achieving improved German language learning outcomes in SMA.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to describe the types of conversational implicatures found in the novel Oriana's Wedding Diary by Ayana Kamila, as well as their implementation in Indonesian language learning in high school. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. The subject of this research is the novel Oriana's Wedding Diary by Ayana Kamila. Data collection techniques in this research used note-reading and literature study techniques. The results of this research were that several types of conversational implicatures were found in the novel, including: 1) General conversational implicatures, 6 data were found containing general conversational implications in the novel. 2) Specific conversational implicatures, 4 data were found containing general conversational implications in the novel. 3) Scale conversational implicatures, 3 data were found containing general conversational implications in the novel. The results of this conversational implicature research can also be implemented in high school in several materials, such as anecdote text material, fiction and non-fiction book material, and finally in historical story (novel) text material. In learning materials there are often sentences that can be interpreted in various ways. By understanding implicature, it is hoped that it can reduce confusion in interpreting the meaning that students have regarding these sentences.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to 1) find out the values of character education in the novel "ordinary people" by Andrea Hirata 2) find out the relevance of the character education value of the novel "ordinary people" in the learning of short stories. The research method used is qualitative descriptive. Data collection in this study uses a literature technique with content analysis. Some of the steps to collect data in the novel Ordinary People, 1) The researcher reads the novel as a whole carefully, 2) Records or marks words and sentences related to the formulation of the problem, such as the structure of the novel, as well as sentences that show the values of character education, and 3) Identifies the values of character education contained in this novel. The results of this research found 5 values of character educators, namely honesty, discipline, hard work, independence, and democracy. From the results of the above analysis, 10 analysis data were found. The results of this study can be relevant to the learning of short story texts contained in KD 3.5 Identifying the elements that build literary works in short story texts that are read or heard and can affect the formation of student character in accordance with the strengthening of the Pancasila student profile that applies to the Independent curriculum.]]>
