Pelaksanaan pembelajaran musik ensambel pianika menggunakan metode latihan dilaksanakan dalam bentuk belajar mandiri tanpa bimbingan dari guru mengakibatkan siswa belum terampil memainkan alat musik pianika secara tepat. Keterampilan dasar yang sangat dibutuhkan dalam memainkan alat musik pianika melalui latihan penjarian dan pernapasan sehingga ritme dan melodi yang dimainkan harmonis. Tujuan penelitian adalah pelaksanaan pembelajaran ansambel pianika menggunakan metode latihan di SMP Negeri 1 kinali. Rancangan penelitian yaitu : 1. Identifikasi dan analisis kemampuan awal bermain alat musik pianika siswa, 2. Pembelajaran ansambel pianika menggunakan metode latihan mencakup : (a) Latihan peniupan dan penjarian, (b) melatih penjarian pada tanaga nada C mayor, (c) Melatih penjarian dengan mengunakan notasi lagu Apuse, (d) capaian semua teknik hasil penelitian ini adalah (a) siswa belum terampil memainkan alat musik pianika pernapasan dan penjarian yang tepat, (b) siswa belum terampil memainkan lagu Apuse sesuai partitur yang terdiri dari notasi, ketukan, meter, tempo, nada, tangga nada, interval nada dan kunci nada.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi pembelajaran ekspositori pada pembelajaran seni musik pada siswa MIA-3 kelas XII di SMA Negeri 4 Padangsidimpuan. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek ujian ini adalah instruktur mata pelajaran seni musik, materi ekspresi Musik. Strategi menggunakan tiga metode, yaitu persepsi spesifik, rapat dan dokumentasi. Strategi investigasi menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman, mulai dari mengurangi informasi, memperkenalkan informasi, hingga membuat kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan strategi pembelajaran ekspositori di SMA Negeri 4 Padangsidimpuan sudah berhasil. Hal ini telah lama dilakukan mengingat persyaratan, kondisi siswa dan kurangnya waktu untuk mencakup semua materi. Pelaksanaan prosedur pembelajaran deskriptif terdiri dari tiga hal, yaitu persiapan khususnya rencana contoh, pelaksanaan metodologi pembelajaran eksplanatif dalam pembelajaran Ekspresi Musik dengan menggunakan beberapa strategi pembelajaran. Pada tahap pelaksanaan ini pendidik memulai dengan menyiapkan materi yang harus dikuasai. Guru juga menggabungkan materi yang diajarkan dengan gambar-gambar sesuai dengan kebutuhan sebelumnya. Pada tahap penilaian dan evaluasi, hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan sistem ini semakin meningkat dari tahun ke tahun.

This research aims to describe the Sike Rebana preservation system at Sanggar Teratai Putih. This research is classified as qualitative research and the method used is descriptive analysis. The research instrument is the researcher himself as the main instrument. Data collection was carried out through the stages of literature study, observation, interviews, and audio and video recording. Sike Rebana is one of the traditional Kerinci arts developed at the Teratai Putih Art Studio. Researchers examined how conservation efforts include efforts to protect sike art, efforts to develop sike art and efforts to utilize sike art at the Teratai Putih Art Studio. The results of this research are that Sanggar Teratai Putih preserves Sike Rebana in three ways, namely: 1) Protection. Efforts to protect Sike Rebana are carried out by holding Sike Rebana training at Sanggar Teratai Putih. 2) Development, Sike Rebana art has now been developed by artists in Kerinci Regency, especially in Kemantan Kebalai Village, both in terms of quality and quantity. 3) Utilization, Sike Rebana is often used to fill traditional events in Kerinci Regency. White Lotus Art Studio is often invited to perform at MTQ events, city/provincial birthdays, weddings, music festivals and other music events.

This study aims to determine and describe how project-based learning of Piano Instrument Practice II course in Music Education Study Program, Department of Sendratasik, Padang State University. This research uses qualitative methods and is descriptive, in this case it will describe how project-based learning in the Piano Instrument Practice II course. The research instrument is the researcher himself as the main instrument. Data collection is done through the stages of literature study, observation, interviews, documentation and audio and video recording. The type of data uses primary data and secondary data. The project-based learning model is the Main Performance Indicator (KPI) used by Padang State University with an assessment evaluation system in lectures. The lecture process is carried out by following the syntax in project-based learning which consists of 6 phases then the lecturer combines it with the cognitive domain of Bloom's taxonomy. The result of this research is that students make a final project, namely a new repertoire, students create a new repertoire from the mandatory material determined by the lecturer, namely minuet 1 by following the musical elements in minuet 1 and become a new discovery in lectures. The learning model used with the results obtained is well achieved.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang perjalanan karir Siril Asmara sebagai pemain rabab di Pesisir Selatan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma kualitatif dengan metode biografi. Instrumen kunci penelitian ini adalah peneliti sendiri dan dibantu dengan peralatan pengumpul data seperti pedoman wawancara, alat tulis, perekam suara, dan kamera. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara studi pustaka, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik dalam analisis data adalah analisis sebelum di lapangan dan analisis selama di lapangan. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan perjalanan Siril Asmara dalam berkesenian rabab, dimulai dari awal beliau belajar rabab pada tahun 1986 hingga akhirnya menjadi pemain rabab yang dikenal banyak orang. Di usia yang masih sangat kecil beliau telah memiliki niat dan tekad untuk mempelajari kesenian rabab. Untuk mempelajari rabab pun membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama bagi Siril Asmara. Setelah mahir memainkan rabab, Siril Asmara pun mendapat kesempatan untuk bermain di sebuah acara. Dari sinilah awal karir Siril Asmara dimulai, nama Siril Asmara langsung dikenal banyak orang karena aksi panggung dan tingkah lucu nya saat tampil menjadi hiburan bagi penonton. Selain mengisi acara dengan bermain rabab, Siril Asmara juga melakukan proses rekaman untuk pembuatan kaset. Dengan diterbitkannya kaset-kaset hasil karya Siril Asmara, karirnya pun semakin meningkat. Dengan sifat dan keterampilan yang beliau miliki selama ini beliau pantas untuk mendapat penghargaan sebagai pemain rabab profesional di Pesisir Selatan.

This research aims to find out and describe the Learning Strategy for Western Music Material in Class XI IPS 1 SMA Negeri 1 Banuhampu. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. Researchers act as the main instrument, supported by instruments such as cellphones and stationery. Data collection methods involve literature study, observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis involves data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. In learning planning, a lack of consistency was found between Basic Competencies (KD) and learning objectives. At the implementation stage, teachers did not communicate the topics and learning objectives with students. Evaluation is carried out through written tests, with remedial provision to students who have knowledge below the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM). The research results show that the discovery learning strategy implemented is less effective, especially in achieving learning objectives as stated in the 2013 curriculum guidelines. Many students still do not understand the characteristics of modal, tonal and atonal music. The discovery of challenges in learning Cultural Arts, it is necessary to improve learning strategies and implementation in order to improve the achievement of learning objectives and student insight of western music material. Therefore, this research illustrates the need to review and improve learning strategies on western music concepts.

The aim of this research is to explain the process of batambua until ama at a wedding party in Kenagarian Tanjung Sani. The research method used is qualitative research using a descriptive analytical approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by conducting literature studies, field observations, interviews and documentation. Then analyze the data by collecting data, simplifying, grouping and drawing conclusions. This research shows that the process of batambua to ama at a wedding party is held in two different styles, namely at Alek Pemuda where the tambua players immediately form an arena formation in the courtyard of the event house and at Alek Bako or Alek Saduduak where the tambua players do the procession first and then continue. by forming an arena formation. The song sung was Atam Sikapak with the division of Atam Marakpulai Katurun, Atam Hoyak and Atam. Meanwhile, for the song content, namely Hujan Labek, Cancang Rabuang, Kureta Api Mandaki and Randang Kacang, the Atam Hoyak song will continue to be repeated until it reaches a fast tempo (allegro) and with loud dynamics (forte). The playing of the Atam Hoyak song triggers an emotional reaction in the player. tambua until ama it reaches the same condition.

This research aims to describe the application of the Gandang Tigo game as extracurricular training material at SMP N 24 Padang. This type of research is action research with a qualitative approach. Action research is an effort to improve understanding, methods and conditions carried out collaboratively. In qualitative research, data collection is carried out in natural conditions by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The conclusion from the results of this research is that the application of the Gandang Tigo game as training material in extracurricular activities can bring about changes in students, and also by planning the provision of varied extracurricular materials, it can provide space for expression according to students' interests and talents. Implementing extracurricular activities using varied materials can stimulate students to focus more on playing music and also increase individual abilities, and from the results of observations it can be seen that student responsiveness in musical form increases, because providing material with a difficult structure can increase students' focus in practicing. In the training process, evaluation activities aim to find out the extent of students' strengths and weaknesses, so that they can practice more actively.

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk untuk menggali lebih dalam tentang teknik – teknik musikal yang diaplikasikan Telemann terhadap “Sonata in F minor” For Trombone. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah peneliti sendiri dan dibantu dengan instrumen pendukung seperti alat tulis dan kamera. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Langkah-langkah menganalisis data adalah mengumpulkan data, mendeskripsikan data dan menyuimpulkan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karya “Sonata in F minor” For Trombone Movment II adalah sebuah karya yang berkarakter barok dan karya ini merupakan salah satu ujian dalam studi musik yang ada. Dalam karya sonata ini, terdapat teknik yang perlu dikuasai, mulai dari dinamik forte, piano, mezzoforte, mezzopiano, lalu artikulasi legato, legatura dan tuneto, teknik tonguing single tonguing, double tonguing, dan ada juga teknik trill. Bagian yang sulit dengan not seper-enam belas dibubuhi oleh tempo allegro yang dimainkan secara cepat serta diberi legato harus sangat dilatih menggunakan etude agar lebih terstruktur progres latihannya.

The aim of this research is to explain the methods of extracurricular dance music training at SMA Negeri 1 Talamau. This research adopts a qualitative approach using descriptive methods. The researcher acts as the main instrument, supported by writing tools and a camera as supporting instruments. Information was collected through literature searches, interviews, observations and documentation. The data analysis process involves data collection, data description, and data conclusion. Based on the research results, it was concluded that the music extracurricular (dance accompaniment) at SMA Negeri 1 Talamau was running quite well. Extracurricular coaches have solid expertise in music and dance. The training method applied has proven effective in increasing student progress at each meeting. Music activities (dance accompaniment) have become one of the main extracurricular activities at this school, are widely known by the community, and continue to receive research from the school. However, there are still several obstacles in carrying out this activity, especially related to obstacles in renewing the necessary musical instruments. This is of further concern to future researchers, because this can hinder the smooth running of extracurricular activities. However, this activity will continue to be celebrated every year as one of the permanent extracurricular activities at this school.
