In the world of education, many private schools have sprung up which will result in competition between schools in obtaining students. It can be seen that fostering new student interest in a school can be carried out by improving the academic services provided by the international standard madrasah, Amanatul Ummah, promotion by international standard madrasah community relations, Amanatul Ummah. Mojokerto, and which one has more influence on the quality of academic services and promotion on the interest of new students at MBI Amanatul ummah pacet Mojokerto. This study uses quantitative data analysis techniques. Types of data collection using a questionnaire, test instruments using validity and reliability tests. classical assumption test and hypothesis testing using simple linear regression test and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the results of data analysis using the F test and t test obtained significant simultaneous test data (F test) of 0.000 and an F coefficient value greater than the F value (F count = 47.863> F 0.1 = 2.37 ). This means that there is a significant positive effect on the quality of academic services and promotion on the interest of new students at MBI Pacet Mojokerto. The greatest relationship to variable Y (new student interest) is shown by variable X2 (promotion), namely 0.514 or 51.4%.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji asumsi usia guru senior dan tingkat pendidikan guru, dalam pengaruhnya terhadap prestasi siswa dilihat dari hasil Ujian Nasional Bahasa Indonesia 2019. Dalam paper ini kami menguji asumsi-asumsi tersebut, dengan menggunakan data sekunder dari Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (kemendikbud) dengan batasan yang dimaksud guru senior ada yang berusia lebih dari atau sama dengan 60 tahun (generasi baby boomer), sementara untuk variable tingkatan pendidikan guru digunakan guru dengan tingkat pendidikan lebih dari sarjana S1. Metode pengujian statistik menggunakan uji multi regresi. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah: Ada pengaruh positif dari jumlah guru senior dan jumlah guru berpendidikan lebih dari S1, terhadap hasil ujian nasional mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia tahun 2019. Dengan kesimpulan bahwa semakin banyak jumlah guru senior dan jumlah guru berpendidikan lebih dari S1 di suatu propinsi, maka semakin baik nilai ujian nasionalnya (dilihat dari nilai UN bahasa Indonesia). Asumsi Terbukti. Semoga penelitian ini dapat memberi motivasi untuk guru menempuh pendidikan yang lebih tinggi dan bagi guru yang berusia senior untuk tetap semangat mengajar.

This study aims to look for the effect between self-confidence (X1) and Principal leadership style (X2) and teacher performance (Y). The research methodology uses the descriptive statistical method of the multiple correlation coefficient of the person coefficient of determination and regression analysis. Statistical tests were used t-tests and F tests. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The population in this study were all teachers in public and private junior high schools in Ciampea District, Bogor Regency, totaling 172 people while the sample taken was 45 teachers who were randomly selected. Based on the test results there is a positive influence between self-confidence and teacher performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.64, a coefficient of determination 38.8% t count 2.3%> Value of t table 0.02 and a regression equation with Y = 6.00 + 3.23 X1. There is a positive influence between the principal's leadership style and teacher performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.62 and a coefficient of determination of 37.0%. While t arithmetic for 3.184> t table 0.02 with the regression equation Y = 8.3 + 4.3 X2. There is a positive influence between the confidence of the teacher with the correlation coefficient between the two independent variables with related variables equal to 0.645 coefficient of determination 38.8%. F count 14,954> F table 3.23 with the regression equation Y = 126,879 + 0.166 X1 + 160 X2 The better the teacher's trustability and the principal's leadership style are also higher the performance shown by the teacher. The low sense of caring for the environment becomes a need that must be met through real learning. Creating awareness and life skills is the best way to create culture. One way that needs to be improved in schools is by synchronizing the curriculum that can be used to improve the ability of practical life in caring and cultured environments. This research aims to develop an adiwiyata-based curriculum in shaping and enhancing the ability of practical life to care and be cultured. The setting of this study is Pangudiluhur Sedayu Junior High School Yogyakarta with the subjects of the principal, teachers, and students. This research method uses qualitative approach using the case study. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the development of Adiwiyata-based curriculum in SMP Pangudiluhur has a unique characteristic that is the curriculum that is synchronized with adiwiyata to improve the ability of practical life. The findings of the research that has been done are identifying concepts and making new policies related to the adiwiyata program in the school environment. The aim of this study is to determine and analyze: (1) Entrepreneruship-based curriculum planning; (2) Implementation of entrepreneruship-based curriculum; and (3) Evaluation of entrepreneruship-based curriculum in SMAN 1 Temon. This research is used qualitative study. Data collection techniques by obsercation, interview, and documentation. Research result, (1) Planning for entrepreneruship-based curriculum begins by determining the curriculum structure that will become planning, after the formation of the structure, the concept of structure which consists of the background, objectives, scope, competency standards, and basic competencies needed is considered. (2) The implementation of the entrepreneurship-based curriculum must regulate the stages in each class of students by the curriculum documents that have been prepared, each learning process is always integrated with aspects of entrepreneurship and some that produce products as learning outcomes. (3) Evaluation is carried out based on school quality objectives and taking into account the dimensions of the program and implementation. This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance. The population in this study was 276 employees of PT. KarangMas Unggul (KMU) Bekasi. The sample used was 73 employees, calculated based on the Slovin formula. The sampling method uses proportional stratified random sampling. Data collection methods using survey methods, the research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis method uses Statistical Product and Service Solutions. This research proves that the effect of work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline and work motivation on the performance of field employees at PT Jasuma Putri Putra. The population in this study were 40 field employees at PT. Jasuma Putri Putra. The sample used was the entire population of 40 employees. The sampling method uses Saturated Sampling. Data collection methods using survey methods, the research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis method uses Statistical Product and Service Solutions. This study proves that the effect of work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Abstract This study aims to describe the charismatic leadership of kiai Moh. Hasib Wahab at the boarding school Bahrul Ulum Tambakberas, Jombang. The method in this study is qualitative with interview techniques, research observations, and document studies. Interviews were conducted with the board of the pondok, santri and the external community. Data analysis uses four paths, namely data reduction, data display, reduction and conclusion. This studies show that charismatic leadership KH. Hasib Wahab at the Bahrul Ulum Islamic boarding school Tambakberas, Jombang showed good development. This is evidenced by the construction of good character that has attracted the attention of the public, increasing the number of students who until now reached +5,500 and improving education through its policies. This study reviewed some publications on the benefits of implementing the Research Skills Development (RSD)Framework as evidence for academicians and students at the higher education level in carrying out assignments involving research-based learning activities and other scientific work. Higher education learning experts believe that learning and working at a distance mode, especially in the pandemic disruption, is greatly assisted by developing research skills application. This paper has reviewed many scientific publications of the RSD framework and other research-based learning literature to gain a better perspective and understanding to prove this assumption. With the existing research evidence from seven publication materials, we could say that the evidence from the Research Skill Development framework's publications and advantages are constructive for academic and students in universities where the involvement of rich research skills is very high and specific as they now are working in the remote system during the crisis of infected pandemic. Therefore, we highly recommend academicians, students in the higher education environment. In addition, more researchers outside academia to restudy the conceptual framework and its assessment rubric matrix in their scientific work for publication or internal university marking purposes in future investigation.

This paper suggested integrating podcast application to improve Islamic education storytelling sessions during pandemic COVID-19 disruption in Indonesia. The findings of a study about learning in schools and madrasahs believe that learning during a pandemic disturbance can be overcome with a remote learning system with the help of learning media with various digital applications. For this reason, we have reviewed various literature and online-based learning applications and scientific publications of the latest findings on how to deal with learning disabilities during COVID-19 to deepen new understanding to prove the assumption that many learning applications can help students learn during temporary shelters but open classrooms at a long distance. With the evidence of existing studies from various literature and scientific publications on online learning and pandemic disruption, we can say that the effectiveness of integrating the Podcast application has become an alternative superiority of distance learning media among students in Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia. Therefore, we highly recommend pesantren's academics, especially students in the Islamic education environment, and teachers outside the Islamic boarding school to integrate digital media podcasts as an alternative distance learning solution during disruption and the new normal learning period because of the advantages and effectiveness of podcasts application for learning in Indonesia.
