Abstract

Perubahan budaya akan terus berkembang seiring dengan munculnya teknologi baru, seperti media sosial. Media sosial berdampak baik dari positif maupun negatif karena bertujuan untuk memudahkan komunikasi. Aplikasi TikTok menjadi salah satu media sosial yang paling banyak digunakan, memungkinkan pengguna berinteraksi melalui chat pribadi dan membuat berbagai video. Pengaruhnya terhadap kebudayaan telah ditunjukkan oleh aplikasi ini, yang diluncurkan pada September 2016. TikTok sekarang menjadi sosial media yang paling populer di kalangan mahasiswa. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab perubahan budaya komunikasi dan bagaimana perubahan budaya komunikasi pada penggunaan media sosial TikTok oleh remaja.

Abstract

This study explores the influence of the social environment on consumer decision-making patterns among teenagers. This research uses a qualitative, descriptive approach and a literature study. The results showed that the social climate significantly influences adolescent consumer decision-making patterns. These findings can help understand how the social environment affects adolescent consumer behavior and contribute to developing effective marketing strategies; keywords: social environment, consumer decision-making patterns, adolescents, qualitative approach, and literature study.

Abstract

Payment methods have a significant impact today due to various factors related to technological developments, changes in consumer behavior, and market dynamics. One of the latest innovations in payment methods widely established in Indonesia is using the QR Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS). The use of QRIS continues to increase along with the development of digital technology and changes in consumer behavior, which prefers easier transactions. This qualitative research uses a questionnaire survey containing questions relevant to the research objectives. Based on the research results, the QRIS payment method is one of the factors influencing buyer decisions, focusing on three main indicators: ease of use, transaction speed, and transaction security. The positive effect of the QRIS payment method contributes to increasing customer satisfaction, making consumers feel comfortable and safe and having a good shopping experience, so they tend to make purchases and choose QRIS as a payment method.

Abstract

Advances in information technology have sparked a revolution in data processing and analysis. Big Data Analytics (BDA) plays an important role in enabling companies to make faster, more accurate, and data-driven decisions. This study adopts a qualitative research approach to explore the intersection of Big Data Analytics (BDA) and decision-making theory. Qualitative research is well suited for this purpose as it enables in-depth exploration of complex phenomena and provides rich contextual insights. Big Data Analytics (BDA) plays an important role in improving decision-making by providing accurate, timely and evidence-based insights. In the manufacturing sector, BDA is used for real-time quality monitoring and predictive maintenance. Big Data Analytics (BDA) contributes significantly to supporting decision theory by improving the quality, speed, and accuracy of the decision-making process. Companies are advised to build a technology infrastructure that supports the comprehensive implementation of BDA.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi, Internet of Things (IoT), dan kemampuan komputasi besar (big data) telah menghasilkan volume data yang luar biasa besar, yang mencakup berbagai aspek operasional dan perilaku konsumen. Dengan menggunakan data analytics, perusahaan dapat memperoleh wawasan yang lebih terperinci mengenai berbagai aspek bisnis, mulai dari perilaku konsumen, tren pasar, hingga kinerja operasional. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan data analytics untuk meningkatkan pengambilan keputusan bisnis di era digital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran data analytics dalam bisnis yaitu memberikan perusahaan kemampuan untuk membuat keputusan yang lebih cerdas dan strategis, meningkatkan efisiensi, dan menyesuaikan diri dengan perubahan pasar, yang pada akhirnya memperkuat daya saing dan mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis yang berkelanjutan. Dalam proses data analytics, ada 4 tahapan yaitu Pengumpulan data, Pemrosesan data, Analisis data, dan Interpretasi data. Perusahaan dapat memperoleh keunggulan kompetitif dengan mengoptimalkan operasional, meningkatkan efisiensi, menanggapi perubahan pasar, dan memprediksi tren masa depan melalui proses ini. Serta, Data analytics mengubah cara bisnis beroperasi dengan membantu memahami pelanggan, menemukan peluang, dan membuat keputusan berbasis bukti. Ini juga meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan manajemen risiko, mendukung inovasi dan pertumbuhan jangka panjang.

Abstract

Pengambilan keputusan merupakan elemen penting dalam organisasi, namun sering kali terbatas oleh bounded rationality yang mengacu pada keterbatasan manusia dalam memproses informasi secara optimal. Dengan berkembangnya teknologi big data, Artificial Intelligence (AI) menawarkan solusi untuk mengatasi keterbatasan ini melalui kemampuan analitik yang mendalam dan otomatisasi proses pengambilan keputusan bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran AI dalam mendukung bounded rationality, mengidentifikasi peluang dari integrasi keduanya, serta mengeksplorasi tantangan implementasinya di berbagai sektor. Dengan pendekatan kajian literatur, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa AI dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, memperluas wawasan pengambilan keputusan bisnis, dan mengurangi bias kognitif. Namun, tantangan seperti bias algoritmik, kualitas data, dan isu etika tetap menjadi hambatan utama. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan praktis dan teoritis bagi organisasi untuk memanfaatkan AI secara efektif guna mendukung pengambilan keputusan bisnis yang lebih cerdas di era big data.

Abstract

This article discusses the challenges and opportunities of using Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a supporting tool in business decision making in the digital era. In the context of growing digitalization, AI plays an important role in improving operational efficiency and accuracy of data analysis, which has a significant impact on various aspects of business, including audit, finance and accounting. This research uses a literature study method to identify the challenges and opportunities faced by companies in implementing AI. The research results show that AI can increase efficiency and productivity, as well as provide more accurate predictive analysis. However, the application of AI is also faced with challenges such as the need for sophisticated technological infrastructure and ethical risk management. By utilizing AI, companies can make real-time data-based decisions, understand market trends, and innovate products that suit consumer needs. This article emphasizes the importance of adapting to new technologies to achieve business goals in the digital era.

Abstract

Information system is one of the important aspects in decision making by business people. This study aims to analyze how much impact information systems have on the decision-making process in the business environment. By combining information technology, companies can process their data effectively and efficiently and increase accuracy in data analysis. In addition, information systems can be an alternative strategy that is fast and thorough in the decision-making process. The results of this study show that implementing a good information system can speed up the decision-making process, improve the accuracy of data analysis, and enable companies to respond to market changes more quickly and precisely. Information systems also help in processing big data, which provides deep insights for managers in making strategic decisions.

Abstract

Decision making is at the heart of every business activity. Decisions taken not only impact the company's performance, but also various stakeholders, including employees, consumers, and society at large. In an increasingly complex and dynamic business context, it is important for decision makers to consider ethical aspects in every choice they make. This study aims to analyze how ethical values ​​can be integrated into the business decision-making process. Through literature studies and case analysis, this study identifies several ethical principles that are relevant in the business context, such as honesty, fairness, social responsibility, and sustainability. In addition, this study also discusses the various challenges faced by companies in implementing business ethics, as well as strategies that can be used to overcome these challenges. The results of the study indicate that ethical decision making can provide a number of benefits for companies, including: improving the company's reputation, increasing trust from stakeholders, reducing risks, and improving long-term performance. However, to achieve this, a strong commitment from company leaders is needed, the development of an ethically oriented organizational culture, and the existence of an effective mechanism to ensure that decisions taken are in accordance with the company's ethical values. This study concludes that ethical decision-making is not just an option, but a necessity for companies that want to achieve long-term success. By integrating ethical values ​​into every aspect of the business, companies can create added value for all stakeholders and.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang strategi teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) atau kecerdasan buatan dalam pengambilan keputusan bisnis di era digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan dan analisis data dari berbagai sumber, seperti jurnal ilmiah, artikel, dan studi kasus yang berkaitan dengan penerapan AI dalam bisnis. Melalui pendekatan ini, kita dapat mengeksplorasi bagaimana AI memengaruhi proses pengambilan keputusan, tantangan yang dihadapi oleh perusahaan, serta strategi yang diterapkan untuk mengintegrasikan teknologi ini secara efektif. Strategi teknologi AI dalam pengambilan keputusan bisnis di era digital sangat penting untuk membuat hasil lebih efisien dan akurat. Dengan memanfaatkan AI, perusahaan dapat merespons perubahan pasar dengan lebih baik dan mengurangi risiko yang terkait dengan pengambilan keputusan. Namun, tantangan seperti kebutuhan akan data yang berkualitas dan kemampuan analisis yang memadai harus diatasi untuk memaksimalkan potensi AI. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya strategi yang tepat dalam implementasi AI untuk mencapai keunggulan kompetitif di era digital.
