Abstract

Cases of corruption in Indonesia have been rampant since the New Order era and had a negative impact on the economic, social and political life of the Indinesian people.It it is not stopped or minized, it will damage various structures of state life and national character. So it is necessary to instill the values of Anti-corruption Education, especially at the tertiary level. The purpose of this study is ti fond out how anti-corruption education material can be embadded in mandatory Five Principles Education courses at universities or colleges, especially at Raudhatul Ulum Islamic High School and to be able to know and understand the urgency of anti-corruption education when it is included in the content. The Five Principles Education course which is a general compulsary subject in tertiary institutions, and this is a small step so that anti-corruption education materialcab ne instilled and can be provided continousky and sustainably in tertiary institutions. This research uses descriptive theoretical analysis or qualitative research which is descriptive in nature and tends to be more analytical. The purpose of decriptive research is to make systematic, factual and accurate descriptions, pictures or drawings of facts, characteristics and relationships between phenomena investigated.from the result of in-depth interviews with the head of the study program at Raudhatul Ulum Islamic High School and from input during the group discussion forum by the resourceperson entitled insertion of Anti-Corruption Education in Five Principles Education Subjects in higher education, it was concluded that Raudhatul Ulum Islamic High School at basically have the same perception about it is very possible for anti-corruption education to be inserted into Five Princiles Education course, the Raudhatul Ulum Islamic High School provides additions regarding anti-corruption education which is inserted in Five Principles sourses, the chair of the study program and also input from sources is also possible to include anti-corruption education in the Five Principles general compulsary course.

Abstract

At this time, there are many payment models that have been rife among the public, especially among students, which triggers the convenience and convenience, namely E-money. This study aims to find out how much influence on students on the use of E-Money. The method used in this study is the Quantitative approach. The sample used in this study was a collection using primary data. Primary data were obtained using questionnaires or questionnaires. The data analysis used in this study is a simple linear regression test, validity test, hypothesis. The results of the research conducted show that consumer behavior influences the decision to use e-money. E-money has a negative and significant effect on Buying Interest, with a P value of 0.000 more than 0.06.

Abstract

Lembaga pendidikan pesantren dalam perkembangannya dituntut untuk melakukan perubahan seiring dengan tuntutan dunia dengan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dalam kehidupan. Secara sadar pesantren menyesuaikan diri terhadap globalisasi sebagai dinamika yang tidak bisa dihindari, arus global ini menimbulkan perubahan dari segala aspek kehidupan, termasuk juga didalam dunia pendidikan, dan pesantren juga turut melakukan asimilasi ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi modern. Sistem pendidikan pesantren mengalami pergeseran kearah yang lebih positif, secara struktural maupun kultural yang menyangkut pola kepemimpinan, pola hubungan pimpinan dan santri, pola komunikasi, cara pengambilan keputusan. Pesantren merespon perubahan yang terjadi dengan merevitalisasi pola pengajaran agar mampu menumbuhkan tradisi keilmuan dan melahirkan generasi pembelajaran, revitalisasi pola kepemimpinan pesantren agar lebih terbuka terhadap segala perubahan, serta revitalisasi lingkungan belajar yang lebih kondusif, komprehenshif serta memberdayakan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the democratization of education in Islamic education. The method in this research is a qualitative approach with the of literaturestudy research. Data collection is abtained through observing related literature. Then take an interpretation approach by examining data on objective evidence, to achieve authentic truth. Interpretation here is the material or data that has been described, the interpreted and re-analized to show clarification about the democratization manner. Educational democracy is a system that prioritizez rights and obligations as well as equal treatment for every citizen in education. The role of education in state life will provide many dimensions of nation character building. The principle of democracy can be implemented in the Islamic education system, because basically Islam gives freedom to individuals (students) to develop natural values that exist in them in adapting to the times. Abstract

Discipline is a person's attitude of self-control in order to be able to distinguish between what is right and what is wrong. So that in the long term it is expected to foster responsible behavior. Discipline is also very much needed in various educational institutions, one of which is Islamic boarding schools. Ta'zir is one part of the method for disciplining students. Besides that, ta'zir aims to improve the quality of discipline of students in Islamic boarding schools. This researcher examines the effectiveness of ta'zir with student discipline at the At-Tauhid Islamic Boarding School. The results of research at the At-Tauhid Islamic Boarding School on the effectiveness of ta'zir improve the discipline of obeying the rules.

Abstract

Children who are dropping out of school are closely related to social welfare and become more critical to address immediately because the number of them is increasing day by day. The research objective is (1) To describe the socio-economic conditions of the dropping out of school children and solutions to overcome these problems, (2) To reveal the positive values contained in the social issues of children dropping out of school in Lala Village, Buru Regency. This research uses a descriptive qualitative design located in the village of Lala, Namlea, Buru Regency. The subjects were determined by purposive sampling technique, and data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, verification, and drawing the conclusion. The socio-economic conditions of children dropping out of school in Lala Village, Buru Regency are seen from their socio-economic situation. They help their parents to work to fulfill their daily needs. Most of the parents of children dropping out of school work as fishermen, construction workers, and hawkers because the amount of basic needs is greater than the amount of income; moreover, they also had no job opportunities. The involvement of local governments, community leaders, and religious leaders in disseminating strategic policies regarding the importance of education and scholarship programs for children who cannot afford or excel is a solution in overcoming the number of children dropping out of school.

Abstract

Various multidimensional crises that exist in this nation are allegedly due to the failure of religious education. Various cases such as brawls between students, promiscuity, violence, even radicalization and so on are the output of failure to instill religious values ​​being taught. Religious education aims to shape students into human characters, with good character, devoted to God Almighty, able to play a good role in their environment, and to benefit others and the environment around them. Islamic religious education has an important position in the world of education. This paper explores the implementation of Islamic education learning and the phenomenon of radicalism in Brawijaya University. The method used in this research is qualitative. Sources of data obtained from interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research are 1. Abstract

This paper seeks to describe the various problems that need to be resolved by scientists, teachers and other education practitioners who want to implement spiritual learning in formal educational institutions. Based on the analysis and reflection, it can be concluded that spiritual learning in formal educational institutions will encounter several problems including problems in the field of material construction which is the learning material, problems of orientation and educational goals, problems with learning strategies, including problems related to the duties and roles of subject teachers. . These problems must be resolved if spiritual learning is to be carried out in formal educational institutions.

Abstract

One of the weaknesses of the implementation of Islamic education in schools is that the learning activities of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) are less attractive, tend to be monotonous, only using the lecture method. This is because Islamic Education Teachers are less willing to explore various methods, including from the Al-Quran and hadith, which might be applied in the Islamic education learning process in schools. This study strengthens various previous studies which also raise the theme of the concept of Islamic education in the perspective of the Al-Quran. However, the research that examines the concept of Islamic education in the Surah Huud: 1-4, after doing online and printed literature searches, has not been found by the author. Therefore, this study can be said to be different from previous research. This research is considered to be contributive, offering alternative educational methods that are explored from the Surah Huud: 1-4. For this reason, this study discusses the concept of education and educational methods contained in the Surah Huud: 1-4. By using library research methods with descriptive qualitative analysis techniques, it can be concluded that the concept of Islamic education is long life education, which contains the main material content of Islamic education, starting with the concept of worship to Allah Swt (aqidah), then proceed with material in the field of shari'ah, then muamalah (morals) to achieve the ultimate goal of Islamic education, to achieve true happiness, namely avoiding the torment of hell (being put into heaven). In Surah Huud: 1-4, there are at least five learning methods in Islamic education: (1) tafshiil method, (2) tabsyiir method, (3) tandziir method, (4) targhiib method, and (5) tarhiib method. The application of these methods in Islamic education is a complementary unit.

Abstract

Conflict is inevitable in an organization (the Institute) this is caused by many factors which in essence because the organization is made up of many individuals and groups who certainly has the nature and objectives are different from each other. Conflict is not always negative impact but could also lead to a positive impact. In any conflict occurs because of several factors induvidu differences, differences in cultural backgrounds, different interests, as well as rapid and sudden changes in society. Any problems or conflicts certainly have a strategy in handling them perform the competition, sharing, accommodation, collaboration and avoidance. Conflicts can be resolved depends on how we manage that conflict does not escalate into a disadvantage however would be a positive thing for the organization.
