Abstract

Learning and learning is strongly influenced by a motivation. Students who have high learning motivation will be encouraged to focus more on the things that must be learned, so that maximum learning goals can be achieved. The concept of Islamic education has indeed represented the understanding of the expected educational goals, namely humanizing humans (humanization) which includes all aspects of humanity such as Intellectual Intelligence (IQ), Emotional Intelligence EQ, Spiritual Intelligence (SQ). One of the classic books about education is Ta'lim al-Muta'allim by Burhan al-Din al-Zarnuji. Al-Zarnuji is a medieval education figure who tries to provide a solution on how to create an education that is not only worldly oriented, but also oriented to the hereafter. The famous work of al-Zarnuji, namely Ta'lim al-Muta'allim, is one of the classic works in the field of education that has been widely studied and studied by educators, especially in Islamic boarding schools. Abstract

Dropship, a business model with no capital, no booth, no employees, no time limit techniques, provides an exciting picture of the future. It is enough to offer other people's merchandise, via cellphone, done while completing other activities, anytime and anywhere. This dropship technique provides many advantages, thus attracting many people. As a religion that comes with perfect rules, how does Islam view these business techniques. Businesses that use this online network, of course, cannot hand over goods directly. Even in this business technique, the goods offered are often owned by someone else. But in reality this business technique is still in axis. This shows that there is an element of mutual voluntary cooperation between the two parties who make transactions. On the one hand, there is the potential for fraud, which is prohibited by Islamic teachings, but on the other hand, there is an element of mutual volunteerism which is the basis of an agreement or contract which is recommended in Islamic teachings as well. From there, there are criticisms that need attention to get improvements, so that it is not only the result that is the goal, but the process also needs to be considered.

Abstract

The first education given by parents will greatly underlie a person's personality. Rasulullah SAW. said, "Every child is born in a state of fitrah. Then the two parents who will become the child will become a Jew, Christian, or Magian as cattle that give birth to livestock perfectly. In relation to children's education, the digital era actually offers a variety of convenience opportunities, however, the magnitude of the threat cannot be underestimated. The development of technology that is increasingly sophisticated with the number of social media circulating, does not rule out the possibility that children will be carried away with the negative impacts of technology if they are not provided with sufficient moral education. The more sophisticated the technology, the easier it is to access various information. This ease of access will have a positive or negative impact. The thing that becomes a big homework for parents is to prepare their children to face their era. Facing the challenges of this digital era, parents must equip their children with strong moral and creed education in order to form an Islamic personality by referring to the upbringing of the Prophet SAW.

Abstract

Supply Chain Management (SCM) is a system that involves the process of producing, storing, shipping, distributing and selling products to meet the demand for these products into the hands of consumers. This research was conducted in a home industry, namely the home industry of Moro Tresno. Moro Tresno's home industry has a variety of products marketed, but researchers only conduct research on super ledre products. This company has a major problem faced by is how to respond to orders from consumers. The company has not been able to fulfill when there is an increase in orders during the holiday season and approaching holidays. From a normal order of 9,900 packs, it can increase up to 80% to 17,820 packs. This supply chain performance measurement uses the SCOR method by applying 4 attributes, namely, reliability, responsiveness, agility, and asset management, and weighted by the pairwise comparison method. The data collection process was carried out by interviewing the home industry owner Moro Tresno because it was believed to be able to provide correct and accurate information. The total value of performance is 95.36. Dimensions that need improvement are reliability and agility. Recommendations for improving the reliability dimension RL.2.3 Accuracy of documentation by making tables neater. Meanwhile, RL.2.4 Perfect condition by analyzing seven tools to find out the cause and follow up on product damage and reliability in delivery. Improvement of agility AG.2.1 Days to meet the increase in production carried out socialization of craftsmen, selecting craftsmen according to performance, recruiting new craftsmen and giving awards to craftsmen.

Abstract

Lights are always evolving, both in terms of form, features, and function. Magnetic lights are one of the most important objects in the room and are developing. Along with these developments, often the products of magnetic lamps are of less quality. So that the main function of the magnetic lamp is neglected, and it creates weaknesses, both in terms of dimensions and features compared to the previous magnetic lamp design. This gives rise to new ideas for the design of magnetic lighting products that are better in terms of function and added value that can be provided by these products to meet the needs of users or consumers. The success of a product can be measured by how much the existence of the product can be accepted by consumers, and will directly increase profits for the company or producer and vice versa. This study focuses on how to develop and design magnetic lighting product designs according to the wishes of the Customer (students) using the QFD method and identify the attributes of the magnetic lighting products that are prioritized by the Customer (students) using the QFD method with the aim of knowing how to develop and design product designs. Magnetic lamps according to the wishes of the Customer (students) using the QFD method and identifying the attributes of the magnetic lamp products that are prioritized by the Customer (students) using the QFD method. The results of this study are variations in shape a, ideal size, strong material, durable, attractive color, price Rp. 200,000, ease of use, energy saving lamp, attractive shape, color of led lamp can be changed (change color) and identification of process development In the manufacture of magnetic lamps, there are several attributes that are a priority by customers (students) for product development, namely materials that are strong and energy efficient. This development has a fairly high priority, after the two attributes, the development of attractive shapes, and durable materials. Become the biggest development priority. The development of attributes that have a high priority will significantly encourage the fulfillment of customers (students), while developments with low priorities will not have much influence on meeting the needs of customers (students).

Abstract

Basically, the control of maintenance/maintenance can be determined according to business needs and operating conditions. However, changes may occur and require adjustment from time to time. So every part of the maintenance needs to organize the system effectively. In this regard, it is important for management to pay attention to analyzing the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) on maintenance work. At the SKN Plant which is the Central Gas Plant there are several gas processing processes, one of which is the Amine System or CO2 Removal which functions to reduce the level of CO2 contained in gas production. In the Amine System or CO2 removal process there are several equipment to support the process One of these is the Amine Circulation Pump (SK 25 P 05 A/B) which runs continuously alternately unit A and unit B. To maintain the pump's performance, the company performs maintenance by implementing a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) system. The extent to which the effectiveness of the implementation of the TPM system carried out by Pertamina Hulu Rokan Jambi Merang, the author will analyze using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) approach to the Amine Circulation Pump (SK 25 P 05 A/B). The formulation of the problem in this research is the application of Total Productifities Maintenance (TPM) on the Amine Circulation Pump (SK 25 P 05 A/B) in the CO2 removal process (Amine System) using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) approach with the aim of knowing the level of reliability of the pump. Amine Circulation (SK 25 P 05 A/B) in the CO2 removal process (Amine System) using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) approach. The results of this study are the average Overral Equipment Effectiveness value at PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan Jambi Merang on the amine circulation pump engine SK 25 P05 A/B from January-December is 56.68%. Based on the analysis of Overall Equipment Effectiveness, the current maintenance system is not optimal because it is not in accordance with the standards set by JIPM of > 85%.
