Abstract

PT.Pertamina EP Asset 4 Sukowati A Field is an industry that never stops 24 hours for the continuity of the Oil and Gas production process. The process must require energy, one of the main ones is electrical energy which is used to supply power to production support equipment/machines. In the PT.Pertamina EP Asset 4 Sukowati A field, there are 3 Gensets, namely Genset 1 (125 KVA), Genset 2 (100 KVA) and Genset 3 (100 KVA) which are used to supply electrical energy. The three generators have a rather old operating age, often have problems with damage to their engine components, and the schedule for generator maintenance is also uncertain. The problem that becomes the object of this research is optimizing the power supply planned maintenance system with the RCM method at PT.Pertamina EP Asset 4 Sukowati A Field and identifying the comparison of power supply maintenance systems before and after using the RCM method. The purpose of this research is to optimize the power supply planned maintenance system with the RCM method at PT. Pertamina EP Asset 4 Sukowati A Field and identify comparisons before and after using the RCM method. The results of this study indicate that Gensets 1, 2, and 3 often experience downtime / failure in operation, because the machine tools are a bit old, as well as machine maintenance that has not been accurate and planned. With these conditions, the company needs the reliability of generator engine maintenance with the RCM method, so that the generator engine gets accurate and planned maintenance, so as to minimize downtime / failure in operation and also the previous generator engine maintenance is less accurate and planned, while maintenance with the RCM method is more efficient. accurate and planned.

Abstract

Milling machine is a machine tool that produces a plane where a blade rotates and a moving object does feeding step. While milling is a machining process which generally produces a flat shape due to the movement of from the machine table, where the workpiece material reduction process occurs due to the contact between the cutting tool (cutter) which rotates on the shaft with the workpiece gripped on the machine table. table design This machine aims to facilitate a job and process production. This design uses the Design For Manufacture method and Assembly (DFMA). (DFMA) is a method in the manufacture of products that aim to facilitate the manufacturing process of assembly where existing designs may be simplified and adapted to the capabilities of the manufacturing facility with considering technical aspects. That way there will be some changes in terms of design, addition of components, and convenience to the when used. So that there will be new breakthroughs that are more effective and efficient. Getting the ergonomics of the milling machine table to be very good comfortable to use

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the Financial Services Authority in supervising Islamic financial transactions (Financial Technology) in conducting buying and selling transactions using Sharia and assisting the public in choosing Sharia that is safe and licensed from the OJK. This research method uses a qualitative approach by conducting content analysis techniques from the results of previous studies in the form of reputable journals so as to produce an analysis that focuses on the role of OJK in the financial supervision of Islamic transactions. From this analysis, it is concluded that OJK has been optimal in taking preventive actions and can minimize transaction fraud, especially financial transactions that are Sharia transactions, therefore the OJK's role and repressive actions are quite maximal because they are firm in closing down transaction companies that have the potential to be fraudulent and detrimental.

Abstract

Basically, curriculum management has three stages, namely planning, implementation and evaluation. The three stages of management are integrative which determine the success of the school curriculum. Curriculum management is one of the important components in an educational institution where curriculum management is very influential on the quality of education. Education is said to be of quality if it has succeeded in creating outputs whose results are in accordance with the goals that have been set. The purpose of this study was to determine the planning, implementation and evaluation of curriculum management in improving the quality of education at SMA Al-Azhar Menganti. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation and data verification. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that curriculum planning begins with the formation of a quality assurance team that will prepare a context and SWOT analysis, then based on the results of the analysis a curriculum development team is formed which will compile curriculum documents at the education unit level. Implementation of the curriculum begins with socialization and training to teachers in preparing learning tools. then the evaluation process is carried out with learning supervision, teacher performance assessment, monthly evaluation and evaluation at the end of the school year.

Abstract

The Kiai's strategy has an important role in Islamic boarding schools to realize the goals and achieve a vision and mission of Islamic boarding schools. What is the kiai's strategy in developing the education system and what is the kiai's strategy in implementing the salafiyah education system in the midst of modernization. As well as knowing the nature, history, characteristics, education system, functions and goals in realizing this. There are two focuses of this research, namely: 1). What is the kiai's strategy in developing the salafiyah education system in the midst of modernization? 2). What is the kiai's strategy in implementing the salafiyah education system in the midst of modernization? 3). Why the Al-Yasini Integrated Islamic Boarding School must develop a salafiyah education system in the midst of modernization. In this study, the author uses a type of qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The validity of the data by means of triangulation. The results of the research found at the research site indicate that the kiai's strategy in developing the Salafiyah pesantren education system in the midst of modernization (a case study at PP Terpadu Al-Yasini Pasuruan) is going well. The policy carried out by the kiai is to require participation in all formal and non-formal activities.

Abstract

The trend of cases of intolerance and radicalism continues to increase from year to year, influenced by political contestations, lectures or speeches containing hate speech, as well as hateful uploads on social media (social media), the lack of aswaja lessons in schools makes students less understanding of moderate Islam which respect differences. The formulation of the problem in this study is 1) How is the religious development carried out at MDTA Nurul Ilmi Sumberjati Mojoanyar Mojokerto? 2) How are the activities of lailatul ijtima' guided by NU at MDTA Nurul Ilmi Sumberjati Mojoanyar Mojokerto? 3) What is the strategy to reject radicalism at MDTA Nurul Ilmi Sumberjati Mojoanyar Mojokerto? This research approach uses discrete qualitative because in this research it produces conclusions in the form of data that describes in detail, not data in the form of numbers, and this type of research is a case study, which is part of a qualitative method that wants to explore a particular case. in more depth by involving the collection of various sources of information. The results of this research are 1) The religious guidance carried out at MDTA Nurul Ilmi is different from other MDTA 2) Lailatul ijtima' is an NU program and is collaborated by MDTA Nurul Ilmi Sumberjati 3) The strategy carried out by MDTA Nurul Ilmi in rejecting radicalism by understand the teachings of Islam ASWAJA NU correctly.

Abstract

The influence of modernization that has an impact on all aspects of life. Many future generations are off track because they cannot face life's problems. Does not look at someone who has a religious background (santri) or not. Moreover, if students (santri) who have bad personalities, are naughty and unruly without being developed/formed good characters will definitely have a negative impact in the life to come. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a good and strong character so that the next generation of this nation can face the problems that will be faced in the life to come. This is where the role of the leader is needed in developing his special character in educational institutions (pesantren). This study aims to (1) describe the character of the santri in the Darul Ihsan Menganti Gresik Islamic boarding school, (2) describe and analyze the Kiai leadership style at the Darul Ihsan Menganti Gresik Islamic boarding school, (3) describe and analyze the leadership role of the kiai in developing the character of the santri in the Islamic boarding school. Darul Ihsan Menganti Islamic Boarding School. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach, this type of research is a case study. The location of this research is Darul Ihsan Menganti Islamic Boarding School, Gresik. The method of data collection using interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used a data collection model, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. From the results of this study it was found that: (1) The character of the santri in the Darul Ihsan Islamic boarding school strongly encourages the formation of character, as well as good morals and character, the dominating character that is developed is responsibility, honesty, discipline, independence (2) The leadership style that is developed implemented at the Darul Ihsan Menganti Islamic Boarding School, Menganti Gresik is a democratic leadership style. In decision making, take a consensus deliberation system. The social relationship between Drs. KH. Mulyadi, MM as the leader with the Asatidz board of his subordinates are like friends, easy to get along and there is no dividing distance between the two. While the relationship between Drs. KH. Mulyadi, MM and their students are likened to the relationship between parents and their children. (3) The role of Drs. KH. Mulyadi, MM in the context of forming and developing the character of students, namely as caregivers, advisors, educators (educators) and motivators (motivators), figures and role models, facilitators and coordinators. The role of Drs. KH. Mulyadi, MM the most important thing in developing the character of students is as an educator (educator) and a figure and role model.

Abstract

The application of character education in madrasas is a must to build the personality of a student. However, the reality in the field sometimes experiences obstacles so that there are gaps. This encourages MA NU Sunan Giri Talang Prigen, Pasuruan Regency to strive to realize the implementation of character education for students through Skills Day activities to be more optimal. In this regard, further discussion is needed regarding the management of madrasah principals in improving character education through Skills Day activities in MA. NU Sunan Giri Talang Prigen Pasuruan Regency. This research was carried out with the aim of describing several things which include (1) Planning for Character Education through Skills Day Activities in MA. NU Sunan Giri Talang Prigen Pasuruan Regency, (2) Implementation of Character Education through Skills Day Activities at MA NU Sunan Giri Talang Prigen Pasuruan Regency, (3) Results of Character education through Skills Day activities at MA NU Sunan Giri Talang Watuagung Prigen This research uses a phenomenological qualitative approach and a descriptive qualitative research type. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects were principals, teachers, and supervisors. Data analysis activities start from the data reduction stage, display data (data presentation), then draw conclusions/verification. Checking the validity of the data is carried out by diligent observation and triangulation. Based on the research, the following results were obtained: First, the management of madrasah principals in improving character education through Skills Day activities at MA NU Sunan Giri Talang Prigen Pasuruan Regency including (1) collaborating with various parties both from within the madrasa and from outside the madrasa, (2 ) adding hours of implementation outside of effective hours, (3) recruiting coaches from outside the madrasa who are competent, and (4) madrasas make interesting activities to motivate student participation. Second, the implementation of character education through "Skills Day" activities begins with religious activities, followed by extracurricular activities and the last is LSBM (Madrasah-Based Lesson Study) educational activities which are carried out routinely every Friday.

Abstract

Learning is a process in which teachers and students interact in educational situations to achieve specific goals. Its intended purpose is to teach. One of the pedagogical goals achieved is the level of student achievement. With the high achievement, students have a good expression of knowledge. Motivation is one of the factors that influence student success. Learning motivation requires increasing school academic efforts. This study examined the effect of learning motivation on student achievement in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population of this study consisted of 90 students of SMA Negeri 1 Baso Bukittinggi, with a sample of 29 students. Data was collected through a questionnaire—data analysis using simple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 23 program . Based on the test results, the correlation value (r) is 0.852. This means that variable X (teaching motivation of teachers) with variable Y (Student Learning Outcomes) has a robust correlation because the correlation value is between 0.80 and 1.00 . These results conclude that the higher the student's learning motivation, the higher the learning achievement

Abstract

The rapid development of the era in the field of technology has had a tremendous impact on people's lives. This impact was also felt in the education sector. The Indonesian era initiated in Germany has now been broken with the era of society initiated by the Japanese state. Society 5.0 is a concept developed for the sake of forming a super smart society that has a behavior pattern that optimizes the use of the Internet of things, Big Data, and Artificial Intelligence as solutions for a better society. In dealing with this, the world of education in Indonesia has issued several policies, one of which is the teacher mobilization program as a result of the 5th episode of the independent learning policy. Apart from that, strengthening the morale of students has also been intensified through Islamic religious education which is included in the national curriculum. With these policies, it is hoped that good integration will be created to prepare Indonesian education for the 0.5 era.
