Abstract

Abstract

This report outlines the promotional and personal selling strategies implemented to increase consumer buying interest in Toko Jaya Ponsel. This Field Work Practice (PKL) was carried out by students majoring in Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Putra Indonesia "YPTK" Padang, with the main goal of providing new innovations in business development and helping Toko Jaya Mobil become more advanced and in demand by the community. In an increasingly competitive business world, strategy Promotion is the main key in increasing sales. Personal selling is one of the effective promotion methods, where direct interaction between salesperson and potential buyers can build strong relationships, understand customer needs in depth, and increase sales conversions. Through this street vendor, students are expected to gain practical experience in the business world and apply the theories that have been learned in higher education. The method of implementing this activity including socialization and education to business owners about effective promotion and personal selling strategies, with the output target in the form of increasing understanding and motivation in expanding the marketing of Toko Jaya Ponsel. The results achieved are expected to provide significant benefits for business owners, students, and Universitas Putra Indonesia "YPTK" Padang.

Abstract

The digital economy has become a strategic phenomenon in global economic development, with online trading changing the world economy. Investment has become something that many people, especially investors, like. Because it functions as a place to get information and learn about investment. With technological advances, investors can easily make investments and obtain information via digital platforms. One financial technology that is easy to use is the Bibit application. The COVID-19 endemic era is experiencing a health, economic and financial crisis due to increasing inflation and high Consumer Price Index (CPI). This research aims to determine the performance of sharia share mutual funds sold by Bibit mutual fund agents for the 2021-2023 period. This research is descriptive quantitative research using samples of Sharia stock mutual fund products registered in the Bibit application. The analytical methods used are Sharpe, Treynor, and Jensen. The research results show that the TRIM Syariah Stock mutual fund has the maximum value using the Sharpe method with a Sharpe result of -1752.28. Through the Treynor method, the TRIM Syariah Stock mutual fund has the maximum value with a Treynor result of -60,970. Through the Jensen method, the maximum value is owned by the Mandiri Investa Atractive-Syariah Sharia stock mutual fund with a Jensen result of 51.1765.

Abstract

Salah satu perusahaan makanan terbesar di Indonesia, PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, memiliki unit bisnis yang didedikasikan untuk manajemen makanan. PT Indofood Sukses Makmur membutuhkan pendanaan dari kreditor dan investor karena ekspansinya yang cepat. Untuk menentukan kesehatan keuangan perusahaan, keduanya harus mengevaluasi laporan keuangan. Sumber data untuk studi deskriptif kuantitatif ini adalah laporan keuangan PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk per 31 Desember 2021–2023. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa, meskipun Indonesia terkena dampak pandemi COVID-19 selama tahun-tahun tersebut, terdapat peningkatan volatilitas dalam catatan keuangan perusahaan dari tahun 2021 hingga 2023. Hasil pertama, laporan keuangan PT Indofood Sukses Makmur dianalisis menggunakan analisis trend series dan common size untuk mengetahui rasio profitabilitas. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa meskipun terjadi fluktuasi nilai rasio profitabilitas antara tahun 2021 dan 2023, namun masih dalam kategori sangat baik. Kedua, hasil analisis rasio aktivitas tahun 2021-2023 masuk dalam kelompok sangat baik. Ketiga, meskipun terjadi fluktuasi pada analisis rasio likuiditas antara tahun 2021 dan 2023, namun masih tergolong efisien. Keempat, terdapat fluktuasi persyaratan analisis rasio solvabilitas dari tahun 2021 ke 2023, namun masih dalam kelompok efisien.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dampak Quick Ratio (QR), Return On Asset (ROA), dan Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) terhadap Return Saham Perusahaan Makanan dan Minuman yang terdaftar di BEI selama periode 2018-2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode purposive sampling dalam pemilihan sampelnya. Variabel keuangan yang dianalisis meliputi quick ratio (QR), return on assets (ROA), debt to assets ratio (DAR), dan return saham. Data dikumpulkan melalui dokumentasi dan survei literatur, kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara individu, (1) Quick Ratio memiliki pengaruh negatif yang signifikan terhadap return saham, (2) sementara Return on Assets (ROA) berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap return saham. (3) Namun, Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap return saham. (4) QR, ROA, dan DAR secara bersama-sama memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap return saham perusahaan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze consumer behavior in the decision-making process of purchasing bread at Mama Kanae Bakery. The research method employed is a survey conducted through interviews with the store's customers. Data were collected from respondents who are active consumers of Mama Kanae Bakery. The analysis results indicate that psychological factors play the most significant role in the decision-making process of purchasing bread at the store. Factors such as perceived product quality, taste value, and brand value have a significant impact on consumer purchasing decisions. Additionally, brand image and previous experiences are also key factors influencing consumer perceptions of bread products at Mama Kanae Bakery.

Abstract

This abstract discusses the influence of inflation on economic growth in Indonesia. In general, inflation is the phenomenon of a continuous and continuous increase in the prices of goods and services over a certain period of time. Economic growth, on the other hand, measures the increase in a country's gross domestic product (GDP) or national income over a certain period of time. This research explores the relationship between inflation and economic growth in Indonesia using secondary data from Bank Indonesia and the Central Statistics Agency for the 2010-2020 period. Data analysis shows that inflation has a significant impact on economic growth in Indonesia. The research results show that high inflation tends to hamper economic growth by reducing people's purchasing power, reducing investment and improving the economy. However, moderate inflation can encourage economic growth by encouraging stable consumption and investment. This study also identifies other factors that influence the relationship between inflation and economic growth, such as monetary policy, political stability, and external factors. The implications of this research are the importance of appropriate monetary policy to control inflation so that it does not hamper economic growth, as well as the need for balanced fiscal policy to create stable and sustainable macroeconomic conditions in Indonesia.

Abstract

Macroeconomics has two basic ideas: economic development and growth. The growth of Gross Domestic Product (GDP), which represents the entire production of a country, is a leading indicator of economic growth. On the other hand, economic development covers more areas, including improving people's living standards, their quality of life, and their general well-being. This study explores the differences between economic growth and development, the factors that influence them, as well as the impact of economic policies on both concepts. Analysis of the literature shows that sustainable economic growth can improve the quality of life, but inclusive economic development requires policies that support fairer distribution, better access to basic services, and Community Empowerment. Policy recommendations to promote inclusive and sustainable economic development are also presented in this study.

Abstract

A business organization or Company is established to develop its business in accordance with the Company's vision and mission in the future for the sustainability of the Company. In addition, the purpose of the business is to make a profit. The benefits it gets are for the welfare of its employees. Factually in the lives of both developed and developing societies, cases of crime and deviations from the rules often occur, so efforts are needed to prevent them. The Corporate Code of Ethics is a internal guidelines that apply are binding within the Company. The Code of Business Ethics reflects the actions and values we hold in interacting with all stakeholders, employees, customers, governments, partners and communities to build long-term relationships with them. Whistleblowing in various public institutions has played a role in exposing various cases of fraud and violations as well as the environment of companies or offices of private companies, similar cases 35% (Nations on Occupational Fraud and Abuse, 2021). The research is to produce a concept based on a scientific approach about the importance of improving company performance through the application of the Company's code of ethics through whistleblowing and encouraging employees to have concern and courage as well as honesty in reporting violations of laws and ethics that they are aware of to internal authorities either directly or indirectly through appointed third parties so that immediate action can be taken to solve the problem.
