Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see the effect of work rotation and work motivation on the performance of PT employees. Graha Andrasentra Propertindo, Tbk, either partially or simultaneously. This research uses a quantitative approach and data collection techniques using questionnaires, with a sample of all employees totaling 50 respondents. The results of the multiple regression analysis test are Y = 5.810 + 0.315 X1 + 0.533 X2. The results of the correlation test have an interval between (0.800 - 1.000), and the determination test has a contribution of variables X1 to Y of 71.2%, X2 to Y of 76.8%, and together X1 and X2 to Y of 80 .3%, which means the independent variable has a strong and positive relationship with the dependent variable. The results of the work rotation t test showed that t count > t table (10.899 > 2.010) meaning that Ho1 was rejected and Ha1 was accepted, the work motivation t test obtained results of (12.608 > 2.010) meaning that Ho2 was rejected and Ha2 was accepted, and the f test result was (95.809 > 3.18) means Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. From these data it can be concluded that work rotation and work motivation influence the performance of PT employees. Graha Andrasentra Propertindo, Tbk partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

This research is entitled increasing buying interest through a business strategy approach and business performance in MSME businesses with a case study of Barokah Chicken Broiler Chicken in Kencana Tanah Sareal, Bogor City, with a sample size of 81 respondents. The method used is a questionnaire research instrument which is distributed to customers of Ayam Barokah broiler chicken which is processed using a computer application. The research design used was quantitative with descriptive and verification. The location of this research was carried out at the Barokah Kencana Tanah Sareal Chicken Shophouse, Bogor City. The variables Business Strategy (X1) Business Performance (X2) influence purchasing interest (Y) from the customer side of Ayam Barokah broiler chicken.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training and work motivation on work performance. The population in this study was 98 employees. Sampling using purposive sample techniques, the samples taken in this study were civil servants totaling 39 employees. This study used quantitative methods with data collection techniques using questionnaires containing a number of questions with Likert scale measurements. Based on the results of the study, there is a significant positive influence between training variables on work performance. There is a significant positive influence between work motivation variables on work performance, and there is a simultaneous influence between training variables and work motivation on work performance.

Abstract

Every year the government wants to increase tax revenue, therefore the government always makes innovations to be able to make tax revenue bigger. One of them is by issuing the Regulation of the Minister of Finance Number 168 of 2023. This study was conducted to determine the implementation, constraints, and also the impacts that occur due to the Regulation of the Minister of Finance Number 168 of 2023. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach using data triangulation techniques as a data collection technique. As for data analysis techniques, this paper uses several methods, namely by transcribing data, reducing data, checking the validity of data, and drawing conclusions/verification. The results of this study indicate that the Implementation of the Minister of Finance Regulation Number 168 of 2023 concerning Income Tax 21 Average Effective Rates is implemented properly and correctly

Abstract

This research aims to determine the level of company bankrupty by using analysis of the Zmijewski Model, Springate Model dan Grover Model for automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). Automotive companies have a fairly large role in the Indonesian economy. This research uses these three methods too see how much bankruptcy is predicted in the 2020-2022 period in automotive companies. Calculate each bankruptcy prediction for each company. The data used in this research is secondary data, where data is obtained from available sources. Secondary data in this research uses annual financial reports obtained on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website and the company’s official website. The type of data used in research is quantitative data, where data contains numbers which are carried out objectively by collecting, processing, analyzing and presenting data. The result of the this research indicate that the Score-model can be implemented in detecting the possibility of bankruptcy in automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The Zmijewski model and Grover model have the same result in predicting the bankruptcy of a company.

Abstract

Poor budget management from the government results in a lot of unrealized budget leftovers, so that the implementation of financial performance cannot run efficiently and effectively. This study aims to examine and describe how the effectiveness and efficiency of financial performance at the Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions, and Transmigration. This research uses Value For Money analysis. The type of data used in this study is secondary data in the form of budget realization data. The sample used in this study is the 2017-2022 Budget Realization Data. This research technique uses quantitative descriptive analysis methods. This study examines the effectiveness and efficiency ratios of the Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions, and Transmigration (Kemendes PDTT) budget expenditures from 2017 to 2022. The results of the analysis show that the level of budget effectiveness in 2017 reached a sufficient level due to austerity policies and budget non-utilization in management support activities. However, in the 2018-2022 period, the level of effectiveness increased to very effective although there was an insignificant percentage decrease in 2020 and 2021. On the other hand, the efficiency ratio of budget absorption showed a significant increase during the period. In 2017, budget absorption was considered inefficient, but from 2018 to 2022, the efficiency value continued to increase and reached a very efficient level, although it experienced a slight decrease in 2020 and 2021 before increasing again in 2022.Overall, the results of this study conclude that MoV has successfully implemented a budget with a good level of effectiveness and efficiency during the 2017-2022 period. Thus, budget management in the Ministry is considered effective and efficient in the use of available financial resources.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the biggest supports for the national economy in Indonesia. MSMEs in Indonesia are also of various types from each region. Kemang Jaya Restaurant Business is one of the MSMEs engaged in the culinary sector located on Jl. R. Suprapto No. 184, Kemang Manis, Ilir Barat Ii 30144 Palembang. The Kemang Jaya Restaurant business has never used any promotional media in marketing. This research was conducted to find out four aspects, namely Production, Finance, Human Resources (Human Resources), and Marketing and producing a digital marketing design in the Kemang Jaya Restaurant business by taking advantage of internet use opportunities in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative method. The results of this research are in the form of digital marketing designs through social media WhatsApp Business, Instagram and Tiktok. The results of the study explain that the type of content that is most in demand by social media users is the type of content that is most interested in social media users. through video reels. The results of this research are expected to be a reference for business managers of Kemang Jaya Restaurant.

Abstract

Employee performance at the company is not fully optimal due to the lack of work motivation and work discipline at CV Mitra Tani Farm. This research aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance, with a total population and sample taken of 48 respondents at CV Mitra Tani Farm. The method used is research instruments such as statements distributed to employees which are processed using the SPSS version 26 application. Work motivation and work discipline variables on employee performance using multiple regression analysis methods, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, t tests, f tests and coefficients. determination. The results of this research show that the work motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the work motivation and work discipline variables simultaneously have an effect on employeeperformance at CV Mitra Tani Farm.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the work environment and work stress on employee performance at PT. Catur Mitra Sejati Sentosa (Mitra10 Bogor branch). The population in this study is 241 employees. This study uses the Probability Sampling technique, namely Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling using the Slovin formula, where from all employees of Mitra10 Bogor branch who are entitled to be used as a sample, namely 150 employees. This study uses a quantitative method with a data collection technique using a questionnaire containing a number of questions with Likert scale measurements and then tested using validity and reliability tests. The data analysis techniques used were classical assumption test, linear regression analysis, correlation analysis, determination coefficient, t-test and f-test. The results of the study show that the work environment variable has a significant effect on employee performance variables. The variable of work stress has a significant effect on the variable of employee performance. Work environment variables and work stress have a significant effect on employee performance variables.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Pengaruh Shift Kerja dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Divisi Operasional Hotel Salak The Heritage Bogor. Hotel Salak The Heritage Bogor merupakan sebuah perusahaan BUMD yang bergerak dibidang jasa perhotelan. Adapun dalam populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Divisi Operasional pada Hotel Salak The Heritage Bogor yang berjumlah 78 orang karyawan. Penelitian inimenggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh atau Probability Sampling dimana seluruh karyawan Divisi Operasional Hotel Salak The Heritage Bogor berhak dijadikan sampel yaitu 78 orang karyawan. Teknik Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Studi Dokumentasi, Wawancara dan Angket (Kuesioner) lalu diuji dengan menggunakan Uji Validitas dan Reliabilitas. Teknik Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, analisis korelasi sederhana, analisis korelasi ganda, uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai uji t pada Shift kerja yaitu ????ℎ???????????????????? 2,608 > ???????????????????????? 1,992 dengan nilai signifikasinya Sig. 0,011 dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha1 diterima dan Ho1 ditolak sehingga Shift kerja adalah salah satu faktor yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan Divisi Operasional Hotel Salak The Heritage Bogor, sedangkan Motivasi menyatakan ????ℎ???????????????????? 2,848 > ???????????????????????? 1,992 dengan nilai signifikasinya Sig. 0,006 dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha2 diterima dan Ho2 ditolak sehingga Motivasi adalah salah satu faktor yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan Divisi Operasional Hotel Salak The Heritage Bogor, sehingga hasil uji f menyatakan bahwa ????ℎ???????????????????? 10,408 > ???????????????????????? 3,12 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha3 diterima dan Ho3 ditolak sehingga Shift kerja (X1) dan Motivasi (X2) secara bersama mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan Divisi Operasional Hotel Salak The Heritage Bogor
