Abstract

As a widely known figure, Abu Yusuf has written a phenomenal work in the study of taxation, namely the book al-Kharaj. This book, written at the request of Caliph Harun ar-Rasyid, is used as a guide in tax management efforts. As one of the crucial sectors of state revenue, taxes should not deceive the public from their percentages. This article aims to determine the context of the book al-Kharaj and its contents. Therefore, this study attempts to reveal Abu Yusuf's thoughts and background which are traced through his attitudes, writings and responses to a case that occurred at that time. Apart from that, this article also aims to understand the tax concept initiated by Abu Yusuf and its practice in current economic conditions. This study found that Abu Yusuf's thinking about taxes is a concept that is still used today. This concept is applied in determining the percentage of tax revenue by the state. The al-Kharaj concept is also used in the land and building tax (PBB) sector and customs revenues.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work attitude on the work discipline of employees of PT Arashiyama Praya Kreasi. The method chosen in this study uses quantitative methods because quantitative research is used to examine certain populations or samples, data collection uses research instruments, data analysis is quantitative/statistical in nature, with the aim of testing predetermined hypotheses. The research population is all employees at PT Arashiyama Praya Kreasi numbered 120 employees. The research sample shows that the sampling method is 92 respondents. The results showed that work motivation and work attitude simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on work discipline at Arashiyama Praya Kreasi. This is because the discipline of employees in terms of additional work has been carried out properly. This research is suggested to carry out evaluations related to performance in order to motivate employees to work. Organizing events that can strengthen the working relationship between employees to be closer.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the optimization of the multichannel chat platform (qiscus) to increase marketing competitive advantages in companies. The target research object is companies using the platform. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach with secondary data obtained from the results of collecting reports or documents -documents in the form of books, journals, important documents, or website sources and YouTube videos. Based on the results of reviews from users of the Qiscus platform, this research shows that there are thousands of trusted companies that use the Qiscus platform which has given companies a competitive advantage in competing in an era of increasingly digital progress. fast at the moment. Qiscus is a multichannel chat platform equipped with chatbots and Robolabs whose function is to make it easier for companies to integrate various communication channels such as live chat, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and others on one platform and one user. Overall, the use of Qiscus provides services in creating customer satisfaction which has many benefits for the continuity of the company, including sustainable profitability, increasing long-term retention and consumer loyalty, as well as improving the company's reputation.

Abstract

This research discusses the interaction between work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance. Research results show that satisfied and motivated employees tend to demonstrate better attendance, high levels of commitment, reduce absenteeism, and increase overall contribution at work. The references used include various theories and concepts of human resource management. High work motivation can increase productivity and work quality, while job satisfaction can strengthen employee involvement and commitment. Positive interactions between motivation and job satisfaction can result in improved work quality and reduced employee absenteeism levels. PT. Wira Karya Jaya, a medical equipment distributor company, strives to create a work environment that supports employee physical well-being to increase work motivation and productivity. Abraham Maslow's hierarchy of needs and job satisfaction factors also play an important role in improving employee performance.

Abstract

The promotion transfer rotation system is an approach to human resource management that uses employee shifts between positions, between locations, or organizational units, and provides promotions based on performance and potential. The purpose of this research is to analyze the impact of the promotion mutation rotation system on employee performance. Three sources were selected using purposive sampling according to the research criteria. Researchers use qualitative data types consisting of primary data, namely direct data collected by researchers from sources through interviews and secondary data through interview documentation, company reports and literature studies. The results of the interviews were made into a table as a presentation of the data obtained with conclusions regarding the impact of the mutation rotation system at PT Pupuk Kujang. According to the interviewees, rotation helps develop cross-functional skills, transfers support diversification of experience, and promotions provide recognition for achievements. The main goal of an RMP system is to develop employee skills, make optimal use of internal talent, and meet organizational needs in an effective manner.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of work-life balance on job satisfaction among millennial workers. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The data sources for this study include primary data obtained from researcher observations and in-depth interviews, as well as secondary data from journals, books, and other relevant materials related to the research topic. The results of the study indicate that work-life balance significantly affects job satisfaction among millennials, with an impact rate of 40%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee performance productivity at PT Harossa Dharma Nusantara. Human resources are the main asset that significantly affects the development of the organization. Good leadership style and a comfortable work environment play important roles in optimizing employee potential and increasing productivity. The hypothesis analysis results show that leadership style and work environment contribute 96.1% to employee performance productivity, while other factors also have relevant impacts. The t-test confirms that leadership style and work environment have a significant influence on employee performance productivity at PT Harossa Dharma Nusantara.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan moving average dan eksponential smoothing dalam siklus peramalan jumlah penumpang bandara internasional Minangkabau. Jenis data adalah data kuantitatif, sumber data adalah data sekunder. Hasil Penelitian adalah jumlah penumpang bandara internasional minangkabau pada tahun 2022 yang berdasarkan metode Moving Averages, Exponential Smoothing adalah sebagai berikut: a. Metode Moving Averages 2 Tahun dengan Peramalan jumlah penumpang adalah 25.607 dan nilaiMAD sebesar 25.607, kemudian nilai MSE sebesar 1.181.366 b. Metode Moving Averages 3 Tahun dengan Peramalan jumlah penumpang adalah 24.102 dan nilaiMAD sebesar 24.102 kemudian nilai MSE sebesar 1. 451.896 b. Metode Exponential Smoothing dengan (α=0,5) Peramalan permintaan adalah nilai MAD sebesar 31.879 dan nilai MSE sebesar 1.822.374 Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di atas di antara ketiga metode tersebut yang memiliki tingkat eror yang paling kecil adalah Exponential Smoothing dengan tingkat error 3.241. maka kesimpulan nya untuk meramalkan jumlah penumpang Bandara Internasional Minangkabau di Sumatera Barat maka metode yang cocok di gunakan adalah metode Exponential Smoothing.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze leadership trends in the 21st century in dealing with employee work stress using a bibliometric approach. Several types of leadership such as transformational, fair and empathy-based leadership are recognized as effective strategies in reducing work stress, of course through analysis of relevant literature. This research uses bibliometric methods. Bibliometric data is obtained from academic databases, such as Google Scholar, Publishing or Perish, Scoups, Vosviewer, with keywords appropriate to the research. This analysis was researched based on published literature. Apart from that, the findings of this research contain the importance of developing leadership trends and the needs of employees in dealing with work stress in the digital era. These findings show an increase in interest in digital-based leadership on work stress. The findings of this research can provide in-depth insight regarding the development and focus of current research, provide a deeper foundation for further research, and contribute to understanding how leadership in the digital era is a key aspect in facing the challenges of work stress among employees. This research is expected to provide insight and a comprehensive view of the scientific literature surrounding 21st century leadership on work stress.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become the main key in increasing the competitiveness and continuity of micro businesses amidst increasingly fierce global competition. This article outlines how micro-enterprises can leverage digital technology to optimize their business processes, increase operational efficiency, and achieve a wider market share through online platforms. Digital transformation allows micro businesses to adopt various technologies such as e-commerce, digital marketing, data analytics, and cloud computing. This approach not only facilitates cost and time efficiencies, but also allows microenterprises to access resources and markets that they previously could not reach traditionally. Digital transformation also has the potential to improve environmental sustainability by reducing carbon footprints through reduced paper and energy use. However, the challenges faced by micro-enterprises in adopting digital technologies are also discussed, including access limitations, required skills, and data protection and privacy. This article underscores the importance of appropriate policy support and government initiatives to facilitate the transition of microenterprises to the digital economy. Thus, digital transformation is not only about adopting new technologies, but also about changing business paradigms to achieve long-term sustainability of micro-enterprises in the modern era. The results of the assistance provided by the research were designing and printing menu lists, designing and printing banners, designing and printing sticker logos, registering and printing QRIS for non-cash payments, making promotional videos, and registering Shopeefood.
