Abstract

This research aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of the tax whitening program, exemption from motor vehicle title transfer fees and tax socialization on taxpayer compliance at the Bandung I Rancaekek Regency Regional Revenue Management Center (P3DW). The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a descriptive and verificationapproach with the population taken, namely motor vehicle owners registered with Samsat Rancaekek in 2023. The sampling technique uses a probability sampling technique with the method simple random sampling. The data source in this research is primary data by distributing 202 questionnaires to meet the requirements. The results of this research show that the motor vehicle tax reduction program, exemption from motor vehicle title transfer fees, and tax socialization partially influence motor vehicle taxpayer compliance. Based on a simultaneous test (f test), this research shows that the motor vehicle tax reduction program, exemption from motor vehicle title transfer fees and tax socialization simultaneously influence motor vehicle taxpayer compliance. And based on the results of the coefficient of determination test (R2), it shows that the independent variable used in this research simultaneously contributed 62.8% to motor vehicle taxpayer compliance

Abstract

This study examines the marketing strategy of Naga Paksi's Ihram fabric brand in Bogor City for both current and future prospects within the creative industry. With a Muslim population reaching 242 million, domestic demand for Ihram fabric can reach 5 million meters per year, with 70% of this demand relying on imports. In response to this phenomenon, the Naga Ihram fabric brand was developed as a result of research funded by the LITAPDIMAS grant from the Indonesian Ministry, tested in the lab for halal certification, and is an advancement from Ihram Halal, which won the Bogor Innovation Award 2023 and holds a patent. A qualitative research method with a descriptive approach is used to understand the phenomena experienced by the Naga Paksi brand. Through SWOT analysis, this study identifies strengths related to product integrity, weaknesses such as an undeveloped marketing team and a nascent business level, opportunities such as a large market and dependency on imports, and threats such as competition from imported products and economic fluctuations. This information is then aligned with various relevant and current literature to develop marketing strategy recommendations for the creative industry era. Thus, it is expected that the Naga Paksi brand will contribute to strengthening the Islamic economy and textile industry independence in Indonesia. Abstract

The population in this study is the entire number of individual taxpayers registered at KPP Pratama Pondok Aren. The sample is part of the population whose characteristics are to be investigated and is considered to represent the entire population. The aim is to understand the factors that influence income tax revenues at the Pondok Aren Pratama Tax Service Office. The context of this research includes the tax environment in the region, which includes tax policies, tax revenue processes, and interactions between tax authorities and taxpayers. Data analysis in this research uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) method, SmartPLS application version 3.3.9. PLS, part of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), is one of the methods currently used to cover the weaknesses that exist in the regression method. Based on the analysis carried out, inflation has a significant influence on income tax revenues, then the results of the analysis show that tax audits also have a significant influence on income tax revenues and the number of Taxpayers also has a significant influence on income tax revenues at the Pondok Aren Primary Tax Service Office

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Halal Lifestyle, Korean Wave and Electronic Word of Mouth on Korean Food Purchasing Decisions. The dependent variable in the research is purchasing decisions, while the independent variables are Halal Lifestyle, Korean Wave and Electronic Word of Mouth. The data in this research was collected through a questionnaire distributed to Generation Z consumers who had purchased and consumed Korean food products in Bogor Regency. The research method used is quantitative. The population in this research is consumers of Korean food products, with data collected totaling 100 respondents. The data analysis tool used in this research uses SPSS 26. Abstract

In study with title style leadership transformational and compensatory to satisfaction Work employees , with amount samples taken totaling 75 respondents. Method used that is with instrument study distributed questionnaires to employee processed use application SPSS computer . Variable style leadership transformational (X1) and compensatory (X2) against satisfaction Work employee (Y) is processed use analysis correlation , analysis regression , t test, f test as well coefficient determination . Result of study This showing that from variable style leadership transformational (X1) effect to satisfaction work employee (Y), variable compensation (X2) has an effect to satisfaction work employee (Y), as well style leadership transformational (X1) and compensatory (X2) effects in a way together to satisfaction Work employee (Y).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Garmindo Jaya Palace with a sample size of 70 respondents. The method used is a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaire research instruments to employees, and then processing them using a computer application, namely SPPS. This research was carried out at PT. Garmindo Jaya Palace with work motivation (X1) and work discipline (X2) variables on employee performance (Y) processed using correlation analysis, regression analysis, t-test, F test, and coefficient of determination. The results of this research use the t-test (partial) which shows the results that the work motivation variable has a partial effect on employee performance and the work discipline variable has a partial effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the F test (simultaneous) shows that work motivation and work discipline on employee performance simultaneously or together influence employee performance at PT. Garmindo Jaya Palace.

Abstract

In research with the title the influence of motivation and work environment on employee performance at the puret dhuafa integred healthy hospital,Bogor, with a sample size of 78 respondents. The method used is a questionnaire research instrument distributed to employees and processed using a computer application. This research was carried out at the Bogor Dhuafa wallet integred health hospital. The variables motivation (X1) and work environment (X2) on employee performance (Y) were processed using regression analysis, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination. The results of this research show that the motivation variable (X1) and the work environment variable (X2) influence employee performance (Y) and that motivation and the work environment jointly influence employee performance.

Abstract

This study analyzes the economic balance in the three main sectors, namely companies, government, and households in a macroeconomic perspective. This research uses an analytical descriptive approach with a focus on the interaction and relationship between the three sectors. Firms act as producers of goods and services, as well as job creators that affect the level of production and national income. The government functions as a regulator and manager of fiscal policy that includes state spending and revenue, as well as intervention in the economy to maintain economic stability. Households, as the main consumers, influence aggregate demand and the level of savings, which is the source of investment. Economic equilibrium is achieved when there is effective coordination between production, consumption, and government policies, which is reflected in economic indicators such as Gross Domestic Product (GDP), inflation, and unemployment rate. The study found that imbalances in any one sector can lead to broader macroeconomic imbalances. Factors such as monetary policy, demographic changes, and globalization also play an important role in the dynamics of economic balance. This analysis provides a deeper understanding of the importance of synergy between firms, government, and households in achieving sustainable economic stability.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and attempt to analyze the influence of brand image and product quality on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable on iPhone smartphones (case study of UPI students). This research is a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model with the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. The population and sample of this research are UPI "YPTK" Padang Management Students. The research results found that there is an influence between Brand Image and Customer Satisfaction. Where the P-Value value is (0.001 < 0.05) and the t-statistic value is (3.422 > 1.96). There is an influence between Product Quality and Customer Satisfaction. Where the P-Value value is (0.008 < 0.05) and the t-statistic value is (2.659 > 1.96). There is an influence between Brand Image and Customer Loyalty. Where the P-Value value is (0.043 < 0.05) and the t-statistic value is (2.030 > 1.96). There is no influence between Product Quality and Customer Loyalty. Where the P-Value value is (0.978 > 0.05) and the t-statistic value is (0.028 < 1.96). There is a relationship between Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty. Where the P-Value value is (0.000 < 0.05) and the t-statistic value is (3.933 > 1.96). Customer Satisfaction mediates Brand Image on Customer Loyalty. Where the P-Value value is (0.021 < 0.05) and the t-statistic value is (2.307 > 1.96). Customer Satisfaction mediates Product Quality on Customer Loyalty. Where the P-Value value is (0.023 < 0.05) and the t-statistic value is (2.283 > 1.96).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Return on Equity (ROE) dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) berpengaruh terhadap Price to Book Value (PBV). Perusahaan Subsektor Farmasi yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) adalah populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel metode purposive sampling, dan enam perusahaan dipilih berdasarkan kriteria selama enam periode. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 36 sampel. Data sekunder yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari laporan tahunan Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi dengan data panel dan regresi linier berganda, yang dilakukan menggunakan Eviews12. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) berpengaruh besar terhadap Price to Book Value (PBV). Return on Equity (ROE) juga berpengaruh besar terhadap Price to Book Value (PBV), dan keduanya berpengaruh besar terhadap Price to Book Value (PBV).
